You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at AutoDS checkout when subscribing directly through AutoDS, but payment is not assured: AutoDS says it does not accept prepaid cards or some virtual cards for subscriptions. Before choosing a plan, check with Coinepay support whether your card meets AutoDS’s requirements. This guide covers what to prepare, the direct sign-up flow, and what to check if a payment fails.
What you need before signing up
- An eligible AutoDS selling channel. Choose the channel you intend to use and check AutoDS’s current integration requirements. Each selling channel needs its own subscription plan.
- A verified Coinepay account. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using its card services. The Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard provides your virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Enough available funds. Allow for the amount shown at checkout, any selected add-ons, and applicable taxes. Check the Coinepay app for your card’s available balance and applicable limits rather than relying on an estimated total.
- Your real account and billing details. Have your correct name, email, and billing address ready. Use details that accurately belong to you; do not change your country or address to get around checkout restrictions.
AutoDS lists credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Payoneer as subscription payment methods. Its stated restriction on prepaid and some virtual cards makes card eligibility an important first check. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you buy; if AutoDS cannot accept it, choose another payment method that AutoDS offers to you.
Choose the right AutoDS plan and sign-up route
For a subscription billed directly by AutoDS, begin on the official AutoDS pricing page. Select your selling channel, then compare monthly and annual billing and the available tiers: Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise. AutoDS displays Enterprise as Custom on its pricing page. Prices and plan limits vary by channel, so check the selected channel’s current pricing before proceeding. Direct monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days; annual billing is charged upfront.
At the time of writing (October 2026), the Shopify App Store listed Import 200 at US$26.90/month or US$248.70/year, Starter 500 at US$39.90/month or US$368.70/year, and Advanced 1K at US$66.90/month or US$608.70/year. These are Shopify App Store listings, not prices for other channels or necessarily for direct AutoDS checkout. Check AutoDS’s official pricing page or the Shopify App Store listing for the current price on your chosen route.
The route also determines who bills you. A subscription started inside a selling-channel app such as Shopify or Wix is billed through that platform and limits the AutoDS account to that channel. Direct AutoDS registration can accommodate multiple channels, each with a separate plan. If you subscribe through a channel app, follow that platform’s checkout and payment-management instructions rather than assuming that AutoDS’s direct card checkout applies.
How to sign up and pay at direct AutoDS checkout
- Open AutoDS’s official pricing page. Choose your selling channel, monthly or annual billing, and the tier that fits your expected store size. Confirm the selected channel and billing cycle before continuing.
- Create your AutoDS account. Continue with Google sign-in or register using your real name, email address, and a password. Follow any on-screen account setup prompts.
- Review the checkout summary. Verify the plan, billing cycle, trial terms, and amount due. AutoDS’s website advertises a three-day trial with a charge of approximately US$1, while the Shopify App Store listing describes its three-day trial as free. Check the terms displayed on your actual sign-up route. Unless canceled first, a trial converts automatically to the selected paid plan.
- Check add-ons and coupons. AutoDS’s checkout may preselect the Orders Processor add-on. Uncheck it if you do not want it; enabled add-ons are billed separately. Enter any valid coupon before completing the purchase and review the updated total.
- Choose card payment, if offered. Copy the card number, expiry date, and CVV from your Coinepay app or dashboard into AutoDS’s payment fields. Enter your accurate billing details and check them against the information associated with your payment method. Continue only after reviewing the final amount and recurring-payment terms.
- Complete any payment verification. If checkout asks for an additional security step, follow the legitimate instructions shown by the payment provider or in your Coinepay account. Do not assume a payment succeeded until AutoDS shows confirmation.
AutoDS says subscription, add-on, and managed-balance payments are processed in USD. A payment provider using another currency may convert the charge. Applicable tax can also increase the checkout total: AutoDS identifies VAT in the UK, ZIP-dependent sales tax in selected US states, province-dependent tax in Canada, and GST in Australia for relevant card-funded purchases. Rely on the amount displayed for your own checkout.
What to check if AutoDS declines your card
Do not keep submitting an unchanged payment after a decline. Note the exact message, check whether a charge actually appeared, and work through the likely cause. AutoDS says it cannot see the specific reason for every individual card decline.
- Insufficient balance: AutoDS may show “Your card has insufficient funds. Please try another card.” Check the available balance and the full checkout amount, including any add-on or tax. If a prior attempt appears pending, check its status before trying again.
- Incorrect card or billing information: “The card number is invalid. Please check and try again” calls for rechecking the number and expiry. For “The security code (CVV) is incorrect. Please check and try again,” re-enter the CVV shown for your card. A mismatch in your real name, address, or other billing details can also prevent payment; correct the details rather than substituting someone else’s.
- Card-type or security screening: “Your card was declined. Please try another payment method” does not identify a single cause. AutoDS lists unsupported card types, security blocks, transaction limits, and processor screening among possible reasons. Because prepaid cards and some virtual cards are not accepted, ask Coinepay support about card eligibility and any card-side issue before another attempt. If the card is ineligible, use an available alternative payment method.
- Additional authentication, including 3-D Secure: If an authentication prompt appears, complete it through the legitimate payment flow. If the prompt closes, fails, or never arrives, check for any pending request in your payment account and contact Coinepay support. Do not try to bypass the check.
- Merchant or regional checks: A card can fail a merchant’s location or billing checks even when its number is correct. Confirm that AutoDS offers the relevant selling-channel integration and checkout option in your region, and use your real location and billing details. AutoDS notes that PayPal and Payoneer availability may also vary by region. Contact AutoDS about its checkout requirements if the reason remains unclear.
“Network Error” and “The checkout_session has expired. Please try again with a new one” do not, by themselves, establish that the card was declined. For an expired session, start a fresh checkout and review the plan and add-ons again. If you see a store-limit error, check your AutoDS store setup rather than treating it as proof of a card problem.
Manage the subscription after payment
In AutoDS, Settings → Account & Billing shows your saved payment method, next billing date, payment history, and invoices. Use Settings → Plans & Add-ons to review active plans, their prices, and any extras. Keep the payment method current: AutoDS says it retries a failed subscription payment every 12–48 hours for up to 30 days. An unpaid account goes on hold, becomes inactive after five unsettled days, and has its plans canceled after 30 days of unsuccessful attempts.
To stop a direct subscription, go to Settings → Account & Billing → Manage/Cancel Account → Cancel Subscription and finish the confirmation steps before the next billing date. AutoDS says cancellation ends access and automation immediately; listings left on an external selling channel will no longer be monitored by AutoDS. It also says account data is deleted after 14 days. Changing plans during a trial ends the trial and triggers the new plan charge immediately, so check your billing screen before making that change.
If you need a refund, consult AutoDS’s current terms promptly. Its stated eligibility windows are within 24 hours for monthly-plan payments and within seven days for annual-plan payments; add-ons are nonrefundable. Eligibility does not mean every request will be approved, and the terms allow deductions from approved refunds. For questions about an AutoDS charge, contact AutoDS; for a Coinepay card or payment-account issue, contact Coinepay support.
