You can try paying for Kaspersky Premium through a Kaspersky online checkout using a Coinepay virtual card. Before entering your card details, check that the offer applies to your location, that the cart offers card payment, and that you understand the renewal terms. A card payment is subject to the checkout operator’s checks and is not guaranteed to be accepted.
What you need before checkout
- A Coinepay account and verified identity. Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard. If you have not registered, create a Coinepay account.
- Your virtual card details. Coinepay issues a card number, expiry date and CVV. Check the app for your available funds and any card settings relevant to your purchase.
- Your real email and billing details. Use an email you can access for the receipt and account messages. Enter your actual billing address at checkout; do not substitute an address from another region.
- An eligible Kaspersky offer. Kaspersky’s consumer tier names vary by market. You may see Kaspersky Premium or Kaspersky Premium Total Security. Check the device count, subscription term, first payment, taxes and subsequent renewal price in your own cart.
Prices vary by region and offer, so consult Kaspersky’s official Premium pricing page and the final checkout total rather than relying on a price seen elsewhere. The checkout operator and payment options can also vary: a Canadian cart inspected in October 2026 identified AI marche as its store operator, while a global-store cart identified Nexway. Use the Payment Options shown in the cart you actually reach.
How to subscribe and pay
- Open the appropriate Kaspersky site for your location. Find the Premium product page and review its features and offer. Do not assume that an offer displayed for another country can be purchased or activated where you live.
- Select the Premium offer. Check that the cart contains the intended tier, device count and term. Kaspersky also provides a purchase route from its application under Profile → Buy now; that route opens a Kaspersky or partner website to finish the purchase.
- Review the cart before supplying payment details. Look for the introductory charge, any tax, the next renewal price and the subscription or auto-renewal terms. Kaspersky says these details appear in the offer, cart and receipt. An introductory price need not be the renewal price.
- Enter your contact and billing information. A Canadian Premium cart asks for an email and billing address before payment details. Other regional checkouts may be arranged differently. Use your real information and confirm it is accurate before continuing. The Canadian cart says an account will be created from the purchase email if needed.
- Choose card payment if your cart offers it. Enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV exactly as displayed in Coinepay. Check the total against the funds available to the card, including any tax shown at checkout. If the payment page asks you to complete an additional card-verification step, follow its instructions rather than repeatedly submitting the order.
- Confirm only after reviewing the final terms. Save the order confirmation and receipt. For a direct Kaspersky online-store purchase, look for receipt and account-completion emails at the address you entered. Check spam or junk folders if they do not appear.
Kaspersky says the subscription term for a direct online-store purchase begins at purchase, not when you first install the software. Complete any account setup described in your email and use the purchase details to access your subscription.
Regional checks to make before you pay
A successful charge does not override a license’s location conditions. For example, the Canadian cart inspected in October 2026 stated that its license cannot be activated outside Canada. Buy an offer intended for your real location and read its activation conditions before confirming payment. Do not change your stated location or billing details to work around a restriction.
Kaspersky stopped entering new US sales contracts ahead of July 20, 2024, following US restrictions on covered Kaspersky products and services for US persons. A visible US product listing should not be treated as proof that a new US purchase is available. If you are unsure whether an offer is available to you, check Kaspersky’s current regional terms before attempting payment. Some Coinepay services are also unavailable in certain jurisdictions.
If your card is declined or checkout does not complete
First, determine whether the checkout displayed a card-decline notice, requested further verification, or simply did not produce an order confirmation. Do not assume that every failed checkout has the same cause. These checks can help you narrow it down:
- Insufficient available funds: Compare your available card funds with the final checkout total, including any displayed tax. Check the Coinepay app for your current balance and applicable card settings. Do not keep retrying without checking whether an earlier attempt created an order or a pending transaction.
- Incorrect card information: Re-enter the number, expiry and CVV from Coinepay, checking for typing errors. Nexway’s card-payment guidance specifically recommends checking those fields when card entry fails. An expired or blocked card can also cause automatic renewal to fail, according to Kaspersky.
- Billing-address mismatch: Compare the billing details you supplied with your genuine details and correct mistakes. Use your real address; an address chosen solely to match a different regional offer may create further payment or activation problems.
- 3-D Secure or another verification step: If the payment page requests authentication, follow the instructions shown there and check for any prompt associated with your payment method. If the step fails or no prompt arrives, record what happened and contact Coinepay support. Whether a particular checkout requests additional authentication can vary.
- Merchant or region checks: Recheck the offer’s geographic conditions and the specific cart’s Payment Options. Do not assume every Kaspersky checkout accepts the same cards. If the cart states a restriction on card type or issuing country, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets that requirement before buying. Neither Coinepay nor repeated payment attempts can bypass a merchant’s rules.
If the payment appears in your card activity but you have no receipt, avoid immediately placing another order. Check your email and Kaspersky account, then ask the checkout operator or Kaspersky support to investigate using the purchase email and any order details. For a card-side decline, provide Coinepay support with the time, amount and any message you saw, without sending your full card number or CVV.
Manage the payment method and renewal
For the account route documented by Kaspersky, saved billing details are under My Kaspersky → account email → Account settings → Payment method → Edit. Selecting Edit opens the payment provider’s page. If you want future renewal payments charged to a different card, check that page and the provider’s instructions; changing a card in Coinepay alone does not necessarily update a saved payment method at checkout.
Review the renewal terms for your offer. For the Canadian Premium offer, Kaspersky says it attempts renewal payment 15 days before expiry. Its cancellation path is My Kaspersky → Subscriptions → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription; cancelling auto-renewal stops later charges but leaves the paid term active. Canadian Premium terms also describe a full-refund window of 30 days from the order for eligible initial purchases and automatic renewal payments. Check the terms attached to your own order rather than assuming another market has the same policy.
If you bought through the App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery or another provider, manage that subscription under the provider’s applicable process instead of assuming a direct Kaspersky-store cancellation or refund path applies.

FAQ
Will Kaspersky Premium accept my Coinepay virtual card?
Check the Payment Options and any card restrictions in your specific Kaspersky cart. Acceptance depends on the checkout operator and its payment checks; a successful payment cannot be guaranteed.
When does a directly purchased Kaspersky Premium subscription start?
Kaspersky says a direct online-store subscription term starts at purchase, not at first installation.
Where can I change the card saved for Kaspersky billing?
For Kaspersky’s documented account route, go to My Kaspersky → account email → Account settings → Payment method → Edit. The edit action opens the payment provider’s page.
What should I do if my card shows a payment but I have no Kaspersky receipt?
Check your email, spam folder and Kaspersky account before ordering again. Then contact Kaspersky or the checkout operator with your purchase email and any order details.
