Feishu’s organization-plan checkout does not publicly confirm a direct card-entry option. Its published instructions list WeChat Pay, Alipay, online banking and corporate bank transfer instead. If you want to use a Coinepay virtual card, check the payment methods offered on your organization’s actual order before funding the card for this purchase. This guide explains how to reach checkout, what to verify there and how to handle a failed payment without assuming card acceptance.
What to check before you start
Feishu’s organization plans are Basic (基础版), Business (商业版) and Enterprise (企业版). Creating an organization activates Basic Free (基础版免费版); upgrading is a separate purchase. The published paid tiers include Business Standard, Professional and Premium (商业标准版、商业专业版、商业旗舰版) and Enterprise Standard, Professional and Premium (企业标准版、企业专业版、企业旗舰版). Choose based on the features and number of members your organization needs, rather than assuming that creating an account starts a paid subscription.
At the time of writing (October 2026), Feishu’s pricing page lists Basic Free at ¥0 and Business Standard, Professional and Premium at ¥50, ¥80 and ¥120 per person per month respectively, with annual payment required. Enterprise Premium is quote-based. Check Feishu’s official pricing page for the current price, applicable terms and total before placing an order.
- Feishu access: You need an organization and a primary administrator account, or an administrator account with Billing permission, to purchase a Business plan through the Admin Console.
- Seat count: Purchased seats must cover the organization’s members. Review the number shown in the order before agreeing to it.
- Coinepay access: Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. Once issued, a Coinepay virtual card has a card number, expiry date and CVV, available through your Coinepay account.
- Payment-method confirmation: Feishu’s published organization-plan instructions do not establish that checkout accepts direct virtual-card entry. Confirm the available method on your order, or ask Feishu about the checkout method and Coinepay support about your card, before relying on it.
Use your real organization, identity and billing information throughout. Feishu’s organization-verification service is described as serving organizations in mainland China; that can matter if a corporate bank transfer requires verification. Do not use a different location or another party’s details to bypass a regional or payment requirement.
Step 1: Set up your Feishu organization
- Go to Feishu’s official site and create an account using your real details.
- Create or join the organization you will administer. A newly created organization starts on Basic Free; no paid plan is purchased merely by creating it.
- Confirm that you are the primary administrator or have Billing permission. If you cannot see purchasing controls, ask your organization’s primary administrator to review your permissions.
Make sure you are purchasing for the intended organization. Feishu’s China-market plans should not be confused with Lark’s separately priced international plans: their plan names and documented payment methods differ.
Step 2: Build and review the Feishu order
- In Feishu’s Admin Console, open Organization Overview → Upgrade. An alternative route is Resource Management → Billing → My Quota → Upgrade.
- Select the Business tier offered to your organization. Review the seats and service period displayed; the seat count must cover your current members.
- Read the subscription agreement and the order summary, including the total amount, before placing the order.
- Proceed to Feishu’s payment selection screen and inspect the methods actually offered for that order.
Be aware of a separate website self-purchase route described in Feishu’s admin update: a new Business order on that route uses the organization’s current member count and a fixed 12-month term, with WeChat or Alipay QR-scan payment. Those quantity and term settings cannot be changed on that route. If you need a different purchase arrangement, review the options in the Admin Console or ask Feishu before submitting an order; do not assume the website route will let you edit it.
Step 3: Check whether your Coinepay card can be used
Feishu documents WeChat Pay and Alipay QR payment, personal or business online banking, and corporate bank transfer for organization-plan orders. Corporate bank transfer requires Feishu organization verification. A QR code or online-banking option is not a direct card-entry field. Likewise, a bank card associated with Feishu Wallet does not establish that the same card can pay an organization-plan order.
- At payment selection, look for an explicit card-payment option and review any card or billing requirements Feishu displays. Do not enter card details into an unrelated payment flow.
- If direct card payment is offered for your order, register with Coinepay and complete identity verification if you have not already done so. In the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app, review your card details and available funds.
- Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV only in the legitimate checkout fields. Supply your real billing details and complete any payment verification requested by the checkout.
- Wait for Feishu to show the order result. Then check Resource Management → Billing → My Order for the order and My Product for the plan, status and seats.
If no direct card option appears, stop rather than assuming a listed QR-payment or bank-transfer channel can charge your virtual card. Ask Feishu which methods are available for the order. You can also contact Coinepay support to discuss your card, but neither inquiry guarantees that Feishu will offer card checkout.
Troubleshooting an unpaid order or declined payment
Start with Resource Management → Billing → My Order. Feishu says an administrator can use it to complete an unpaid order. Check the displayed status and payment method before retrying, so you do not mistake an incomplete order for an active subscription. Feishu’s published order guidance does not provide a Feishu-specific list of card-decline messages; the checks below apply if your checkout explicitly offered card payment.
- Insufficient available funds: Compare the final amount shown at checkout with the funds available for the Coinepay card. Review any pending transactions in your account. Do not assume the per-person monthly figure is the amount due: Feishu’s listed Business pricing requires annual payment. Check the actual order total and, if you need help interpreting a card transaction, contact Coinepay support.
- Billing details do not match: Recheck the name and billing information you entered against your real account and payment details. Correct a typo and retry only through Feishu’s legitimate checkout. Do not substitute a fabricated address to satisfy a form.
- 3-D Secure or another verification step: If a card checkout presents an authentication challenge, complete it using the legitimate instructions shown. An abandoned or unsuccessful challenge can leave the order unpaid. If verification repeatedly fails, keep the order details and ask Coinepay support what to check; Feishu’s published plan instructions do not establish whether its checkout uses 3-D Secure.
- Merchant or region check: A checkout may restrict available methods based on the organization or payment details. If Feishu shows an eligibility restriction, ask Feishu what applies to your order and contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets any stated requirement before you buy. Do not change your location or details to work around the check.
If you selected one of Feishu’s documented non-card methods, troubleshoot that method instead. Feishu notes that a WeChat Pay transaction can exceed its stated ¥6,000 per-transaction or ¥9,000 per-day limit. Its order guidance also mentions browser or banking-driver problems with online banking. For corporate transfers, a delayed, incomplete or misdirected payment—or an incorrect remittance code—can prevent the order from being matched. Review Feishu’s instructions and contact its billing support with your order information rather than making an unverified second payment.
Confirm and manage your subscription
After payment, open Resource Management → Billing → My Product to review the plan, status and purchased seats. Feishu also places additional-seat purchases and renewal there. Use My Order for order history or an unpaid order, and My Quota for eligible top-ups. If the payment appears complete but the plan status has not changed, keep the order reference and ask Feishu to investigate before purchasing again.
Feishu’s organization-plan guide describes renewal through My Product until 30 days after expiry. An unrenewed paid plan loses its paid entitlements and falls back to Basic. If you need to end a plan early or request a refund, ask Feishu about the terms of your particular order rather than assuming an unused period is refundable.
