Zoho Meeting is a web conferencing and webinar tool, and a paid edition unlocks more hosts, longer sessions and webinar capacity. This guide walks through subscribing with a Coinepay virtual card, from creating the card to completing checkout, and lists the most common reasons a card is declined so you can fix them quickly.
Coinepay issues virtual cards with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online subscriptions like this one. Prices below are the published starting rates Zoho listed at the time of writing (October 2026); taxes, your chosen host or attendee capacity and your region can change the final amount, so always confirm the total on Zoho's official pricing page before you pay.
What you need before you start
- A verified Coinepay account. You must register and complete identity verification (KYC) before using card services. If you have not done this yet, create your account and finish KYC first.
- A Coinepay virtual card created in the dashboard or the Coinepay app (iOS / Google Play), with its number, expiry and CVV ready.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the plan total plus any local tax Zoho adds at checkout.
- Your real billing details — name, address, country and postcode — matching the information on your Coinepay account.
- A Zoho account. Note that Zoho blocks new account sign-up from several regions, including Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria; these restrictions can change.
Step 1: Choose your Zoho Meeting plan
On the Zoho Meeting pricing page you can start with Free, or move up to Meeting Standard or Meeting Professional. If you need webinars, Zoho Webinar lists Free, Standard, Professional and Enterprise tiers with different attendee capacities.
At the time of writing (October 2026), Zoho published a starting price of US$1 per host/month, billed annually, for Meeting Standard, with Professional shown at US$3 per host/month on a comparison page. Zoho Webinar's published annual starting rates were US$8 (Standard), US$16 (Professional) and US$66 (Enterprise) per organizer/month. Local taxes are additional, and annual prices already include an annual discount. Prices in INR, EUR, GBP and other currencies vary by region, so check the official Zoho pricing page for the exact figure in your market.
You can also start a 14-day trial of a paid Meeting edition. Zoho says the trial needs no credit card and reverts to Free if you do not purchase a subscription — handy if you want to test before you enter card details.
Step 2: Create or top up your Coinepay virtual card
In the Coinepay dashboard or app, create a virtual card (or pick an existing one) and make sure it holds enough to cover the full total, including tax. A subscription may renew automatically, so keep a small buffer for the next cycle if you plan to continue. You can set custom spending limits per card, which is useful if you manage several subscriptions separately.
Step 3: Go to Settings → Subscription in Zoho Meeting
Sign in to your Zoho Meeting account and open Settings → Subscription. Here you choose the payment cycle (monthly or annual), the number of host licenses, webinar attendee capacity if applicable, and any add-ons. Zoho recalculates the total as you adjust these options, so review the figure carefully before continuing.
Step 4: Enter your Coinepay card at checkout
Select Continue to proceed to payment. Zoho's Meeting pricing FAQ names Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as accepted payment methods, and also lists online bank transfer and checks for yearly subscriptions. In some markets, Zoho Store additionally lists options such as India UPI, netbanking, debit card and wallet payments, and Netherlands-only iDEAL, though their availability at an individual Meeting checkout is not confirmed.
Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, then type your billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account. Submit the payment and, if prompted, complete any 3-D Secure confirmation step (see below). Once the charge succeeds, your edition activates and you can manage it later under Settings → Subscription → Manage.
Because card networks and merchant acceptance can vary, no one can promise in advance that a specific card will work with a specific merchant. If you want to be sure your Coinepay card meets Zoho's requirements before you buy, contact Coinepay support.
Troubleshooting: card declined at Zoho checkout
A Zoho community user once reported a simple "Card Declined" message. Zoho's own payments documentation lists several general reasons a card payment can fail; the ones below are the most common and easiest to fix.
Insufficient balance
The charge must cover the plan plus local tax and the selected capacity. Check the live total in Settings → Subscription, then confirm your Coinepay card holds at least that amount, and top it up in the app if needed before retrying.
Billing address or ZIP mismatch
Zoho's payment checks can reject a card when the address or postcode does not match. Re-enter your billing details so they match your Coinepay account exactly — correct country, street, city and postcode. A failed address or ZIP verification is a frequent cause of an otherwise valid card being declined.
Incorrect card details or 3-D Secure
Double-check the card number, expiry and CVV for typos. If your card uses 3-D Secure, complete the extra authentication prompt (often a code or app approval) — a failed or cancelled authentication step will stop the payment. Make sure you can access your Coinepay app to approve it.
Issuer decline, limits or currency
Zoho also documents issuer declines (such as expired cards or transaction limits), unsupported currencies or methods, and network errors. If the card is valid and funded but still declined, check that the card is active and that no per-card spending limit is blocking the amount. For currency or acceptance questions, reach out to Coinepay support.
Regional and renewal notes
Some regions handle recurring billing differently — for example, Zoho Store notes Indonesia supports one-time rather than recurring payments, while some methods in India and other markets require manual renewal or extra authentication. If auto-renewal is not available on your method, set a reminder to renew manually so your plan does not lapse.
Manage, cancel or request a refund
To change plans, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. To cancel, follow Settings → Subscription → Manage → Change plan → Cancel Meeting Subscription, give a reason, and choose whether the downgrade applies immediately or at the end of your paid cycle.
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew. Zoho's general refund policy offers a full refund after an unresolved dissatisfaction request within the first 30 days of a monthly subscription or 45 days of an annual one; a forgotten renewal can be refunded if requested within five business days (monthly) or 15 days (annual), but not after. Refund requests go to [email protected]. Terms and windows can change, so verify current policy on Zoho's site.
A note on card issuance
Coinepay card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction. Services related to virtual assets are not available to residents of mainland China. Manage your cards anytime from the 24/7 Coinepay dashboard or the mobile app.

FAQ
Which Zoho Meeting plans can I pay for with a Coinepay card?
You can pay for a paid edition such as Meeting Standard or Meeting Professional, or a Zoho Webinar tier. The Free plan needs no payment. Choose and total your plan under Settings → Subscription before paying.
Does Zoho Meeting accept virtual cards?
Zoho's Meeting FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Card acceptance can depend on the network and merchant checks, so contact Coinepay support if you want to confirm your card meets Zoho's requirements before buying.
Why was my card declined at Zoho checkout?
Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing address or ZIP mismatch, a typo in the card number or CVV, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or an issuer or limit decline. Fix the detail and retry, or contact Coinepay support.
Do I need to enter my real billing address?
Yes. Use your real name and the billing address on your Coinepay account. Zoho's payment checks can decline cards when the address or postcode does not match, and fake details violate the terms of service.
Can I try Zoho Meeting before paying with my card?
Yes. Zoho offers a 14-day trial of a paid Meeting edition that it says requires no credit card and reverts to Free if you do not subscribe, so you can test before entering card details.
