LambdaTest now operates as TestMu AI, so you may see the TestMu AI name while signing up or paying for a LambdaTest subscription. This guide explains how to choose a plan, use a Coinepay virtual card at checkout, and investigate a payment that does not go through.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account and virtual card. Register and complete identity verification before using card services. Coinepay provides your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV in its app or 24/7 self-service dashboard. Check your available funds and any applicable card details there before you pay.
  • A TestMu AI account. You can sign up with an email address, Google or GitHub. Free sign-up does not require a credit card.
  • Your real billing information. Have the name, address and other details requested at checkout ready. Enter information that accurately belongs to you; do not change your country or address to bypass a payment or regional check.
  • A plan and billing term. Decide which testing product you need, whether you want monthly or annual billing, and how many users or parallel sessions your team requires.

TestMu AI’s pricing FAQ says it accepts all types of credit and debit cards for subscriptions and offers PayPal for annual subscriptions. That statement does not establish whether any particular virtual card will pass its checkout checks. If you need to confirm that your Coinepay card meets a payment requirement before buying, contact Coinepay support.

Choose the right LambdaTest plan

Start with the product you will actually use rather than choosing a tier by price alone. For example, Live Testing includes Virtual Live, ChromeOS Live and Real Device Plus Live. Automation lists Web Automation on Desktop - Linux separately from Web Automation on Desktop; the Linux-only option should not be mistaken for the broader desktop option. Other product lines include KaneAI, Test Manager, SmartUI, Accessibility, HyperExecute and Performance Testing (JMeter). Several offer a Free tier, while Enterprise options require a quote.

At the time of writing (October 2026), the public pricing page showed Virtual Live at $15 per parallel session/month and Real Device Plus Live at $39 per parallel session/month, both when billed annually. It showed Web Automation on Desktop - Linux at $29/month and Web Automation on Desktop at $79/month when billed annually. These are annual-billing rates expressed per month, not month-to-month checkout totals. Check the official TestMu AI pricing page for current rates, billing terms and product entitlements, then review the final amount at checkout.

Consider whether your team needs additional products or more parallel-test capacity: the subscription checkout lets you select these. A plan that appears affordable on its own can have a different final total once you change quantities or add products. Review the billing term and full checkout summary before entering card details.

How to sign up and pay with your Coinepay card

  1. Prepare your Coinepay card. Register with Coinepay if needed, complete identity verification, and locate your virtual card number, expiry date and CVV in the Coinepay app or dashboard. Check that you have enough available funds for the amount the merchant will charge.
  2. Create or open your TestMu AI account. On the official TestMu AI site, choose email, Google or GitHub sign-up, then follow the prompts to access your account. If you previously used LambdaTest, sign in to your existing account rather than assuming the new name requires a new subscription.
  3. Start the upgrade. From a free account, select Upgrade, pick the product and plan you want, and select GET STARTED.
  4. Check your order. Review the billing term, chosen products and any parallel-test quantities. Select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT when the order matches what you intend to buy.
  5. Enter payment and billing details. Copy your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV carefully. Enter your real billing details as requested. Check the checkout total, including any amounts shown in the final order, rather than relying on a monthly figure from the pricing page.
  6. Submit and verify the result. Select MAKE PAYMENT once you are ready. Complete any verification step presented during payment. Wait for a clear checkout result before trying again; if the page is unclear, check your subscription and payment status first to avoid an unnecessary duplicate attempt.

TestMu AI sends invoices to the email used at sign-up and makes them available for download in the account. After a successful purchase, keep the invoice and check that the active product, quantities and renewal term match your order.

What to do if your card is declined

There is no single confirmed decline message that identifies the cause of every failed TestMu AI subscription payment. A rejection can come from payment details, available funds, an authentication step or merchant checks. Work through these possibilities without repeatedly submitting an unchanged payment:

Insufficient available funds

Compare the amount available to spend on your Coinepay card with the final checkout total, not just the advertised rate per month. Annual billing, selected quantities, additional products and any amounts added at checkout can affect what is due. If funds are insufficient, use the funding options available in your Coinepay account and check the updated balance before retrying. For questions about your available balance or a card transaction, contact Coinepay support.

Billing details do not match

Recheck the card number, expiry date and CVV for typing errors. Then review the billing name, address and country you entered. Use your actual details and correct mistakes rather than trying a different address to force approval. If a saved payment method contains outdated information, update it through the account’s billing controls before another attempt.

An authentication step was not completed

If checkout asks you to approve or verify a card payment, follow the instructions shown and finish the step before returning to the merchant page. A timed-out, closed or failed authentication prompt may prevent the payment from completing. Check the Coinepay app or dashboard for relevant transaction information; if you are unsure how to complete a requested step, ask Coinepay support before retrying.

Merchant or regional checks

A merchant may review a payment against its billing and geographic rules. TestMu AI’s terms restrict use contrary to applicable US export controls and prohibit use by restricted parties or from embargoed countries. Coinepay also screens customers and counterparties against sanctions lists and does not serve sanctioned persons or residents of jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions. Neither service should be used to bypass these restrictions.

If you are eligible to use the service but a payment still fails, confirm that your account country and real billing details are correct. Ask TestMu AI billing support whether its checkout accepts your payment method for your account and location, and ask Coinepay support to review the card transaction. Do not assume a decline means the card lacks funds: the merchant may need to explain a checkout decision.

Manage or cancel your subscription

For billing controls, open the top-right profile avatar → Billing in your TestMu AI account. The subscription guide also describes Upgrade → View Subscription → Go to Subscriptions & Billings → Edit for plan changes. Check the revised term and charges before confirming an edit.

To cancel, go to profile avatar → Billing → CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, choose a reason and select Complete Cancellation. The account may then offer Resume your subscription. Plans renew monthly or annually unless renewal is stopped before the term ends; the pricing FAQ says cancellations and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. The published terms say fees and payments are non-refundable and require invoice discrepancies to be raised within 30 days of first appearing. If you need to end the account itself, note that the terms specify 30 days’ prior written notice for account termination. Save your cancellation confirmation and check your billing page for the effective date.

FAQ

Is LambdaTest the same as TestMu AI?

Yes. LambdaTest now operates as TestMu AI. The company says the January 2026 name change did not itself reprice existing subscriptions or change their billing terms.

Do I need a card to create a TestMu AI account?

No. TestMu AI offers free sign-up without a credit card, with email, Google and GitHub sign-up options.

Why is my checkout total higher than the advertised monthly rate?

Some public rates are monthly equivalents for annual billing, not month-to-month charges. Your billing term, quantities and additional products can also affect the total. Review the checkout summary before paying.

Where can I change or cancel my subscription?

Open your top-right profile avatar and select Billing. For cancellation, choose CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, select a reason and complete the cancellation steps.
