To subscribe to NFL+ with a Coinepay virtual card, first check that you are eligible for NFL+ and have a card ready for checkout. This guide covers direct NFL checkout, the two subscription tiers, common payment problems, and where to manage your subscription afterward. Card acceptance is decided at checkout; having a virtual card does not by itself ensure a successful purchase.

Check NFL+ availability and choose a plan

NFL+ is available in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. It is not available in U.S. territories or other countries. NFL directs international viewers to DAZN. Use your real identity and billing details, and follow NFL’s location and subscription rules; a different billing address or payment card does not change where NFL+ is available.

There are two tiers, each with monthly and annual billing. At the time of writing (October 2026), the listed U.S. prices are:

PlanMonthlyAnnual
NFL+$6.99$49.99
NFL+ Premium$14.99$99.99

Applicable taxes may be added. Check the official NFL+ pricing page and your checkout total before paying, since prices and offers can change. NFL+ Premium adds NFL RedZone, NFL Pro, and full, condensed, and All-22 game replays to NFL+. Premium does not remove the phones-and-tablets restriction on live local and primetime games. Choose based on what you want to watch and whether monthly or annual billing suits you.

What you need before checkout

  • An eligible NFL account: You can sign in or create one during the NFL+ sign-up flow. NFL+ availability remains limited to its stated U.S. service area.
  • A Coinepay virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are available once your virtual card is issued; manage the card through the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard.
  • Enough available funds: Check your card’s available balance against the full checkout amount, including any applicable taxes. Check the Coinepay app or contact support if you need information about your card’s limits or charges.
  • Accurate billing details: Enter your real name and billing address as they apply to your payment details. Do not substitute an address to try to qualify for NFL+ or bypass a payment check.

NFL’s payment guidance lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Its subscription terms also contemplate debit cards. Those statements do not establish whether any particular Coinepay card will be accepted. If checkout displays a card-type or card-country restriction, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy.

How to subscribe and pay on NFL.com

Using NFL’s website gives you a direct NFL checkout rather than an app-store purchase. That distinction matters later if you need to update a payment method, cancel, or request a refund.

  1. Open NFL+: Go to NFL.com/plus by entering the address yourself. Sign in to your NFL account or create an account when prompted.
  2. Choose a subscription: Select NFL+ or NFL+ Premium, then choose monthly or annual billing. Review the plan features, price, any taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout.
  3. Enter your card details: At the payment step, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Supply your real billing information where requested and check it carefully before continuing.
  4. Apply a coupon only if you have one: Select Redeem Coupon if you have an eligible NFL coupon, and review the updated total. A coupon that provides complimentary access may not require payment details.
  5. Finish checkout: Follow any payment verification prompts, review the final terms, and select Confirm. Wait for confirmation before making another attempt or assuming the subscription is active.

You can also start sign-up in the NFL app. Before paying there, check who will bill you: an app-store purchase is governed by that store’s terms, and NFL says third-party purchases may carry additional fees. If your goal is to enter a Coinepay card directly with NFL, use NFL.com checkout rather than assuming the app will use the same billing flow.

What to do if your card is declined

A decline does not identify its cause on its own. NFL has not published a definitive NFL+-specific list of decline codes for the situations below, so treat these as checks to work through—not as a diagnosis of your transaction. Do not keep submitting the same payment unchanged.

Check the amount and card details

Confirm that the card has enough available funds for the total shown by NFL, including applicable taxes, and that the card number, expiry date, and CVV were entered correctly. If you are unsure whether a card limit applies, check the Coinepay app or ask Coinepay support. Avoid assuming that the plan’s advertised price is the exact amount due at checkout.

Check your billing address

Compare the name, address, and postal code you entered with your real billing information. Correct typing mistakes, but do not invent a U.S. address or use another person’s details. If the address is accurate and checkout still rejects it, contact support for help identifying whether the payment details need attention.

Complete any verification prompt

If checkout or your payment provider requests a security step, such as 3-D Secure verification, follow the prompt and return to checkout afterward. If a prompt fails, closes, or never appears, check for a pending authorization or completed order before retrying. Ask Coinepay support to investigate a card-verification issue; contact NFL support if the checkout page itself is not progressing.

Respect merchant region or card requirements

NFL+ is restricted to its stated U.S. service area, and a merchant may also apply payment eligibility checks. If you see a message about your location, card type, or card country, read it as a requirement to resolve—not a reason to change your location or billing details. Contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets any stated card requirement before you buy, and contact NFL support about NFL+ account or regional eligibility. If you began in an app, check whether the decline came from the billing store rather than NFL’s direct checkout.

Manage your payment, renewal, or cancellation

After a direct NFL purchase, you can inspect billing on the web through the profile icon → Manage Subscription → Plan Details or Payments. In the NFL app, the path is Profile → Edit My Account → Manage Your NFL Subscription → Plan Details or Payments. These sections help you verify the plan and payment information associated with your account.

To change the payment method for a web-billed subscription, go to your NFL.com account → NFL Subscriptions → Your Payments → Edit Payment Info. Enter the new details, accept the terms, and select Confirm preauthorization. Review the account afterward to make sure the intended payment method appears.

Ordinary NFL+ subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. For a direct NFL.com purchase, sign in at NFL.com/account and choose Manage Subscriptions → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewal while leaving access through the paid period. If an app store billed you, cancel through that store instead.

Payments are generally nonrefundable, including partially used subscription periods, though NFL may make exceptions. Its help guidance identifies duplicate purchases and serious, ongoing technical difficulties as possible reasons to request review. Submit a request about a web purchase through NFL support’s web form. For an in-app purchase, request a refund from the store that billed you, such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku. Keep your receipt and billing records so you can identify the correct purchase.

FAQ

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for NFL+?

You can enter its card details at direct NFL checkout, but acceptance depends on the payment checks applied to your purchase. Contact Coinepay support if NFL states a specific card requirement.

Is NFL+ available outside the United States?

No. NFL+ is available in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., but not in U.S. territories or other countries.

Why was my NFL+ card payment declined?

Check your available balance against the full total, card details, real billing address, and any security prompt. If the problem persists, ask Coinepay about the card transaction or NFL about checkout eligibility.

Where do I update the card for a web-billed NFL+ subscription?

In your NFL.com account, go to NFL Subscriptions → Your Payments → Edit Payment Info, enter the new details, accept the terms, and select Confirm preauthorization.

Will cancelling NFL+ immediately end my access?

Cancelling an ordinary subscription stops future renewal, but access continues through the period you have already paid for. Cancel with NFL or the app store that billed you.
