DSers is a popular order-management and supplier app for dropshipping stores. If you want to move up from the free tier to a paid plan, you need a working payment method on file. A Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry date and CVV you can use for recurring online subscriptions. This guide walks through what you need, how the DSers checkout works, and how to troubleshoot a declined card.
What you need before you start
- A registered, KYC-verified Coinepay account. You must complete identity verification before you can use card services. Create your account or download the iOS app or Android app to finish verification.
- A Coinepay virtual card with enough balance to cover the first charge plus any provider conversion or foreign-transaction fees. DSers bills in US dollars even on some localized pages, so check your card balance in the app first.
- The card's billing details exactly as they appear in your Coinepay app: cardholder name, billing address, and postal/ZIP code. Use your real identity and real billing details.
- A DSers account linked to your store, and access to whichever billing route you plan to use.
DSers processes paid subscriptions through one of four routes: Shopify, Wix, PayPal or Stripe. A card is used directly through Stripe (or through a card funding source inside PayPal); Shopify and Wix bill through your store platform's own payment setup. Choose the route that lets you enter the card you want to use.
DSers plans and pricing
DSers offers Basic, Advanced, Pro and Enterprise tiers, plus Custom Enterprise options sold by its sales team. On the global English pricing page, at the time of writing (October 2026), Basic is free, Advanced is $19.90/month, Pro is $49.90/month and Enterprise is $499.90/month, with yearly billing labelled "20% OFF." Localized pages for France and Germany showed the same dollar prices; your local-currency total, taxes and conversion charges only become final at checkout.
DSers prices change by region and over time, and separate billing exists for add-ons such as the AI Agent, so always confirm the current figure on the official dsers.com pricing page before you subscribe. Never assume the price you saw yesterday is the price you will be charged.
Basic uses Get Started and requires no card. A paid tier starts a 14-day trial when you activate it, not when you first create the DSers account. If you leave billing details for a trial, DSers' terms say the selected plan is charged after the trial unless you cancel first.
Step-by-step: subscribe to a paid plan
- Add your Coinepay card to the payment route. If you are paying through Stripe, have your Coinepay card number, expiry and CVV ready. If you are paying through PayPal, add the Coinepay card as a funding source inside your PayPal account first.
- Open DSers and choose a plan. Go to the DSers Dashboard, then Manage Subscription, or use Settings → Plan → Current Plan → Change Plan. Select monthly or yearly billing and the tier you want.
- Activate the paid tier. DSers sends you to authorize the selected billing route (Shopify, Wix, PayPal or Stripe). Complete the authorization in full.
- Return to DSers and click Update. After authorizing, you must come back to DSers and click Update to sync the status. Skipping either the authorization or the return step can leave your account still showing "Free."
- Confirm the charge currency and total. Checkout displays the applicable currency and final total before you confirm. Review it, then complete payment.
- Check your invoice. For direct PayPal/Stripe subscriptions, invoices appear under Billing Manage → Subscription Bills. Shopify-billed invoices are in Shopify admin → Settings → Billing; Wix-billed invoices are in Wix Account Settings → Billing History.
Your plan, default billing method and billing details live under DSers → Settings → Plan/Billing so you can review them any time.
A note on card networks
A DSers Stripe-integration page names Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, but whether each network is accepted at the current live DSers checkout in every region is not confirmed, and acceptance of any specific card at a specific merchant is never guaranteed. If you are unsure whether your card will be accepted on your chosen route, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card details before you buy.
Troubleshooting a declined card
Most subscription failures come down to one of a few causes. Work through these before retrying.
Insufficient balance
Make sure your Coinepay card holds enough to cover the plan price plus any conversion or foreign-transaction fee, since DSers bills in USD. Top up in the Coinepay app, then retry. Check your current card balance and limits in the app.
Billing address or card detail mismatch
Enter the cardholder name, billing address and postal code exactly as they appear in your Coinepay app. DSers reports subscription issues tied to invalid billing details, and an "Expired" or "Cancelled" status can follow an issuer decline. Copy the details carefully rather than typing from memory.
3-D Secure / authentication
A recurring subscription may trigger an extra verification step. Keep your Coinepay app open to approve any confirmation prompt, and make sure your contact details in the app are current so you receive it.
Plan still shows "Free" after paying
This usually means the authorization or the return-to-DSers step was not completed. Reopen Manage Subscription, finish the route authorization, then click Update to resync the status.
Merchant region checks
DSers-wide subscription availability by country is not publicly confirmed, and each payment route has its own geographic limits. The Shopify route, for example, does not support Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea and the specified Donetsk/Luhansk regions. Use your real location and a billing route available to you. Never use a VPN, a fake address or any workaround to bypass a region check or the merchant's terms.
Don't confuse AliExpress errors with subscription declines
Messages such as "Payment blocked by issuing bank," "Insufficient balance," "Card information is incorrect" and "Selected currency is not supported" at AliExpress checkout relate to paying for orders through AliExpress, not to your DSers subscription. They are handled separately, so fix the right payment method for the right step.
Cancelling and refunds
To stop billing on a standard paid plan, switch to Basic (Free) via Manage Subscription → Change Plan. Uninstalling the DSers app alone does not cancel billing. Wix subscribers may also need to finish the change in Wix → Apps → Manage Apps, and Shopify billing dates can lag the DSers cycle.
DSers generally does not offer subscription refunds, including for the unused part of a monthly period. For any dispute, send your account, store domain and invoice to DSers support directly.
Managing your Coinepay card
You can view your card details, balance and transactions from the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app, available 24/7. FAQ
Can I use a Coinepay virtual card to pay for DSers?
You can use a Coinepay virtual card wherever DSers accepts a card on your billing route, such as directly through Stripe or as a funding source inside PayPal. Make sure your account is KYC-verified and the card has enough balance. Acceptance at any specific merchant is never guaranteed, so contact Coinepay support if you are unsure.
Which DSers plan should I pay for?
DSers offers Basic (free), Advanced, Pro and Enterprise tiers. At the time of writing (October 2026) the global page showed Advanced at $19.90/month, Pro at $49.90/month and Enterprise at $499.90/month, but prices vary by region and change over time. Always confirm the current price on the official dsers.com pricing page.
Why does my DSers plan still show "Free" after I paid?
This usually means the billing authorization or the return-to-DSers step was not finished. Reopen Manage Subscription, complete the authorization on your chosen route, then click Update to resync your subscription status.
My card was declined at DSers. What should I check?
Confirm your card has enough balance including any conversion fee, that the billing name, address and postal code match your Coinepay app exactly, and that you approved any 3-D Secure prompt. Note that AliExpress order errors are separate from DSers subscription declines.
Can I get a refund if I cancel DSers?
DSers generally does not offer subscription refunds, including for the unused part of a monthly period. To stop billing, switch to Basic (Free) via Manage Subscription; uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Send any dispute with your account, store domain and invoice to DSers support.
