You can buy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service directly through a Microsoft business account and enter a card during checkout. Before using a Coinepay virtual card, check Microsoft’s payment rules: Microsoft does not accept prepaid or gift cards for business billing, and the payment method must be issued in the same country or region as your tenant. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets these requirements before you buy. Card acceptance at an individual checkout is not guaranteed.

What you need before checkout

  • A Microsoft business account and the right permissions. An administrator for an existing tenant can purchase Customer Service licenses directly at admin.microsoft.com and apply them to users. If your organization buys through Microsoft sales or a partner, follow that seller’s payment process instead.
  • A plan and license count. The paid base tiers are Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Premium. Decide how many people need licenses, and review the term, billing schedule and total shown in your own checkout.
  • Your real business and billing information. Use the legal identity, contact details and billing address associated with your organization and payment method. Check that your tenant’s country or region matches Microsoft’s payment-method requirement; do not change account details merely to bypass a regional check.
  • A Coinepay card you have checked for eligibility. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Coinepay issues virtual cards with a card number, expiry date and CVV, which you can view in its app or self-service dashboard. Check the app or ask support about any card details you need for this purchase.

Microsoft also offers a 30-day Customer Service trial. To explore the product first, start from Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 trial page, select Customer Service, and provide an email address and contact information. Microsoft notes that signing up with a personal email restricts some features. Trial availability is separate from paid-product availability: the new trial experience is unavailable in Brazil, Government Community Cloud, Norway and South Africa.

Choose a Customer Service plan and review the price

Compare the three tiers on Microsoft’s official Dynamics 365 Customer Service pricing page for your region. As an illustration, at the time of writing (October 2026), Microsoft’s United States page listed Professional at US$50, Enterprise at US$105 and Premium at US$195 per user per month, paid yearly. These are not month-to-month purchase quotes. Published prices are indicative; country, currency and regional variants can change the amount you see at checkout. Check the official pricing page and your order summary before committing.

If you are considering Premium for Contact Center capabilities, check regional availability as well as price. Microsoft lists digital capabilities but no locally available voice for France, Germany and India, and neither channel for GCC High. That distinction can matter more than the payment method when choosing a tier.

How to pay with a Coinepay virtual card

  1. Confirm card eligibility first. Microsoft business billing accepts credit and debit cards but not prepaid or gift cards, and requires a payment method issued in the same country or region as the tenant. Ask Coinepay support whether your particular card meets those requirements. If it does not, use an eligible payment method available to your organization rather than repeatedly attempting checkout.
  2. Prepare your card details. After registering and completing Coinepay identity verification, open the iOS app, Android app or self-service dashboard to view your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Check your available funds against the amount Microsoft will charge, including any applicable tax.
  3. Sign in to your Microsoft tenant. An authorized administrator can go to admin.microsoft.com to buy Customer Service licenses directly. Select Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional, Enterprise or Premium, and specify the number of licenses and the purchasing options Microsoft presents. If you are moving from a trial, follow the purchase option available to your tenant rather than assuming the trial converts automatically.
  4. Enter the payment information. At the direct-purchase checkout, enter the Coinepay card details if Microsoft offers card payment for your account. Provide your genuine cardholder and billing details exactly as required. Review the displayed subscription term, billing frequency, taxes, payment method and final amount before placing the order. Follow any payment authentication prompt that appears; do not submit the same order repeatedly while a response is pending.
  5. Verify the purchase and assign licenses. Check Microsoft’s order confirmation and the subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center. An existing tenant’s administrator can then apply the purchased Customer Service licenses to the intended users. Keep the order and billing records for your business.

The exact purchase path can differ if Microsoft sales handles a volume-licensing or enterprise-agreement order, or if you buy through a partner. In those cases, ask the seller which payment methods and order terms apply; do not assume a card can be entered through the self-service checkout.

Manage the card and subscription after purchase

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, find subscription details under Billing → Your products → [subscription]. In Simplified view, look under Subscriptions. To manage stored cards, use Billing → Bills & payments → Payment methods, or Products → View payment methods in Simplified view.

Adding a new card to Microsoft’s payment-method list does not automatically switch an existing Customer Service subscription to that card. Replace the payment method on the subscription or on its billing profile, as applicable, and check the resulting billing details. If you manage multiple subscriptions, verify which one you changed.

Review cancellation terms before buying an annual commitment. For a Microsoft Customer Agreement subscription, Microsoft says cancellation within seven days of the start or renewal can receive a prorated credit or refund; after that window, you can turn off recurring billing and retain access until the term ends. An annual term paid monthly remains payable for the rest of that term. Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement terms differ, and purchases made through a partner or seller may require you to contact that seller. Check the agreement shown for your own order before making changes.

What to do if Microsoft declines the card

For a declined business-card payment, Microsoft may email that it “was unable to process the payment.” Start with the payment record in your Microsoft account and avoid guessing from that message alone:

  • Insufficient balance: Compare the available funds with Microsoft’s actual checkout amount, not just an advertised per-user monthly rate. A yearly-paid price, multiple licenses and applicable taxes can make the amount due different from the headline figure. Check your Coinepay app for available funds and any applicable card conditions before retrying.
  • Card or billing details do not match: Re-enter the number, expiry date and CVV carefully. Confirm the cardholder name and genuine billing address are correct. Microsoft lists incorrect card details and billing-address mismatches among possible reasons a payment fails.
  • Authentication or security check: If checkout requests 3-D Secure or another card verification step, complete only the prompt actually presented. If a challenge does not arrive, expires or fails, check the transaction in your Coinepay app and contact Coinepay support for help. Microsoft also lists a card security block as a possible cause of a decline; do not assume an authentication failure is the only explanation.
  • Merchant country or card-type restriction: Microsoft requires the payment method to be issued in the tenant’s country or region and does not accept prepaid or gift cards. If eligibility is uncertain, ask Coinepay support to confirm your card meets Microsoft’s requirements before another attempt. If the restriction applies, use a payment method Microsoft permits for your tenant.
  • Inactive card or unresolved decline: Confirm the card is active and that Microsoft is charging the card you intended, especially if you recently added a replacement. If the reason remains unclear, give Coinepay support the transaction time and amount, and ask Microsoft billing support to check the attempted order. Do not share your full card number or CVV in a support message.

Available payment alternatives depend on your country and account. Wire transfer is not a default checkout option for a new customer; eligible existing business customers may be able to apply under Microsoft’s conditions. The safest next step is to use the payment options Microsoft presents for your tenant, not to work around a failed regional or card-type check.

FAQ

Which Dynamics 365 Customer Service plan can I buy?

Microsoft lists Customer Service Professional, Enterprise and Premium. Compare their features and your region’s current price on Microsoft’s official pricing page before ordering.

Will Microsoft accept my Coinepay virtual card?

Acceptance is not guaranteed. Microsoft does not accept prepaid or gift cards for business billing and requires a payment method issued in the tenant’s country or region. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets those requirements before buying.

Why was my Customer Service card payment declined?

Check the available balance, card number, expiry, name and genuine billing address. Also check any authentication prompt, security block, and Microsoft’s card-type and tenant-region rules.

If I add a new card, will Microsoft charge it for my existing subscription?

Not automatically. Replace the payment method on the Customer Service subscription or its billing profile, then verify the billing details in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
