You can start a Pipedrive trial without a card, then add payment details when you are ready to subscribe. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, complete Pipedrive’s checkout and investigate common payment problems without changing or misrepresenting your billing details.
What you need before subscribing
- A Pipedrive account: Pipedrive offers a standard 14-day trial that does not require a credit card. You need a payment method to start a paid subscription.
- Billing access: The person completing checkout needs access to the Pipedrive account’s billing settings. If you cannot see Billing, ask someone with the appropriate account-settings access to manage the subscription.
- A Coinepay account and card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage your card in the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay app for iOS or Android. An issued virtual card provides a card number, expiry date and CVV.
- Your real billing information: Have the correct contact and address details for the person or business paying Pipedrive. Check the amount due and your available card funds before confirming a purchase.
Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. Payment options and service availability can depend on jurisdiction. A Coinepay card does not override Pipedrive’s billing, regional or payment checks.
Choose a Pipedrive plan and billing cycle
Pipedrive’s current plans are Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Charges depend on the plan, whether you pay monthly or annually, the number of seats and any optional add-ons or top-ups. Count unassigned seats too: Pipedrive includes them when calculating charges. Annual billing is paid upfront; monthly billing recurs each month.
For a point of reference, at the time of writing (October 2026), Pipedrive displayed the following US-dollar prices for annual billing. The per-month figures are per seat, but the annual amount is paid upfront. Check Pipedrive’s official pricing page and your checkout total for current prices and the amount applicable to your account.
| Plan | Displayed monthly equivalent, billed annually | Displayed annual payment per seat |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | US$14 | US$168 |
| Growth | US$39 | US$468 |
| Premium | US$59 | US$708 |
| Ultimate | US$79 | US$948 |
Pipedrive says the billing location determines the billing currency: Australia uses AUD, Canada CAD, European countries and Turkey EUR, the UK GBP, and other locations USD. Do not use a different address to try to select a currency. Review the currency and full payable amount shown for your actual billing location before proceeding.
How to sign up and pay with your Coinepay card
- Create or open your Pipedrive account. Sign up through Pipedrive’s official site, or sign in if you already have a trial. You can use the trial to evaluate the service before adding payment details.
- Prepare your Coinepay card. After registering and completing identity verification, open your Coinepay dashboard or app to view your issued virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV. Check your available funds against the amount you expect to pay, particularly if you are choosing annual billing, multiple seats or add-ons.
- Open Pipedrive billing. In Pipedrive, use the account menu at the top right and select Billing. Choose Manage subscription to view plan and billing-cycle options.
- Build your subscription. Select Lite, Growth, Premium or Ultimate; choose your billing cycle; then review the seat count and any add-ons. Check the total rather than relying only on a per-seat advertised price.
- Enter checkout details. Supply your real contact and billing address information. If a card payment option is offered for your billing location, enter the Coinepay card details shown in your dashboard or app. Pipedrive lists credit and debit cards among its payment methods, but payment-method availability depends on billing location and an individual card transaction may still be declined.
- Review before committing. Select Review purchase. Verify the plan, seats, billing cycle, currency, address and payable amount. When everything is correct, select Confirm purchase. If your card provider requests an authentication step, complete the genuine prompt rather than repeatedly restarting checkout.
According to Pipedrive, if you confirm a subscription during the trial, the charge is made after the trial ends. If the trial ends without billing details, trial access ends; Pipedrive says you can log in within 60 days to add billing details and start paying. Check the subscription and invoice information in Billing so you know when a charge is expected.
What to do if Pipedrive declines the card
A decline does not, by itself, identify the cause. Do not submit repeated attempts with altered addresses or account details. First check whether Pipedrive shows an error, whether an invoice is overdue and whether your card provider shows an authentication request or failed charge.
Insufficient available funds
Compare your available card funds with the full checkout total, not just the displayed monthly equivalent of an annually billed plan. Extra seats, including unassigned seats, add-ons and top-ups can affect the charge. Check the funding options and any applicable details in the Coinepay app; if the amount still does not reconcile, contact Coinepay support before retrying.
Billing details do not match
Recheck the card number, expiry and CVV against your Coinepay dashboard or app, then review the billing address and country entered in Pipedrive. Use your genuine billing details and correct mistakes rather than substituting an address from another region. Pipedrive documents cases where, in taxable regions, a mismatch involving the billing country, IP address or card BIN can prevent payment. If your details are accurate but you still receive a region-related error, ask Pipedrive about its billing requirements and contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets them.
Authentication or 3-D Secure does not complete
If checkout presents a 3-D Secure or other card-verification challenge, follow the instructions shown by the payment flow. Check your Coinepay app or dashboard for any relevant prompt or transaction information; do not approve a request you do not recognize. If no prompt appears, it expires or the transaction fails after authentication, contact Coinepay support with the attempted amount, currency, time and any error text. Whether a particular payment requires authentication depends on the transaction and payment flow.
Merchant or region checks block the payment
Pipedrive lists several card networks and makes payment options dependent on billing location, so do not assume that seeing a card field means every card can be used. Pipedrive also documents declines from the card issuer. Ask Pipedrive which requirement or error applies, and contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you buy. Do not use a VPN, an invented billing address or someone else’s identity to bypass a check. If you are in Brazil and choose Pipedrive’s local-card option, that separate flow asks for a CPF/CNPJ and card details; use it only if you genuinely qualify.
If you are editing an existing subscription rather than starting one, check Billing for an overdue invoice. Pipedrive says a declined transaction or overdue invoice can prevent subscription changes. Resolve the invoice or ask Pipedrive support what must be addressed before trying the edit again.
Manage the subscription after checkout
To inspect or change the plan and billing cycle, open the top-right account menu, select Billing, then Manage subscription. To edit an existing payment method, Pipedrive identifies a pencil icon beside it in Billing. Check upcoming charges when you change seats, add-ons or billing cycles, and keep enough funds available for renewals.
If you decide to stop paying, an authorized user can select Cancel my subscription at the bottom of Billing and complete the confirmation steps. Pipedrive says access continues through the current billing term and then ends. Its terms state that fees are non-refundable, including for cancellation partway through a term or a downgrade’s price difference, so review the term and renewal date before confirming a purchase or change.
