Before paying for Zendrop, check which billing model your account uses. A Standard subscription is charged directly by Zendrop, while a Flex subscription is billed through Shopify or Wix. That difference determines where you enter your Coinepay virtual card, where you review charges, and how you stop future billing.
What you need before you start
- A Zendrop account registered with your real name and email address, plus access to the store you intend to connect.
- A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. You can register for Coinepay and manage your virtual card in its app or self-service dashboard.
- Your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, available after the card is issued, and your real billing details.
- Enough available funds for the charge you are about to approve. If you are adding a card directly in Zendrop, allow for its temporary $1 pre-authorization as well.
Check the amount and billing currency shown at checkout rather than assuming your store’s local currency applies. Zendrop lists its published plan prices in USD; the amount ultimately charged to you can depend on the payment arrangements shown for your account. Check the Coinepay app or contact Coinepay support if you need information about your card’s available funds or applicable charges before paying.
Identify your Zendrop billing model
Zendrop uses two subscription models. Standard Plans are billed directly by Zendrop through Stripe, with monthly or annual renewal. Flex Plan (Usage-Based Billing) applies to new Shopify or Wix sign-ups described in Zendrop’s current guidance; its subscription charges appear on the Shopify or Wix invoice. Your model depends on how and when you signed up, so do not choose a payment route based on your store platform alone.
| Model | Published tiers | Where the subscription is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Free, Pro, Plus | Directly by Zendrop |
| Flex | Free Plan, Beginner Plan, Pro Plan, Plus Plan | Through Shopify or Wix |
At the time of writing (October 2026), Zendrop lists Standard Pro at $49/month or $399/year and Plus at $79/month or $549/year; Standard Free is $0. For Flex, Zendrop lists Free Plan at $0 with zero linked products, Beginner Plan at $29/month for 1–20 linked products, Pro Plan at $49/month for 21–100, and Plus Plan at $79/month for 101 or more. Check Zendrop’s official pricing and billing pages, and the offer displayed in your account, before approving a charge. Promotional pricing and trials can vary; a Standard trial is not automatic, and you should check any trial end date in Billing.
Flex is usage-based: the highest linked-product count reached during a billing cycle affects that cycle’s charge. A minimum-tier commitment, if selected, can also affect billing. Unlinking products after reaching a tier does not undo a charge for that cycle.
How to sign up and pay
- Create your Zendrop account. On Zendrop’s website, sign up with your name, email and password, then follow the prompts to connect your store. Shopify users installing the app are directed to a Shopify billing page to review and approve the Flex subscription.
- Review the billing route. In Zendrop, open the profile menu in the upper right and select Billing. Check your plan, any trial end date and the payment information shown there. If your subscription is platform-billed, also review its approval screen and billing information in Shopify or Wix.
- For a Zendrop-billed Standard plan, add the card in Zendrop. From Billing, choose Add Payment and enter your Coinepay virtual card details and genuine billing information. If you have multiple saved methods, use Set as Default when appropriate. Review the selected plan and renewal period before confirming the purchase.
- For a Shopify- or Wix-billed Flex plan, use the platform’s billing flow. Review the subscription terms on the platform’s approval or billing page. If the platform offers a place to add or change a payment card, enter your Coinepay card there and complete any required verification. Confirm the charge only after checking the tier rules and the account that will be invoiced.
- Verify the result. Check the plan status in Zendrop’s Billing area and the relevant Zendrop, Shopify or Wix invoice. Keep the receipt and note the next renewal or trial end date.
Zendrop says it accepts credit and debit cards, but a successful payment with any particular virtual card is not assured. When you add a card directly in Zendrop, it makes a temporary $1 pre-authorization to check the card. This is not a completed $1 purchase. If that authorization fails, Zendrop cannot save the card. Platform-billed subscriptions follow the applicable Shopify or Wix checkout flow instead.
Subscriptions, order costs and credits are different payments
Your Zendrop subscription does not pay for the products and shipping on customer orders. Your customer pays your store; when you fulfill an order, you pay Zendrop the product’s wholesale cost and shipping. You can initiate a manual payment from Orders → Fulfill Order, or use auto-fulfillment if you have configured it.
Zendrop also offers order credits that can be topped up manually, including with PayPal. Those credits cannot pay subscription fees, and Zendrop does not list PayPal as a subscription-payment method. If an order displays “Payment required before this order can be fulfilled.”, check the order payment separately from your subscription status.
What to check if your card is declined
- Available funds: Compare the available amount in Coinepay with the charge shown at checkout. For a card being added directly to Zendrop, remember the temporary $1 authorization. A subscription charge and an order-fulfillment charge may be separate.
- Card and billing details: Recheck the number, expiry date and CVV, and enter your real billing name and address consistently. A mismatch or an expired card can prevent payment. Do not use a made-up address to try to pass a check.
- 3-D Secure: If a verification prompt appears, finish it rather than closing the window or returning to Zendrop too soon. Zendrop lists incomplete 3-D Secure verification among payment-failure causes.
- Region or transaction checks: A merchant, payment platform or card provider may review an international transaction or the card’s billing region. Zendrop also notes that international-transaction restrictions can cause its $1 authorization to fail. If checkout states that a card type or issuing region is restricted, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before you buy. Do not try to bypass a regional rule.
- Repeated failures: Avoid submitting the same details over and over; Zendrop identifies repeated attempts and fraud blocks as possible authorization problems. Check the relevant invoice or payment status, then ask Zendrop or the billing platform about the failed charge. Coinepay support can help you review a card-side issue.
If your Standard card will not save, determine whether the $1 pre-authorization failed or the later subscription payment failed. For Flex, check the Shopify or Wix billing flow first: updating a card only inside Zendrop may not change the method used for a platform invoice.
How to manage renewal or request a refund
To stop Standard renewal, use Billing Settings → Downgrade to Free Plan. Unlinking products or uninstalling the store app alone does not cancel a Standard subscription. For Flex, unlink all products and remove any minimum-tier commitment to avoid a future paid tier, or uninstall the app to stop future platform billing. An already-generated Shopify invoice may still be collected.
If you believe a subscription charge qualifies for a refund, contact Zendrop promptly. Its guidance says it may consider requests made within five days, but approval is not guaranteed; the wording across its guides differs on which day starts that period. Outstanding invoices must be paid, and order credits must not have been used. If approved, a refund goes to the original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days. Check the policy for your particular invoice rather than assuming cancellation automatically produces a refund.

FAQ
Where do I add my Coinepay card for Zendrop?
For a directly billed Standard plan, open Zendrop’s upper-right profile menu, select Billing, then Add Payment. For a Shopify- or Wix-billed Flex plan, review and manage the payment method in the relevant platform’s billing flow.
Why did Zendrop attempt a $1 charge when I added my card?
Zendrop uses a temporary $1 pre-authorization when a card is added directly. It is not a completed $1 purchase, but the card cannot be saved if authorization fails.
Can I use Zendrop order credits to pay my subscription?
No. Order credits are separate from subscription fees. PayPal can be used for certain manual order-credit top-ups, but Zendrop does not list it as a subscription-payment method.
Will unlinking products cancel my Zendrop subscription?
Not for a Standard plan; use Billing Settings → Downgrade to Free Plan. For Flex, unlink all products and remove any minimum-tier commitment to avoid a future paid tier, but charges already incurred may still be due.
