You can enter a Coinepay virtual card when purchasing a RingCentral RingEX business-phone subscription, provided RingCentral accepts the card for your order. This guide covers what to check before buying, how to complete RingEX sign-up, and what to do if a payment fails. RingCX, Events, and standalone AI products have separate plans and may follow different checkout terms.

What you need before subscribing

  • A Coinepay account and virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are available through Coinepay after issuance. You can manage your account through its 24/7 self-service dashboard or mobile app.
  • Your real account and billing details: Have your business information, the name of the person placing the order, and the billing address associated with your payment method ready. Enter accurate details on both services.
  • A RingEX plan and billing term: Choose the number of users and compare monthly with annual billing. Check the RingCentral pricing page for your country rather than assuming another market’s plans or prices apply.
  • Enough available funds: Account for the amount shown in the order, including applicable taxes and any charges for additional services. Check your available card funds in Coinepay before submitting payment.

RingCentral’s US online terms call for a valid credit or debit card at purchase. Do not assume every virtual card qualifies or that a particular card will be accepted. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you buy; RingCentral can clarify the payment methods available for your specific order.

Choose the right RingEX plan and purchase route

On RingCentral’s US RingEX pricing page, Core and Advanced are listed as subscription options. At the time of writing (October 2026), Core was listed at $20 per user per month with annual billing or $30 with monthly billing; Advanced was $25 per user per month with annual billing or $35 with monthly billing. On the Canadian page, Core was listed at $30 or $40, and Advanced at $35 or $45, respectively, per user per month. Check RingCentral’s official local pricing page for current prices, currency, taxes, and terms before ordering.

The US pricing page may offer Buy now, Try free, or Contact sales, depending on the plan and user count. Its RingEX trial is for new subscribers, lasts 14 days, permits up to 20 phone lines, and does not include trial SMS. Plans and purchase routes can differ by market. If your selection leads to Contact sales, ask RingCentral how your order and payment will be handled rather than assuming self-service checkout is available.

RingCentral also lists AI Customer Engagement Bundle options with AIR or AIR and ACE on its US page, but those are contact-sales offerings rather than plans with a published checkout price. If you are looking at those bundles, obtain a quote and confirm the applicable terms directly with RingCentral.

How to sign up and pay with your Coinepay card

  1. Open RingCentral’s official RingEX pricing page for your country. Confirm that RingEX is the product you want, then select your user count, plan, and monthly or annual billing option where offered. Review the displayed order total rather than relying on an advertised per-user figure alone.
  2. Choose the available purchase option. Select Buy now for a direct order, or Try free if you want an eligible trial. If the page directs you to Contact sales, follow that route and ask about card payment before agreeing to an order.
  3. Provide your genuine sign-up information. Follow RingCentral’s prompts to create the account and identify the customer or business placing the order. The precise fields and their sequence may change; review each screen before continuing. Do not change your location or billing information to try to meet a regional requirement.
  4. Review the order terms. Check the services, user count, billing period, taxes, and any add-ons presented before payment. RingCentral says an initial online order identifies the services and prices and becomes binding when you execute it and RingCentral accepts it. Save a copy of the order for your records.
  5. Enter your Coinepay virtual card details. Retrieve the card number, expiry date, and CVV from your Coinepay account. Enter the real billing address associated with the card, then check every digit and field before submitting. Complete any payment verification presented during checkout.
  6. Confirm the result. Wait for RingCentral’s order confirmation rather than repeatedly submitting an uncertain payment. Check both your RingCentral account and Coinepay transaction activity if you are unsure whether the charge went through.

Under RingCentral’s US online terms, recurring subscription charges are billed in advance according to the monthly or annual term ordered. Usage and one-time charges are billed monthly in arrears, and applicable taxes are additional. Keep enough available funds for subsequent charges, not just the first payment.

How to change a card after subscribing

An account admin can go to RingCentral Admin Portal → Billing → Payment Method → Update to edit the saved card and billing address. The portal also offers Add Backup Payment Method for another card. A backup may help if the primary card expires or encounters a fraud-related issue, but it does not remove the need for valid billing details or sufficient funds.

Later orders may be placed through the Admin Portal. Before adding users or services, review the resulting charges and the terms of your existing order. Check the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app for card activity and card-related account details; use the iOS app or Android app if you prefer mobile access.

Troubleshoot a declined RingCentral card payment

A failed payment does not, by itself, identify the cause. RingCentral says an issuer refusal can prevent a charge and that it notifies the account contact after a failed charge. Use the notice, your RingCentral billing information, and your Coinepay transaction activity to narrow down what happened. Avoid assuming that a generic processor message identifies a specific RingCentral policy.

Insufficient available funds

Compare the amount RingCentral is trying to charge with the funds available for the card in Coinepay. Include taxes, added users or services, and any usage or one-time charges that may be billed separately. If funds are insufficient, resolve that in Coinepay before trying again. If a transaction appears pending, verify its status before resubmitting so you do not create duplicate orders.

Billing address or card-detail mismatch

Check the card number, expiry date, and CVV against the details in Coinepay. Then check that the billing name and address entered for RingCentral accurately match your real billing information. If you are updating an existing subscription, use Admin Portal → Billing → Payment Method → Update to correct the saved details. Do not use an invented address or another person’s identity to get past a payment check.

3-D Secure or another verification step

If checkout displays an authentication challenge, complete it using the instructions shown. Do not assume every RingEX payment will display the same challenge or that skipping it will let the payment proceed. If the challenge fails or never completes, note what appeared on screen and check whether the payment was attempted in Coinepay. Contact Coinepay support about card-side verification and RingCentral about the checkout attempt.

Merchant region or card-eligibility checks

RingCentral’s communications coverage is not the same thing as plan availability or card eligibility in every country. Confirm that RingEX and the purchase route are offered for your actual business location. Because the US online purchase terms specify a valid credit or debit card, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before buying. If RingCentral declines the payment based on its own regional or card rules, ask RingCentral what payment options it permits for your order; do not attempt to bypass those rules.

Check trial and renewal terms before you commit

If you start a trial, note its end date and read the terms for any transition to a paid order. RingCentral says hardware supplied for a RingEX trial must be returned within 21 days of trial cancellation to avoid hardware charges.

For a US purchase, RingCentral’s published policy allows written notice within 30 days after the purchase takes effect; subject to the agreement, a timely cancellation can receive a prorated refund of prepaid, unused service fees. Purchases are final after that period. Its US online terms also say recurring services renew for a term of the same length unless non-renewal notice is given at least 30 days before the term ends. Ending a service early can leave remaining-term charges payable. Read your signed order and applicable local terms rather than treating a card change or failed payment as a cancellation.

If a payment remains unresolved, gather your order details, the date and amount of the attempt, and the wording shown on screen. Share only what support needs to investigate; do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.

FAQ

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for RingCentral RingEX?

You can enter its details at checkout, but acceptance depends on RingCentral’s checks and your order. RingCentral’s US online terms require a valid credit or debit card; contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before buying.

Where do I update my RingCentral payment card?

An admin can open the RingCentral Admin Portal, then go to Billing → Payment Method → Update. Add Backup Payment Method is available for an additional card.

What should I check if RingCentral declines my card?

Check available funds, card details, your real billing address, and any checkout verification prompt. Then ask Coinepay about the card-side attempt or RingCentral about its order and regional payment rules.

Does the RingEX free trial include SMS?

No. RingCentral’s US RingEX trial for new subscribers lasts 14 days, permits up to 20 phone lines, and excludes trial SMS.
