Luminar Neo’s current pricing page offers three one-time-purchase tiers, while Luminar Prime is a renewable subscription. If card payment is offered at your checkout, you can enter your Coinepay virtual card details to make the purchase. This guide covers what to check before paying, how to complete the order, and what to do if the payment is declined.
Before you start: choose the right Luminar Neo option
Visit Luminar Neo’s official pricing page to compare the current offer. The three main tiers are Desktop Only, All Platforms, and Max. Skylum’s FAQ also calls these the Desktop Only License, All Platforms License, and Max License.
- Desktop Only: Luminar on macOS or Windows, for two devices.
- All Platforms: the desktop entitlement plus Mobile and an advertised Web entitlement. Check the page for the current availability of Web features rather than assuming immediate access.
- Max: the All Platforms benefits plus one year of Luminar Prime.
Luminar Prime is the named renewable subscription for continued access to specified AI tools, an asset library, and new features. A one-time license purchase and a renewable subscription are different commitments. Read the order summary for any subscription, renewal, or optional Auto-upgrades item before you pay. Displayed offers and prices can vary; use the final checkout total, including any applicable tax, to decide whether to proceed.
What you need to pay
- A Coinepay account and virtual card: register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are available when the virtual card is issued. Check your available funds and applicable card details in the Coinepay app or dashboard.
- Your real purchase details: use your own name, email address, and accurate billing information. Keep the purchase email accessible because it helps you locate your license later.
- A Skylum account: you can register through Sign In → Register using an email address and password, or link a Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple account.
- A checkout that offers card payment: Skylum’s purchase flow may finish on its own site or on a partner, reseller, or other supplier’s site. Check the payment options and seller shown on the actual checkout page; do not assume every checkout offers the same options.
Check the final amount against your card’s available funds, allowing for any tax or other charge displayed before confirmation. If you need to confirm a card setting or a requirement shown by the seller, check the Coinepay app or contact Coinepay support before trying to pay.
How to buy Luminar Neo with your Coinepay virtual card
- Open Luminar Neo’s official pricing page. Compare Desktop Only, All Platforms, and Max. Check what each tier includes and whether a renewable item appears in the offer you select.
- Select your tier and choose Buy now. Review the destination if the purchase continues on a partner or reseller site. The seller matters because its checkout terms and refund process may differ from a direct Skylum purchase.
- Sign in or create your Skylum account when prompted. From Skylum’s Sign In area, choose Register if you need an account. Use an email address you will retain for your receipt and license records. If the checkout presents account creation at a different stage, follow its on-screen prompts.
- Review the order summary. Confirm the tier, any Luminar Prime term, any optional Auto-upgrades selection, taxes, and the total you are about to authorize. Do not rely on a promotional price seen earlier if the checkout shows a different amount.
- Choose card payment if it is offered. Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV from your Coinepay virtual card. Enter your real billing details as requested by the checkout, and check them carefully before continuing.
- Complete any security step you are shown. If an authentication prompt appears, follow its instructions and return to the checkout to see whether the order completed. Avoid submitting a second payment simply because a page is slow to update; first check for an order confirmation and any card activity.
- Save the confirmation. For an order made on a Skylum site, Skylum says it sends activation instructions and download links by email. Sign in to the Luminar app with the Skylum account associated with the purchase to activate that order; this purchase route does not require a license key. You can also look under My software in your Skylum account.
If your Luminar Neo card payment is declined
A failed checkout does not, by itself, reveal which check caused the decline. Work through the checks below, then ask the appropriate party for help rather than repeatedly submitting the same order.
Insufficient available funds
Compare your available card funds with the final checkout total, not just the price on the pricing page. Tax or another item in the order summary can change the amount. If funds are insufficient, use the funding options available in your Coinepay account and check the updated balance before trying again. Do not assume that removing a renewable item or changing a tier will preserve the same offer; review the new summary.
Billing details do not match
Check the name, billing address, and other fields you entered for typing errors. Use your real details and follow the fields the checkout actually requests. If your account information needs correction, update it through the appropriate account or support channel before retrying. Do not enter a fabricated address to make a regional checkout appear available.
Authentication or 3-D Secure does not finish
If the checkout asks you to approve a security step, complete it as presented. An interrupted prompt, a closed window, or an expired session may leave the order unfinished. Check whether Skylum or the checkout seller sent a confirmation before making another attempt. If you cannot complete the prompt, contact Coinepay support with the time, amount, and non-sensitive details of what you saw. Never send your full card number or CVV in a support message.
Merchant or region checks
The seller may apply its own payment, location, or billing rules. Check any restriction displayed at checkout and confirm that your actual location and billing details meet it. If a checkout specifies eligible card types or issuing countries, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the stated requirement before you buy. Coinepay cannot override a merchant’s decision or its regional terms.
One publicly reported Luminar Neo attempt displayed “DENIED” after tax was added, but that report does not establish the reason for another person’s decline. If you see “DENIED” or another error, record the exact message, check whether an order was created, and contact the checkout seller about its side of the transaction. Coinepay support can help you review the card-side information available for your attempt.
After purchase: subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Keep the purchase email and identify who sold you the order. For a Skylum-site purchase, find your license under Skylum account → My software. For subscription controls, go to Skylum account → My software → Manage Subscription. Skylum documents a Cancel Subscription control beneath the main subscription or an extra seat. Cancel before renewal if you do not want a future subscription charge; cancellation stops future renewals, while access continues through the paid term.
Skylum’s written policy offers a refund-request window of 30 days from purchase for Luminar software licenses or lifetime-license upgrades bought directly from a Skylum website, less applicable taxes or other fees. Its 30-day subscription guarantee applies only to the first billing, and Skylum says subscription renewals are not refunded. Digital educational or creative content and extra seats are excluded from refunds, and other policy conditions may apply. If you bought through an app store or reseller, follow that seller’s refund process instead. Check the applicable terms before placing your order, especially if your cart contains more than a Luminar Neo license.
