Allegro is a leading online marketplace in Central Europe, and Allegro Smart! is its buyer delivery subscription that bundles eligible deliveries for a flat fee. This guide explains how to pay for an Allegro Smart! subscription with a Coinepay virtual card, from preparing your card to completing checkout, and what to do if a payment is declined. It covers the buyer delivery subscription, not Allegro's separate seller plans.

What you need before you start

A Coinepay virtual card comes with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online shopping and subscriptions. Before you pay for Allegro Smart!, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A registered Coinepay account with identity verification (KYC) completed. If you have not signed up yet, create your account and finish verification first.
  • A Coinepay virtual card with enough balance to cover the plan you choose. You can view your card number, expiry and CVV in the Coinepay dashboard or the iOS or Android app.
  • An Allegro account signed in to the local marketplace you use (allegro.pl, allegro.cz, allegro.sk or allegro.hu).
  • Your real billing details. Use the name and address that match your Coinepay account; do not use invented details.

Allegro's Polish card-payment page states it accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit cards for purchases. Whether every one of those card types is accepted for Smart! subscriptions in every market is not confirmed, so if you are unsure, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you buy.

Allegro Smart! plans and prices

The paid options are Allegro Smart! for 1 month and Allegro Smart! for 12 months. Each marketplace also displays a free, delivery-limited trial, which is not a paid subscription and, according to Allegro, does not automatically convert into one.

At the time of writing (October 2026), the displayed prices were:

Market1 month12 months
Poland (allegro.pl)14.99 PLN59.90 PLN
Czechia (allegro.cz)59 CZK299 CZK
Slovakia (allegro.sk)€2.49€11.99
Hungary (allegro.hu)1,300 HUF5,000 HUF

Prices vary by region and can change, and the Slovak page showed an inconsistent annual figure in one FAQ, so always confirm the exact amount shown at checkout on the official Allegro Smart! page for your country.

Step-by-step: pay for Allegro Smart! with your Coinepay card

  1. Open your Coinepay card details. In the Coinepay app or dashboard, select your virtual card and note the card number, expiry date and CVV. Make sure the balance covers the plan you intend to buy.
  2. Sign in to Allegro. Log into your account on the local Allegro site you use.
  3. Open the Allegro Smart! page. Go to the Smart! page for your market (for example allegro.pl/smart) and review the 1-month and 12-month options.
  4. Select an option. Choose the paid plan you want. You will be taken to a redirected payment page.
  5. Choose card as the payment method. On that page, pick the card option. Payment methods vary by market: Poland lists card, Google Pay, bank transfer and BLIK; Czechia lists card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer; Slovakia lists card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and online bank payment; Hungary lists card and Google Pay.
  6. Enter your Coinepay card details. Type the card number, expiry and CVV, and your billing information.
  7. Accept the terms and confirm. Read and accept the Smart! terms, then complete the payment. If prompted, approve the 3-D Secure authentication step (see below).
  8. Wait for confirmation. Allegro emails a confirmation when the paid service is active.

Automatic renewal and saved cards

Allegro states that a card used to buy Smart! is linked to your account for automatic charges in subsequent billing periods. The displayed free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you prefer to control each payment, keep enough balance on your Coinepay card before each renewal date, and track charges in your Coinepay app.

In Poland, saved cards appear under My account → Payment cards, and you can manage your subscription from Account → Your Smart! → Manage Smart!. The Allegro Smart! account tab also shows plan options.

Cancellation and refunds

In Poland you can cancel at any time. The notice period is five days for service activated from March 2, 2026, or 14 days for earlier activations. Allegro says a first Smart! purchase cancelled within 30 days receives a full refund even if used; otherwise it describes a proportional refund, with refunds sent to the original payment account within at most 17 days. Because refunds return to the card you paid with, keep that Coinepay card active so you can receive any refund.

Note that from March 2, 2026, Poland changed the minimum qualifying purchase for newly activated or renewed Smart! to 49.90 PLN from one seller for both pickup-point and courier delivery; existing subscriptions kept their earlier thresholds until expiry. Eligibility also depends on a qualifying seller, delivery method and minimum order value.

Troubleshooting: why a card payment may be declined

Allegro identifies missing bank authorization and failed 3-D Secure authentication as reasons a card payment can be rejected, and advises retrying an unpaid order and contacting Allegro if the rejection recurs. Here are the common causes and how to address them:

Insufficient balance

If your Coinepay card does not hold enough to cover the selected plan plus any currency conversion, the charge will fail. Check your balance in the Coinepay app and top up before retrying.

Billing address mismatch

Enter the billing details exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account. A mismatch between the name or address you type and the details on file can cause a decline.

3-D Secure authentication

Many card payments trigger a 3-D Secure step. Make sure you can receive Coinepay's confirmation prompt (in the app or via the method you set up) and complete it promptly, as a failed or timed-out authentication will stop the payment.

Merchant and region checks

The four local Smart! offers describe eligible delivery within Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary respectively. Smart! availability for accounts or delivery outside those markets is not confirmed. Always use your real identity and billing details, and do not attempt to work around any regional check. If your card is declined repeatedly after you have confirmed your balance and details, retry the unpaid order, then contact Allegro. If you suspect the issue is on the card side, reach out to Coinepay support or our Telegram channel.

Keep your subscription running smoothly

To avoid interruptions, keep enough balance on your Coinepay card ahead of each renewal, watch for Allegro's activation and renewal emails, and review your charges in the Coinepay dashboard. If you want a separate card just for your Allegro spending, you can issue another virtual card in the app and manage it independently.

FAQ

Which Coinepay card details do I enter at Allegro checkout?

Enter the card number, expiry date and CVV shown for your virtual card in the Coinepay app or dashboard, along with billing details that match your Coinepay account. Allegro's card page lists Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit cards; if you are unsure your card qualifies for Smart!, contact Coinepay support before buying.

How much does Allegro Smart! cost?

Prices vary by market. At the time of writing (October 2026) the displayed prices were 14.99 PLN (1 month) or 59.90 PLN (12 months) in Poland, 59/299 CZK in Czechia, €2.49/€11.99 in Slovakia and 1,300/5,000 HUF in Hungary. Always confirm the exact amount on the official Allegro Smart! page and at checkout.

Will Allegro charge my card automatically for renewals?

Allegro says a card used to buy Smart! is linked to your account for automatic charges in later billing periods. Keep enough balance on your Coinepay card before each renewal date, and manage your plan under Account → Your Smart! → Manage Smart! in Poland.

My Coinepay card was declined at Allegro. What should I do?

Check that your card has enough balance, your billing details match your Coinepay account, and you completed the 3-D Secure step. Allegro advises retrying the unpaid order and contacting Allegro if it recurs. For card-side questions, contact Coinepay support.

Can I get a refund if I cancel Allegro Smart!?

In Poland, a first Smart! purchase cancelled within 30 days receives a full refund even if used; otherwise Allegro describes a proportional refund, sent to the original payment account within at most 17 days. Keep your Coinepay card active so you can receive any refund.
