You can use a Coinepay virtual card when Exabytes offers a suitable card-payment option at checkout or on an invoice. This guide focuses on buying cPanel shared hosting, then paying and managing the bill. Exabytes also sells domains, servers and other services with different terms, so review the details of the product in your cart before paying.

What you need before you start

  • A Coinepay account and card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV are available through Coinepay. Check the card details and available funds in the self-service dashboard or mobile app.
  • Your real account and billing details: Have the contact information you will use with Exabytes ready. Enter a billing address that accurately reflects your details and is consistent with the information associated with your payment method.
  • A product and storefront: Choose the Exabytes storefront appropriate to your location and the service you need. Check its current product page for the billing term, any domain selection, taxes, and the amount due today.
  • Access to payment verification: Keep your Coinepay dashboard or app available in case the checkout requests an additional card-authentication step.

Exabytes’ cPanel shared-hosting names vary by storefront. Malaysia and Singapore list cPanel 17 AI Beginner, AI Plus, AI Pro and AI Max. Indonesia also lists cPanel 17 Lite. The global/USD storefront instead lists cPanel 12 Beginner, Plus, Pro and Max. These are not universal tiers across all Exabytes products; compare the features and current checkout total on the storefront you actually use. Singapore’s displayed hosting prices are subject to 9% GST, while Indonesia’s displayed prices exclude 11% PPN.

How to sign up and pay for Exabytes hosting

  1. Choose your hosting plan. On the relevant Exabytes cPanel hosting page, compare the listed plans and select the one that fits your site. Check the selected billing term rather than treating an advertised monthly figure as the amount that will be charged upfront.
  2. Complete the domain step. Follow the domain search or selection presented after choosing a plan. You may be asked to register a domain, use one you already own, or choose another available option. If you are buying from a page advertising a domain offer, read its conditions before assuming the domain is included; the Singapore business-hosting sign-up flow, for example, requires the applicable domain to be chosen during sign-up for its free-domain offer.
  3. Review the cart. Check the hosting plan, term, domain charges, optional items, applicable tax and total payable. Domain registration and hosting can have different cancellation and refund rules.
  4. Create or access your Exabytes account. Enter your genuine contact details or sign in if you already have an account. Read and accept the service terms and privacy policy when prompted.
  5. Select a card-payment option, if available. Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, together with accurate billing details. Card options differ by storefront and invoice; select only an option presented for your order. Do not assume a card will be accepted merely because a storefront lists card payments.
  6. Complete any authentication and confirm. Follow any card-verification prompts, then submit the payment once you have checked the final amount. Return to your Exabytes account to confirm that the order or invoice reflects the payment. Keep the confirmation and invoice for your records.

If you have not issued a Coinepay card yet, complete registration and identity verification first. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. Some Coinepay services are not available in every jurisdiction; check availability in your account or ask Coinepay support before relying on a particular payment route.

How to pay an existing Exabytes invoice

You do not necessarily need to place a new order to pay an outstanding bill. Sign in to the billing account associated with your Exabytes storefront, open the invoice, and check its total and payment options:

  • Singapore: In the client billing system, go to Due Invoices → View Invoice. The invoice shows its payment method; where appropriate, choose Credit Card → Pay Now.
  • Malaysia: Sign in to the Exabytes Malaysia billing account, open Unpaid Invoices, choose the invoice and its payment method, then continue to the payment page.
  • Indonesia: In the billing account, use Billing → My Invoice, or open Unpaid Invoices from the dashboard, to see the invoice and available methods.

Payment choices are market-specific. For example, Singapore’s billing information lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express alongside non-card methods, while Indonesia’s payment page lists Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards as well as local payment options. Use the methods shown for your particular invoice; a listing of accepted card brands does not establish that any specific virtual card will pass Exabytes’ or the payment provider’s checks.

Manage your saved card and renewals

If you use the Singapore billing account, the “Hello” menu → Payment Methods is where Exabytes says you can add or edit a saved card. Check whether your payment method is stored and whether card payment is selected for future invoices. Exabytes says that a stored credit or debit card with card payment selected authorizes recurring charges; its instruction for opting out of automatic card payment is to remove the stored card. Removing a card is not the same as cancelling a hosting service.

Before a renewal, review the new invoice, its due date and the current total in your Exabytes billing account. If you intend to end a Singapore service, follow Exabytes’ cancellation instructions rather than simply letting a card payment fail. Its Singapore terms describe contacting customer service or an account manager to cancel automatic renewal and require 30 days’ prior written notice to terminate an agreement or renewed plan. Check the terms applicable to your own product and storefront.

Refund eligibility also depends on what you bought. Exabytes’ Malaysia and Singapore guarantee pages describe a 100-day hosting-fee refund for eligible hosting bought for an annual or longer term, with exclusions including setup and domain fees and certain entry-level plans. Do not assume a domain purchase or a monthly hosting order qualifies. Ask Exabytes billing about the rules for your specific order before making a cancellation decision.

What to check if your card payment is declined

A failed payment does not identify its cause on its own. Start with the wording shown at checkout or on the invoice, and avoid repeatedly submitting the same unchanged details. The checks below are general troubleshooting steps, not Exabytes-specific decline messages.

Insufficient available funds

Compare the final invoice total—including tax, domain charges and any selected extras—with the funds available for your Coinepay card. The payable total may differ from a hosting page’s advertised monthly figure. If needed, check your Coinepay app or dashboard for the card’s current status and applicable funding information before retrying.

Billing details or card-entry mismatch

Recheck the card number, expiry date and CVV, and make sure the name and billing address you provide are your real details. Correct a typo in Exabytes’ checkout or your account details rather than substituting an invented address. If the records appear accurate but payment still fails, ask the relevant support team to investigate.

3-D Secure or another authentication step

If checkout presents a card-authentication prompt, finish it before returning to the Exabytes page. A closed, expired or unfinished verification step can leave payment incomplete. Check whether Exabytes issued a paid invoice or whether a payment remains pending before trying again; Coinepay support can help you review a card-side issue.

Merchant or regional card checks

Exabytes’ Malaysia and Singapore billing pages instruct customers paying by credit card from outside the respective country to submit a card-authorization form, a passport copy and a contact number for verification. Those pages say processing can take two business days after the documents are received. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the relevant payment requirement before you buy, and ask Exabytes billing which verification process applies to your order. Do not assume that choosing another storefront or changing your address will resolve a regional eligibility check.

If the invoice still cannot be paid, give Exabytes the invoice number and the exact checkout response, without sending your full card number or CVV in an ordinary support message. For a card-side investigation, contact Coinepay support through the support page or your account. Use only payment methods and account details permitted by the applicable service terms.

FAQ

Can I pay an existing Exabytes invoice instead of ordering again?

Yes. Open the unpaid invoice in your Exabytes billing account and choose a card-payment option if one is available for that invoice.

Where do I change a saved card in Exabytes Singapore?

Sign in to the billing account and open the “Hello” menu, then Payment Methods. Review whether the card is selected for recurring payments.

Why is my Exabytes checkout total higher than the advertised monthly price?

Check the selected billing term, domain charges, extras and tax in your cart. Singapore’s displayed hosting prices are subject to GST; Indonesia’s exclude PPN.

Does Exabytes require extra checks for an overseas card?

Its Malaysia and Singapore billing pages describe additional documentation for credit cards from outside the respective country. Ask Exabytes billing what applies to your order and Coinepay support whether your card meets the requirement.
