Humble Choice is Humble Bundle’s gaming membership. If card payment is offered at checkout, you can enter your Coinepay virtual card details to attempt a purchase. This guide covers what to prepare, how to review the charge before confirming, and what to check if the payment does not go through.

What you need before you start

  • A Coinepay account and completed identity verification. Register through Coinepay and finish KYC before using card services. You can manage your account in the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay app for iOS or Android.
  • Your virtual card details. Coinepay provides a card number, expiry date and CVV when the card is issued. Keep them private and enter them only in the payment form you intend to use.
  • Enough available funds. Check your balance against the final amount Humble shows, including any applicable tax. If your payment involves currency conversion, check the amount available in your Coinepay account rather than relying on a headline price.
  • Your real account and billing information. Use your own name and accurate billing address. Make sure the details you enter at Humble match those associated with your payment information.
  • A chance to check the games. Review the current Choice offering and each game’s activation or gifting restrictions before paying. A title’s regional restrictions can differ from the availability of the membership itself.

Humble’s prices vary by region, and the amount due may include tax. Check Humble Bundle’s official membership page and the checkout total for the price that applies to you. Ordinary Humble Bundles are individual purchases, not Humble Choice membership payments; their offer terms and checkout totals need to be checked separately.

How to pay for Humble Choice

  1. Open Humble Bundle’s membership page. On Humble Bundle’s official site, go to the Humble Choice membership area. Review the current benefits, games and billing options. If monthly and annual options are displayed, compare their payment schedules before selecting one.
  2. Sign in or create your Humble account. Follow the prompts shown on the site. Use an email address you can access, because you may need it for account notices and purchase records.
  3. Review the checkout. Confirm that you are buying Humble Choice rather than a one-time bundle or Store item. Check the billing frequency, price, tax, currency and total. For a continuing membership, read the renewal information shown before you agree to pay.
  4. Select card payment if available. Humble displays the payment methods available for that checkout. If card payment appears, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Add your real billing details exactly as requested; do not use an invented address or change your location to try to qualify for different pricing.
  5. Complete any security prompt. If a payment verification step appears, follow the instructions on screen and complete it through the legitimate channel provided. Keep the checkout open until you see the result.
  6. Check the outcome. Look for the membership or purchase status in your Humble account and keep the receipt or transaction details. A submitted payment form or an initial order message is not, by itself, a reason to assume the order has been fully accepted. Check Coinepay for the card transaction as well.

Checkout screens and payment options can change. If a payment method is not displayed for your Humble Choice purchase, do not assume that its availability for a separate Bundle or Store purchase means it can be used for the membership.

If your Coinepay card is declined

A decline does not identify its cause on its own. Check the checkout message, your Humble account’s order status and the card activity in Coinepay before attempting another payment. These are common areas to investigate:

Insufficient available balance

Compare the available amount on your card with Humble’s final checkout total, not just the membership price shown earlier in the flow. Tax or a currency difference may affect the amount required. If you recently added funds, check that they are available before retrying. Also check whether an earlier attempt appears in your card activity so you do not mistake a pending transaction for a completed membership purchase.

Billing details do not match

Recheck the card number, expiry date and CVV for typing errors. Then compare the billing name, address and postal code you entered with your real payment details. Correct a mistake rather than substituting a different address. If you are unsure which billing details to use with your Coinepay card, ask Coinepay support before submitting another attempt.

Payment verification was not completed

If the checkout requests 3-D Secure or another verification step, finish that prompt as directed. A closed, expired or failed verification window may prevent the payment from completing. If no prompt arrives or the step repeatedly fails, record the message you see and contact Coinepay support. Do not share your CVV, password or one-time code with someone claiming they can complete verification for you.

Merchant or regional checks

Humble may apply its own payment and region checks. A price displayed in a currency does not establish that a particular purchase, game key or payment route is available for your location. Check the product’s regional information and your real account location. Do not use a VPN, a different billing country or someone else’s payment details to bypass a restriction. If the checkout identifies a card-type or issuing-country requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy; do not assume it does.

The order status is unclear

If Humble shows a cancellation or checkout error, first check whether a membership appears on your account and whether Coinepay shows a charge or pending transaction. Avoid repeated rapid submissions while the first attempt is unresolved. Save the exact error text and any order reference, then contact Humble Bundle’s support about the order or Coinepay support about the card transaction. Neither an error message nor a pending card entry alone establishes why Humble did not complete the purchase.

Manage renewal and avoid an unwanted charge

Humble Choice is a membership, so review the billing frequency and next payment date shown in your Humble account after subscribing. Look in your account settings for subscription management if you need to change or cancel it. Because labels and deadlines can change, follow the instructions currently displayed in your account and act well before the next scheduled charge. Keep a record of any cancellation confirmation.

Read Humble’s current refund and cancellation terms before purchasing or revealing game keys. Do not assume that canceling after a charge automatically reverses it, or that a partially used membership is refundable. If you have already been charged and need help, contact Humble Bundle’s support with your order details. For questions about a Coinepay transaction, use Coinepay support.

Coinepay card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. Some services are not available in every jurisdiction, and a Coinepay card does not override Humble Bundle’s checkout rules or a game’s regional restrictions.
