You can start a Freshsales trial without a card, then choose a paid plan from the Freshsales subscription screen. If you want to use a Coinepay virtual card at checkout, first check Freshsales’ card requirements and your billing details. Card acceptance is ultimately determined at checkout; having a virtual card does not guarantee that Freshsales will accept it.
What you need before subscribing
- A Freshsales account. Freshsales offers a 21-day trial without a credit card. Its separate Free tier is listed for up to three users. If you want to continue on a paid plan after the trial, choose and pay for one before the trial ends; otherwise, Freshsales says the account is suspended.
- A verified Coinepay account. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using its card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard and view its card number, expiry date and CVV there.
- A plan and billing choice. Freshsales offers Free, Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Paid-plan checkout lets you select a plan, billing frequency and currency. Check the amount due, number of users, any taxes and renewal terms before paying.
- Accurate billing information. Have your real billing name, address and other requested details ready. Freshworks also provides billing-information fields for a tax ID, billing email and billing company where applicable.
Freshsales lists Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards as accepted payment methods, but excludes Discover and American Express for INR payments. This published list does not establish whether a particular Coinepay virtual card qualifies. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets Freshsales’ card requirement before you buy, and check the options displayed for your currency at checkout. Do not assume that choosing a different billing currency will make an otherwise ineligible card acceptable.
Choose the right Freshsales plan and billing frequency
Make sure you are looking at Freshsales pricing, not Freshsales Suite, which is sold separately. At the time of writing (October 2026), the US/USD Freshsales pricing page showed Growth at $9, Pro at $39 and Enterprise at $59 per user per month, with each rate billed annually. Those are published monthly-equivalent rates, not necessarily the amount charged in a single checkout payment. Free was listed at $0 for up to three users. Check Freshsales’ official pricing page and your checkout summary for current regional prices, billing frequency, taxes and the amount payable.
If you are still deciding, use the trial to assess the features and number of seats your team needs. An annual billing selection may mean a larger payment at checkout than the displayed per-user monthly rate suggests. Review your selection before subscribing: Freshworks’ terms generally do not allow you to reduce seats or downgrade during a paid subscription term.
Pay for Freshsales step by step
- Sign up for Freshsales. Go to the official Freshsales site, start the 21-day trial and create your account using your real business or personal details. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
- Prepare your Coinepay card. Once your Coinepay identity verification is complete, open the app or dashboard to access your virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV. Check that sufficient funds are available for the actual checkout amount, including any applicable taxes. If you need to confirm card eligibility or a card-related setting, contact Coinepay support before submitting payment.
- Open the Freshsales purchase screen. During the trial, or while using Free, open the left-pane switcher → Subscriptions → Buy Plan. If your screen differs, look for the subscription or billing area rather than assuming a similarly named Freshsales Suite plan is the same product.
- Configure the subscription. Select Growth, Pro or Enterprise as appropriate, then review the billing frequency and currency choices offered in checkout. Verify the number of users, total due, applicable tax and renewal details. Use the currency and billing details that accurately reflect your purchase; do not enter a false address to try to change payment eligibility.
- Enter payment information. Type the Coinepay virtual card details into the Freshsales checkout fields and supply your real billing details. Double-check the card number, expiry date, CVV and address before selecting Subscribe.
- Complete verification if prompted. Freshworks documents a redirect for 3-D Secure verification after you select Subscribe. Follow the instructions presented by the verification flow, then return to Freshsales and check that your subscription is active. Do not treat an interrupted verification screen as proof of payment; check the subscription status before trying again.
Freshworks says the subscription activates immediately after a successful checkout and verification. Keep the resulting invoice or confirmation for your records. Published Freshworks fees exclude applicable taxes, which may appear separately on the invoice.
If the card is declined or checkout does not complete
The exact message and cause can vary. Rather than repeatedly submitting the same payment, work through the relevant checks below and ask the appropriate support team to investigate if the problem persists.
Insufficient available funds
Compare the available card funds with the full amount due now, not just a plan’s advertised per-user monthly rate. An annual term, multiple seats and applicable taxes can make the checkout total higher than expected. Check the amount shown by Freshsales and the available funds shown by Coinepay. If a payment appears to have been attempted, confirm its status before submitting again to avoid an unnecessary duplicate attempt.
Billing details do not match
Recheck the name, address and other billing information you entered, along with the card number, expiry date and CVV. Use your genuine details; do not invent an address or company to pass a payment check. Freshworks’ billing-information view includes fields for billing address, tax ID, billing name, billing email and billing company. If you are editing saved information after an earlier purchase, correct the relevant Freshsales billing record as well as any incorrect checkout entry.
3-D Secure was interrupted
Because Freshworks documents a verification redirect after Subscribe, closing that screen or failing its prompt can leave checkout incomplete. Return to the subscription screen to check the result. If verification will not open or cannot be completed, contact Coinepay support about the card-side issue and Freshworks billing support about the Freshsales checkout. Never share your CVV or a one-time verification code in a support message.
Card or merchant-region checks
Freshsales publishes a credit-card acceptance list and does not accept Discover or American Express for INR payments. A merchant or its payment provider may also decline a transaction after checking card eligibility or billing information; the reason is not always visible to you. Check that your selected currency and real billing details are correct, then ask Coinepay support whether your card meets Freshsales’ stated requirement. For a Freshsales-side refusal, ask Freshworks billing support what payment options are available for your account and region. Do not use a false location or someone else’s identity to retry.
Update your card and understand renewal terms
For an existing subscription, a Freshsales Account Admin can change the saved card at Admin Settings → Account Settings → Plans & Billing → My Subscriptions → Payment Information → Edit. After saving, check that the new details appear correctly and review any outstanding invoice separately; changing a saved card does not by itself establish that an earlier payment succeeded.
Freshworks’ terms effective April 1, 2026 say paid obligations are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable during the subscription term. They also require written notice at least 30 days before the term expires for non-renewal or downgrade; otherwise, the plan, seats and add-ons renew automatically. Review the current terms and your agreement before committing, and ask Freshworks how to submit and confirm written notice. If you plan to close an account, export needed data first; Freshworks’ terms provide a 14-day data-export period after account closure.
If card payment is unsuitable, ask Freshworks billing support about available arrangements rather than assuming an alternative appears at checkout. Freshsales says USD checks are available only to US and Canadian customers, and its purchase guidance directs questions about other offline arrangements to [email protected].
