SaleHoo is a supplier directory and dropshipping toolkit that charges a recurring membership fee. If you prefer to keep subscription spending on a dedicated card number, a Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use at checkout. This guide walks through what you need, how the SaleHoo sign-up and payment flow works, and how to troubleshoot a declined card.

What you need before you start

SaleHoo bills through ClickBank, a third-party payment processor, so the checkout you reach is ClickBank's rather than SaleHoo's own. Have these ready:

  • A Coinepay virtual card with enough balance for the plan you choose. Create and verify your account first at Coinepay registration; you must complete identity verification (KYC) before card services are available.
  • Your real billing details — the name and billing address linked to your Coinepay account. Use your genuine identity; do not enter invented details to pass a region or payment check.
  • A working email address, because both SaleHoo and ClickBank send a receipt and account confirmation there.
  • Access to the Coinepay app (iOS or Google Play) so you can top up, read any 3-D Secure prompt and check your card status while you pay.

SaleHoo lists credit and debit cards carrying Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Discover, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. Which options appear can depend on the particular checkout, buyer and location. Coinepay does not publish which network or issuer applies to your card, so if a plan page requires a specific card type, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before you buy.

SaleHoo plans and prices

At the time of writing (October 2026), the main SaleHoo pricing page lists three tiers. Always confirm the current amount on SaleHoo's official pricing page before you pay, because prices and offers change:

PlanBilled annuallyOne-time optionHighlights
StarterUS$9/month (US$108/year)US$299 lifetime1 Shopify store, 200 imports/month, 100 supplier contacts/month
ProUS$49/month (US$588/year)US$1,699 lifetimeUp to 3 stores, 600 imports/month, unlimited supplier contacts
EnterpriseUS$499/month (US$5,988/year)Contact SaleHooOne-year term; one-time price by request

SaleHoo quotes these prices in USD for its main markets (US, UK, Australia and elsewhere), and its terms note that listed prices exclude applicable taxes and other charges. A separate SaleHoo trial page has advertised US$1 for seven days on Starter or Pro followed by the annual rate, but whether that offer appears on every sign-up route can vary, so rely on the total shown at checkout.

Step-by-step: sign up and pay

  1. Open your Coinepay card. In the Coinepay app or dashboard, create a virtual card and note the card number, expiry and CVV. Make sure the balance covers the plan total, including the annual amount if you pick annual billing.
  2. Choose a plan on SaleHoo. Go to the official SaleHoo pricing page and select Starter, Pro or Enterprise. For a one-time lifetime price on Enterprise you will need to contact SaleHoo instead of checking out directly.
  3. Create your account. Enter your full name and email to set up the SaleHoo account, then proceed to payment.
  4. Complete the ClickBank checkout. You are taken to ClickBank to pay. Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry and CVV, and the billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account.
  5. Approve any verification. If a 3-D Secure or one-time passcode step appears, approve it through the method Coinepay uses so the authorisation can complete.
  6. Confirm and save your receipt. A successful ClickBank purchase sends an emailed receipt, and SaleHoo returns you to your account. Order acceptance requires payment and an order confirmation.

On your statement, the charge may read "Clkbank*SaleHoo" or "CLKBANK*COM." That is expected for ClickBank-processed subscriptions and is not a sign of a duplicate charge.

If your card is declined

SaleHoo's terms mention declined card transactions but publish no specific buyer-facing error text, and ClickBank points to failed authorisation, a declined method, or suspected fraud or misuse as general reasons a transaction cannot complete. Work through these common causes:

Insufficient balance

Annual billing charges the full yearly amount up front (for example US$108 for Starter or US$588 for Pro), not the monthly figure. Confirm your Coinepay card holds enough for the exact total shown at checkout, including any tax added at the final step, then try again.

Billing address mismatch

Card processors compare the billing name and address you type against the details on file for the card. Enter the exact billing information linked to your Coinepay account. If you are unsure what that is, check it in the Coinepay app before retrying.

3-D Secure or authentication failure

If a verification prompt times out or is dismissed, the authorisation fails. Start the checkout again and complete the 3-D Secure step promptly. ClickBank's internal recurring-payment statuses such as Request New Card, Payment Irreversibly Denied and Retry Payment reflect card validation, authentication and authorisation problems — these are processor reporting statuses rather than messages you will necessarily see at checkout, but they point to the same fixes.

Merchant or region checks

ClickBank says payment-method availability can vary by purchaser, transaction and location, so the options shown may differ from one buyer to another. Use your real country and details; never use a VPN or invented address to get around a region check. If payment keeps failing, try the next legitimate option your checkout offers and contact Coinepay support to confirm there is no issue on the card side.

Still stuck? Reach Coinepay via support or Telegram to check your card's status, and contact SaleHoo for anything specific to your order or account.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

Because SaleHoo subscriptions are processed by ClickBank, you manage the payment side through ClickBank's buyer order portal at clkbank.com. Find your order using the purchase email and another identifier, verify by email, then choose to update your payment details or cancel the subscription. The SaleHoo dashboard's "Settings" area covers profile settings rather than a verified card-management path.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. SaleHoo asks for 48 hours' notice before a renewal and accepts cancellation requests by email to [email protected], through dashboard live chat, or by phone; notice arriving later than that may not stop an upcoming charge. At the time of writing, SaleHoo's pricing FAQ offers a full refund if you contact support within 60 days of signup, and ClickBank also allows refund requests from its buyer portal. Whether a particular renewal or an Enterprise arrangement qualifies is not guaranteed, so confirm the current policy with SaleHoo.

A virtual card makes recurring subscriptions easier to track, but it does not change SaleHoo's billing terms. Keep enough balance on the card before each renewal date, or cancel in good time if you no longer need the membership. For more Coinepay payment walkthroughs, visit the Coinepay site.

FAQ

Which payment processor handles SaleHoo payments?

SaleHoo charges through ClickBank. After you choose a plan and create your account, you complete payment on ClickBank's checkout and are returned to SaleHoo. The statement charge may read "Clkbank*SaleHoo" or "CLKBANK*COM."

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for a SaleHoo subscription?

You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at the ClickBank checkout like any card. SaleHoo lists Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. If a specific card type is required, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets it before you buy.

Why was my card declined at the SaleHoo checkout?

Common causes are insufficient balance for the full annual total, a billing address that doesn't match your card record, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or processor region checks. Fix the detail and retry, and contact Coinepay support if payments keep failing.

How much does SaleHoo cost?

At the time of writing (October 2026), Starter is US$9/month billed annually (US$108/year) or US$299 lifetime, Pro is US$49/month annually (US$588/year) or US$1,699 lifetime, and Enterprise is US$499/month annually. Confirm the current amount on SaleHoo's official pricing page before paying.

How do I update my card or cancel a SaleHoo subscription?

Use ClickBank's buyer order portal at clkbank.com: find your order with your purchase email, verify by email, then update payment details or cancel. SaleHoo also accepts cancellations by email, live chat or phone, asking for 48 hours' notice before a renewal.
