Spocket is a dropshipping and print-on-demand marketplace that connects online retailers with suppliers. If you want to upgrade from the free plan or pay a supplier for an order, you need a working payment card on file. This guide explains how to set up a Coinepay virtual card, where Spocket's billing settings live, and how to resolve the most common card declines so your subscription or order goes through.

What you need before you start

Spocket bills subscriptions to credit/debit cards (and, where available, Shopify billing), and supplier orders are paid by credit card or PayPal. To pay with a Coinepay card, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. You can register here and finish verification before issuing a card.
  • A Coinepay virtual card issued from the dashboard or app, with its card number, expiry date and CVV visible.
  • Enough balance on the card to cover the plan or order total. Check your current balance and any limits in the Coinepay app.
  • Your real billing address exactly as it appears on your Coinepay profile. Spocket's payment processor checks the street and postcode, so the details must match.

Coinepay does not publish which networks a given merchant accepts, and Spocket's help center lists card types rather than accepted networks. If you are unsure your card will be accepted, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you buy.

Spocket plans and what they cost

Spocket's free plan is called Basic. The paid tiers are Starter, Professional (also called "Pro" in the help center), Empire and Unicorn. At the time of writing (October 2026), the USD monthly prices shown on Spocket's pricing page were Starter $39.99, Professional $59.99, Empire $99.99 and Unicorn $299.99. Annual billing was listed for Professional, Empire and Unicorn at lower per-month equivalents charged once for twelve months; Starter was not listed annually.

Prices can vary by region and currency, and the page you see may show a different amount. Always confirm the exact charge and currency on the official Spocket pricing page at checkout before you confirm.

Monthly plans include a seven-day trial, with billing starting afterward. Annual plans, according to Spocket's subscription refund policy, have no trial and are charged in full immediately, then renew on a 12-month cycle. Check the amount shown at checkout so you know whether you are starting a trial or paying right away.

Step 1: Create your Coinepay virtual card

  1. Sign in to the Coinepay dashboard or the mobile app for iOS or Android.
  2. Complete KYC if you have not already. Card services require verified identity.
  3. Create a virtual card and top it up with enough to cover your chosen plan (plus a little headroom for any currency conversion).
  4. Open the card details to view the number, expiry and CVV, and note the billing address on your account.

Step 2: Create or sign in to your Spocket account

You can start a Spocket account in a few ways: install the Spocket store app or plugin, which creates an account for you, or sign up directly on Spocket's website using Google or Facebook. You can then connect your store. Use your real details throughout — the identity and billing information on your card must match the person paying.

Step 3: Choose a plan and enter your card

  1. In Spocket, open the pricing or upgrade screen and select the plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) you want.
  2. When prompted for payment, choose to pay by card and enter your Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV.
  3. Enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your Coinepay profile. A mismatched street or postcode is a common cause of declines.
  4. Review the amount and currency shown, then confirm. If the card issuer requires a one-time passcode for 3-D Secure, approve it in the Coinepay app or follow the prompt.

Your subscription invoices appear under Settings → Membership Settings → Billing History for card-billed users, and membership and order payment details are managed under Settings → Account.

Step 4: Paying a supplier for an order

Subscriptions and supplier orders are separate. Your own customer pays at your store; you then pay the supplier through Spocket, which collects the order's total fees when you submit and does not process the order until payment clears. If you have not added order billing details yet, Spocket prompts for them at order checkout. At that screen you will only see the payout methods the supplier has enabled — typically a credit-card/Stripe path or PayPal Express Checkout. If card is offered, you can enter your Coinepay card the same way as above.

Troubleshooting: why a Spocket payment is declined

Spocket's payment-help guide and terms list several reasons a charge can fail. Work through these before retrying:

  • Insufficient funds / balance. The order or plan total, including any conversion, must be covered by your card balance. Top up in the Coinepay app and try again.
  • Billing address mismatch (AVS). Spocket flags a street or postcode mismatch. Re-enter the address exactly as it appears on your Coinepay account.
  • Missing CVV or billing address. Make sure every field is completed; the guide specifically lists missing CVV and missing billing address as causes.
  • Expired card or expired payment details. Check the expiry on your Coinepay card and update the card on file if needed.
  • Missing stored card profile. If no card is saved, add one under Settings → Account before retrying.
  • Bank decline requiring verification / 3-D Secure. Approve any verification prompt from the card issuer. If a secure-authentication step appears, complete it in the Coinepay app.
  • Processing or network error. Wait a moment and reattempt; Spocket's terms permit reattempts on the authorized method.

If the card still will not go through after you have checked all of the above, confirm your balance, limits and card status in the Coinepay app, then reach out to Coinepay support or ask on Telegram. For plan-specific billing questions, contact Spocket's own support.

Cancelling and refunds

To cancel, go to Settings → Membership → Cancel. Spocket notes a password must be set on the account, paid access continues through the current billing period, and your settings and products become inaccessible once that period ends. The subscription refund policy asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal: cancelling during the seven-day monthly trial avoids a charge, while monthly charges and completed annual charges are non-refundable, including unused mid-cycle time. Note that cancelling a Spocket plan does not close your Coinepay card — manage the card separately in the Coinepay app. Product-order refunds are separate and follow each supplier's own return policy and deadlines.

A note on regions

Some Coinepay services are not available in every jurisdiction, and virtual-asset-related services are not available to residents of mainland China. Use your real identity and real billing details with Spocket; do not attempt to work around any regional check. If you are unsure whether you can pay, confirm with Coinepay support first.
