Shein is a global fashion and lifestyle marketplace, and alongside ordinary orders it sells paid memberships such as SHEIN CLUB and SHEIN Saver. This guide shows how to use a Coinepay virtual card to pay for Shein purchases and memberships, where the important billing settings live, and how to work through the most common reasons a card is declined.

Coinepay issues virtual cards with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online shopping and subscriptions. Before you start, note that whether any particular merchant accepts a given card is decided by the merchant and its payment processor, so follow the steps below carefully and keep Coinepay support handy if a payment does not go through.

What you need before you start

  • A verified Coinepay account. You must register and complete identity verification (KYC) before using card services.
  • A Coinepay virtual card created in your dashboard or the mobile app (iOS / Android), with its number, expiry and CVV visible.
  • Enough balance on the card to cover the order or membership fee plus any taxes or shipping.
  • A registered Shein account for the country site or app where you want to shop. Memberships are regional: SHEIN CLUB bought on one country's site applies only there and to orders delivered in that country.
  • Your real billing details. Use the genuine name and address tied to your Coinepay card and your own identity.

Understand what you are paying for

Shein has several different charges, so it helps to know which one you are buying:

  • SHEIN VIP is a free loyalty program with statuses Level S0, S1, S2 and S3. Registering enrolls your account; qualifying purchases move you up. There is nothing to pay here.
  • SHEIN CLUB is a paid membership. The US help page lists a Quarterly plan at US$6.99 for 93 days and an Annual plan at US$19.99 for 372 days at the time of writing (October 2026). France lists a Trimestriel plan at €6.99 and Italy a quarterly plan at €7.99. UK, Canada and Australia prices are not confirmed here.
  • SHEIN Saver is a separate paid coupon membership; the US help page lists a Quarterly plan at US$9.99 for 93 days at the time of writing (October 2026).

These are published help-page figures, not live checkout quotes, and prices vary by region. Always confirm the current price on Shein's own checkout page before you confirm. Note that CLUB and Saver fees cannot be paid with Shein gift cards, points or wallet credit, so a card payment is the normal route.

Step 1: Create and fund your Coinepay card

  1. Sign in to the Coinepay dashboard or app and open your card.
  2. Create a virtual card if you do not have one, and reveal the card number, expiry date and CVV.
  3. Make sure the card balance covers the full amount, including shipping and tax.

Step 2: Set up your Shein account and order

  1. Log in to the Shein app or website for your country.
  2. For a regular order, add items to your bag and proceed to checkout.
  3. For SHEIN CLUB, buy it from your account's CLUB page or tick it during product checkout; benefits apply to that order after a successful purchase.
  4. For SHEIN Saver, use Join Now on its member-only page or tick Subscribe to SHEIN SAVER Membership during checkout.

Step 3: Enter your Coinepay card at checkout

  1. At the payment step, choose the credit/debit card option. The US merchandise checkout also lists Shein e-gift cards, PayPal, Venmo, Afterpay, Klarna, Cash App Pay, Affirm and Zip, but availability can differ by order.
  2. Enter the Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV exactly as shown in your app.
  3. Set the billing address carefully. Shein lets you edit the card billing address at checkout before you submit payment information, and states it cannot be edited on that payment afterward. Enter the address linked to your Coinepay card.
  4. Submit and complete any 3-D Secure or one-time passcode step your card prompts for.
  5. Wait for the confirmation. For memberships, open the CLUB or Saver Member-Only page to confirm the purchase and see the renewal date.

Manage renewals and cancellation

Auto-renewal is plan-dependent and not automatic on every purchase: the US CLUB terms distinguish one-time and auto-renewal plans. Where auto-renewal applies, an auto-renewing CLUB plan charges about 14 hours before the term ends, and Saver's auto-renewing quarterly plan charges about 24 hours before the term ends.

  • SHEIN CLUB: manage or cancel auto-renewal from the CLUB Member-Only page; Subscription History shows active memberships you can cancel.
  • SHEIN Saver: cancel from the member-only page or via Subscription History → active membership → Cancel.

On refunds, Shein's CLUB terms allow a full fee refund within three weekdays if benefits are unused (used benefits may be deducted); after that a full refund is available during the term only if no benefits were used. Saver's terms describe substantially the same three-weekday/unused-benefit conditions, with eligible refunds going to the original payment method. To make sure a refund can reach your card, keep the Coinepay card open.

Troubleshooting: card declined

Shein's own help material lists these card-payment failure reasons: an expired card, an incorrect billing address or security code, insufficient funds, or an invalid account. Work through them in order:

Insufficient funds

Check your Coinepay balance in the app and confirm it covers the full amount plus shipping and tax. Top up and try again.

Billing address or security code mismatch

The billing address you type at checkout must match the one on file for your Coinepay card. Because Shein cannot edit the address on a payment after it is submitted, correct it before you submit, or start the payment again. Re-check the CVV too.

Expired or invalid card details

Re-open the card in Coinepay and copy the number, expiry and CVV again. A single wrong digit reads as an invalid account.

3-D Secure

If a verification prompt appears, complete it with the confirmation method set in your Coinepay app. An unanswered or timed-out check will cancel the payment.

Merchant region or card checks

Shein shows accepted card brands as images on its payment page, so a definitive brand list is not confirmed there; Australia's terms name Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club and Discover among possible local methods, but that is not a guarantee every card appears for every order. If the card still will not go through after the checks above, Shein asks you to contact your card issuer and can request the error message or a screenshot. On the Coinepay side, open the dashboard to confirm the card is active and the transaction was not blocked, and contact Coinepay support if you need help. If a merchant requires a specific card type or issuing region, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets that requirement before you buy.

Tips for a smooth checkout

  • Shop on the correct country site: a membership bought in one region applies only to that region and its deliveries.
  • Keep your billing details and identity consistent with your Coinepay account.
  • Save your confirmation and the Member-Only renewal date so you can cancel in time if you do not want to renew.

For more help, open the Coinepay app or reach the team through support or Telegram. You can review card features any time from the Coinepay dashboard.

FAQ

Can I pay for SHEIN CLUB with a Coinepay virtual card?

Yes, you can enter your Coinepay card details at the card payment step on the CLUB page or at checkout. Note that CLUB and Saver fees cannot be paid with Shein gift cards, points or wallet credit, so a card is the usual way to pay. Whether a specific card is accepted is decided by Shein and its processor.

Why was my card declined on Shein?

Shein lists these causes: an expired card, an incorrect billing address or security code, insufficient funds, or an invalid account. Check your Coinepay balance, re-enter the card number, expiry, CVV and the billing address that matches your card, and complete any 3-D Secure prompt. If it still fails, contact your issuer and Coinepay support.

How much does SHEIN CLUB or SHEIN Saver cost?

At the time of writing (October 2026) the US help page lists SHEIN CLUB Quarterly at US$6.99 for 93 days and Annual at US$19.99 for 372 days, and SHEIN Saver Quarterly at US$9.99 for 93 days. Prices vary by region and these are help-page figures, so confirm the current price on Shein's checkout page.

Will SHEIN CLUB renew automatically on my card?

Only if you chose an auto-renewing plan; US CLUB terms distinguish one-time and auto-renewal plans. An auto-renewing CLUB plan charges about 14 hours before the term ends and Saver about 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal from the Member-Only page or Subscription History.

How do I fix a billing address mismatch at Shein checkout?

Edit the card billing address at checkout before you submit payment information, because Shein says it cannot be changed on that payment afterward. Enter the exact address linked to your Coinepay card. If you already submitted, start the payment again with the correct details.
