You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at VEED’s web checkout when upgrading a workspace. This guide covers what to check before subscribing, the workspace owner’s checkout steps, and what to do if a payment fails. Card acceptance depends on VEED’s checkout and the checks applied to your transaction.
Before you subscribe
Create or sign in to your VEED account at veed.io. VEED offers sign-up with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or a work email. You can use its Free tier without upgrading. For the main VEED product, the current tiers are Free, Creator, Pro, Studio, and Enterprise; Enterprise is handled through sales. If your goal is AI audio or voice work, compare the features included in the paid tiers on VEED’s official pricing page before choosing one.
Paid VEED plans are priced per workspace seat. Adding an editor can increase the charge, and each workspace has its own subscription. Check both the seat count and billing period at checkout rather than budgeting for a single account-wide payment. Prices vary by region; VEED displays a local currency where available and USD otherwise. The price shown when you subscribe is the one to review. VEED says subscriptions in India are available with annual billing only.
To use Coinepay card services, register with Coinepay and complete identity verification first. Coinepay issues virtual cards with a card number, expiry date, and CVV that you can retrieve in its self-service dashboard or mobile app. Check the available balance and any applicable card settings in Coinepay before starting VEED checkout. If you need to confirm a card detail or service availability for your location, contact Coinepay support.
Have your real billing name and address ready. VEED says its web checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, but that description does not establish whether any particular virtual card will be accepted. PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay appear only in certain countries. This guide uses direct card entry at VEED’s web checkout, not an alternative wallet or an Apple-billed in-app purchase.
How to pay for VEED on the web
- Sign in to VEED. Go to veed.io and sign in, or create an account using one of VEED’s sign-up options. Make sure you are working in the workspace you intend to upgrade: subscriptions belong to individual workspaces.
- Open that workspace’s billing settings. The workspace owner selects their profile picture, then the workspace name, then Workspace Settings → Workspace Billing → Upgrade. If you are not the owner, ask the owner to manage the purchase rather than trying to change billing for a workspace you do not control.
- Choose a tier and billing period. Compare Creator, Pro, and Studio against the features you need, and review the number of seats. Select monthly or annual billing where VEED offers both for your location. Confirm the displayed currency, total, and renewal terms before proceeding.
- Enter your Coinepay card details. Copy the card number, expiry date, and CVV from your Coinepay dashboard or app into VEED’s payment form. Enter your own accurate billing details. Review every field for typing errors before submitting.
- Complete any payment verification. If the checkout asks you to authenticate through 3D Secure or another security step, follow the on-screen instructions. Do not close the checkout while a verification request is pending.
- Confirm the result. After a successful purchase, VEED sends a confirmation email. Check Workspace Billing for the subscription and payment information. If the page appears to fail or times out, check your VEED account and transaction history before submitting the payment again.
Keep the confirmation email and review your renewal date. A paid subscription may renew according to the billing period you selected, and the cost can change if the number of paid seats changes. If you need a payment record later, web subscribers can obtain invoices from Workspace Billing.
If VEED declines your Coinepay card
A decline does not, by itself, identify the cause. VEED lists bank security declines, incomplete 3D Secure authentication, outdated card details, and payment methods unsupported in the buyer’s region among possible reasons for a failed payment. Work through the checks below before making another attempt.
Insufficient available balance
Compare the amount displayed at VEED checkout with the funds available for the card in Coinepay. Account for the selected billing period and every seat: an annual plan or an additional editor may make the charge larger than expected. If funds are insufficient, use the available funding options shown in Coinepay and check the balance again before retrying. For questions about card settings or a transaction, contact Coinepay support rather than repeatedly submitting the same payment.
Billing details or card information do not match
Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV from the active card details in Coinepay. Check your billing name and address for mistakes and use your real details. If you have updated a card or billing information, make sure VEED is not using older details. Do not substitute an invented address or another person’s identity to try to pass a payment check.
3D Secure or a security decline
If VEED presents a 3D Secure challenge, finish it within the checkout flow. An abandoned or incomplete challenge can cause the payment to fail. If no challenge arrives, or a security decline persists, check the transaction information available in Coinepay and ask Coinepay support for help. Do not assume that a pending transaction means a subscription is active; check VEED’s billing page and email as well before attempting payment again.
Merchant or regional payment checks
A payment method may be unavailable in a buyer’s region, and a merchant or payment provider may apply additional checks to a transaction. Review the options actually offered at your VEED checkout and confirm that your account, billing information, and location are accurate. If a regional requirement or card restriction is unclear, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy, and ask VEED about its checkout requirements. A virtual card is not a way around a merchant’s regional rules.
If you see a charge but no upgrade, check your VEED workspace, confirmation email, and Coinepay transaction history before retrying. Keep the transaction details available when contacting support so the payment can be investigated without risking an unnecessary duplicate attempt.
Manage, change, or cancel the subscription
For subscriptions purchased on the web, return to Workspace Billing to change payment details or obtain invoices. VEED says Android subscriptions also use VEED checkout and are managed there. An in-app iOS subscription is different: Apple bills and manages it under your device’s Settings → name → Subscriptions. If you plan to use a Coinepay card at VEED’s web checkout, make the purchase on the web rather than assuming an Apple-billed purchase will appear in VEED’s web billing controls.
To cancel a web or Android subscription, go to Workspace Billing → Turn off auto-renewal, complete VEED’s questionnaire, and look for a confirmation email. VEED advises doing this at least two business days before renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, but cancellation alone does not create a refund.
VEED’s Terms of Sale describe a full refund for a consumer who has never used the paid services and cancels within the first 14 days. Uploading or editing media, or adding subtitles, counts as use under those terms; limited other circumstances for prorated refunds may apply. Review VEED’s current terms and contact VEED about eligibility rather than assuming that canceling reverses a charge. For an iOS in-app subscription, request any refund from Apple.
