Wizz Air sells more than one-off tickets. Alongside ordinary flight bookings, you can buy the WIZZ Discount Club, subscribe to WIZZ MultiPass, or sign up for WIZZ All You Can Fly. Each has its own checkout and its own payment rules, and a Coinepay virtual card gives you a card number, expiry date and CVV you can keep separate from your main account. This guide explains what you need, how each checkout works, and what to do when a payment is declined.
What you need before you start
A Coinepay virtual card is created inside the Coinepay app after you register and complete identity verification (KYC). Before you try to pay Wizz Air, make sure you have:
- A completed Coinepay account. If you have not signed up yet, register here and finish KYC first, then download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, visible in the Coinepay app.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the charge. For memberships, budget for recurring charges as well, not just the first payment.
- Your real billing details (name and billing address) matching the identity on your Coinepay account.
Important: Wizz Air's membership terms restrict how you can pay. MultiPass subscriptions are described as credit-card-only in its terms, and All You Can Fly specifies bank-card payments. Neither lists the exact card networks it supports. Because Wizz Air may accept only certain card types, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you commit to a paid membership.
Option 1: Paying for an ordinary flight
For a standard booking, Wizz Air lists accepted payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover and UATP cards, plus bank transfer, WIZZ Credits, gift vouchers and Revolut Pay. Checkout also shows local options such as iDEAL for qualifying Dutch customers, Przelewy24 for qualifying Polish customers, and Trustly for billing addresses in the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania.
- Search for your route and dates on the Wizz Air website or app and choose your fare and any add-ons.
- Enter passenger details.
- On the Billing Information page, choose Individual or Company and enter the billing address linked to your Coinepay card.
- At the payment step, select card payment and enter your Coinepay card number, expiry and CVV.
- Complete any 3-D Secure authentication step, then confirm. Keep the confirmation for your records.
If you later need to change the billing information on a completed booking, Wizz Air's help centre notes this can be done through the call centre for a €5 fee, within six months of the flight.
Option 2: WIZZ Discount Club
WIZZ Discount Club's tiers are Light (free), Standard, Standard Plus, Premium and Premium Plus; the four paid tiers last 12 months. To join a paid tier, select a flight and its club fare, click "Join the club," sign in or supply your contact details, then pay for both the booking and the annual membership in one transaction. Light can be joined without payment.
At the time of writing (October 2026) the public Discount Club page showed "€ / year" without the actual amounts, so check the price shown at checkout against the official Wizz Air page before you pay. Note that the paid membership fee is applied to the booking it is purchased with and is ordinarily non-refundable, including if your membership is terminated.
Option 3: WIZZ MultiPass
MultiPass offers one-way or round-trip plans, each configurable as ticket only, ticket plus priority and two cabin bags, ticket plus a 20 kg checked bag, or ticket plus both. It is tied to a selected market, such as Poland, Italy (domestic versus international), Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, Romania or the UK.
- On the MultiPass website, choose a country/network, one-way or round-trip frequency, and any optional baggage.
- Register your account.
- Supply a credit card. Because MultiPass is credit-card-only under its terms, confirm with Coinepay support that your card qualifies before subscribing.
- Pay the first-month fee. This is followed by 11 monthly fees, and the higher first-month fee applies again on renewal.
At the time of writing (October 2026), one-way ticket-only starting prices included Poland at €68 first month / €40 subsequent month, Italy domestic €94/€52, and the UK €114/€66, with Hungary and Romania at €106/€62. Round-trip and add-on prices appear only after you select a plan, so confirm the current figure on the official MultiPass page.
To update your card later, go to the MultiPass website, log in, and open My Account → Payment → edit. Flight tokens are booked from My Account, and bookings must be made at least five days before departure. MultiPass has a 12-month minimum term; withdrawing within the first 14 days, before booking with a token, qualifies for a full refund to the original payment method.
Option 4: WIZZ All You Can Fly
All You Can Fly was advertised at €499 per year plus €9.99 per flight segment on October 22, 2026; its terms note the first flight booked with the membership voucher is free. You need a WIZZ account and a preferred airport, and the annual voucher fee is charged at registration. Eligible one-way flights must be booked 72 to three hours before departure, and Italian domestic routes are excluded. Withdrawal during the first 30 days of the first year refunds the voucher fee only if the first-flight voucher has not been used. Always verify the current price on the official membership site before paying.
If your card is declined
Wizz Air's card-rejection guidance points to an unsupported card, insufficient funds, online payments being unavailable, or a card purchase limit, and advises contacting your bank if the problem persists. Work through these common causes:
Insufficient balance
Open the Coinepay app and confirm your card has enough to cover the full charge, including the recurring amount for a membership. Top up and try again.
Billing address mismatch
The billing name and address you type on the Billing Information page should match the details on your Coinepay account. A mismatch is a frequent cause of a decline.
3-D Secure authentication
Some payments trigger an extra verification step. Complete any authentication prompt so the payment can clear. Users have reported seeing "bank has declined the transaction" even after authorizing in a bank app, and "Payment is pending" messages; if a charge hangs, wait before retrying so you are not billed twice.
Card type or region checks
Memberships restrict payment to credit cards or bank cards, and some options at booking depend on your billing country. If you suspect your card type is being rejected, do not try to disguise your location or details. Instead, reach out to Coinepay support or our Telegram channel to confirm your card is suitable for the Wizz Air product you want.
Failed recurring payments
For MultiPass, an unsuccessful monthly charge is retried every 24 hours during the first four days of the month. Your tokens stay unavailable while payment is outstanding, and Wizz Air may terminate the subscription after a failed payment, so keep your card funded ahead of each cycle.
Manage your card in Coinepay
Everything on the Coinepay side is handled from the 24/7 self-service dashboard and the mobile app: check your balance, review transactions and reach support at any time. Use your real identity and real billing details throughout, and confirm any card-type requirement before you buy a non-refundable membership.

FAQ
Can I pay for WIZZ MultiPass with a Coinepay virtual card?
MultiPass is described as credit-card-only in its terms, and it does not separately list supported card networks. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you subscribe, since the membership fee structure makes a failed payment costly.
How much does Wizz Air cost with a card?
Prices vary by product and region. At the time of writing (October 2026), All You Can Fly showed €499 per year plus €9.99 per segment, and MultiPass one-way ticket-only started around €68 first month for Poland. Discount Club paid prices were not shown publicly, so always check the official Wizz Air page before paying.
Why was my Wizz Air payment declined?
Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing address that does not match your card details, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or a card type the product does not accept. Check your balance and billing details in the Coinepay app first, then contact Coinepay support if the decline continues.
How do I update the card used for my MultiPass subscription?
Log in to the MultiPass website and go to My Account, then Payment, then edit. Make sure the replacement card has enough balance before the next monthly charge, as tokens stay unavailable while a payment is outstanding.
Is the membership fee refundable if I cancel?
Refund rules differ by product. A paid Discount Club fee is ordinarily non-refundable. MultiPass allows a full refund within the first 14 days if no token has been booked. All You Can Fly refunds the voucher fee only within the first 30 days of the first year and only if the first-flight voucher is unused. Check the current official terms before buying.
