beIN SPORTS CONNECT streams live football, tennis, motorsport and more across the Asia-Pacific region. If you want to pay for it with a Coinepay virtual card, this guide walks through what you need, the exact checkout steps, and the most common reasons a card gets declined so you can finish signing up without guesswork.

Before you start

A few things make the checkout go smoothly:

  • A Coinepay virtual card that is ready to use. Register and complete identity verification (KYC) first, then open the card in the iOS or Android app to see your card number, expiry date and CVV. If you do not have an account yet, create one here.
  • Enough balance on the card. beIN SPORTS CONNECT prices follow your subscription country. The payment is processed from Singapore, so beIN warns that your card issuer may add a cross-border fee, typically 1–3%. Leave a little headroom above the plan price so the charge clears.
  • Your real billing details. Use the name and billing address tied to your Coinepay account. Mismatched details are a frequent cause of declines.
  • A valid phone number. Account creation (for example on the Australian site) requires an SMS verification code.

beIN SPORTS CONNECT is listed as available in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste. Viewing outside your country of sign-up is not supported, and subscriptions cannot be transferred to another country. Sign up with your real location details rather than trying to work around these regional checks.

Plans and prices

The Asia-Pacific service uses market-specific plan names and prices, and the monthly and yearly options generally give the same content access rather than different tiers. A snapshot of what the official pages showed at the time of writing (October 2026):

MarketMonthlyYearly
AustraliaAU$16.99/moAU$169.99/yr
New ZealandNZ$16.99/moYearly Pass Sale NZ$129.99 first year, then NZ$169.99/yr
SingaporeMonthly Pass S$16.98/moYearly Pass S$149/yr
Hong KongMonthly Pass HK$228/moYearly Pass HK$2,188/yr
MalaysiaRM24.99 recurring / RM24.99 one-off passRM229/yr
IndonesiaRp45,000 recurring / Rp50,000 one-offRp399,000/yr
Philippines₱199 recurring / ₱219 one-off₱1,670/yr
ThailandTHB349 recurring / THB399 one-offTHB3,490/yr

Prices and promotions change, and some older beIN help articles still show superseded amounts (for example Australia's earlier AU$15.99/AU$159.99 and New Zealand's NZ$14.99/NZ$149.99). Australia's Yearly Pass Sale (AU$129.99 first year, then AU$169.99/year) may not appear for every customer. Always trust the price shown at checkout and confirm on the official beIN SPORTS CONNECT page for your country before you pay.

Step-by-step: subscribing on the website

Using the Australian flow as an example (other countries are similar):

  1. Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT site for your country and choose a plan, then select Subscribe.
  2. Create an account or log in. Enter your phone number and the SMS verification code when prompted.
  3. Select a payment method (credit/debit card, where offered).
  4. Review the plan on the summary screen and press Pay Now.
  5. Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, along with the cardholder name and billing address exactly as they appear in your Coinepay app.
  6. Press Yes, I confirm my payment. If prompted, approve the 3-D Secure verification step.

In the mobile app, the path is Subscribe Now! → choose a plan → Proceed to payment. Note that if you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing goes through that store rather than directly to your card, and you would manage payment there instead.

Managing or updating your card later

For a website-billed card subscription, you can change the card under My Account → Subscription & purchases → current subscription → Edit Card Info. If you subscribed via Apple or Google billing, update the payment method in the respective store settings instead. To cancel a website-billed plan, use My Account → Subscription & purchases → current subscription → Cancel Subscription → confirm; access continues to the end of the paid billing cycle.

Refund policy matters: Australian terms state a full refund is available only before first use; otherwise paid fees, including annual fees, are not refunded for early cancellation, subject to statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Billed Yearly Passes are described as non-refundable. Pick monthly if you want to try the service before committing to a year.

Troubleshooting: card declined or payment error

beIN's own payment-error guidance notes that a failed charge is usually rejected by the card issuer, and it lists several causes. On the Indonesian plan page a generic banner can appear reading "Something went wrong! There is an error when processing the payment. Please try again." If your payment does not go through, work through these:

Insufficient balance

Check your available balance in the Coinepay app and remember the possible 1–3% cross-border fee on top of the plan price. Top up so the total clears, then retry.

Billing address or details mismatch

Incorrect card number, expiry, CVC, name or billing address are listed decline causes. Re-enter each field carefully and make sure the name and address match what Coinepay has on file for your account.

3-D Secure verification

Many card checkouts trigger a 3-D Secure confirmation. Keep your phone and the Coinepay app handy to approve the prompt. If you miss it or it times out, start the payment again.

Cross-border or merchant region checks

beIN lists online/debit-card restrictions and cross-border blocks among its decline reasons. Because the charge is processed from Singapore, a card issuer's cross-border rules can come into play. beIN also notes that it does not publish a definitive list of accepted card networks for CONNECT checkouts, and the merchant may restrict certain card types. If a payment is refused and your balance and details are correct, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this merchant's requirements before you try again.

Recent system notes

Between July 9 and August 25, 2026 a payment-system migration temporarily prevented Australian subscribers from updating card details and deferred some expired-card renewals. If you hit an unusual billing issue, check beIN's notices page in case a temporary change is in effect.

Why use a Coinepay virtual card here

A Coinepay virtual card gives you an instant card number, expiry and CVV from the app, managed through a 24/7 self-service dashboard, which is convenient for recurring streaming subscriptions. You can use it for online shopping, software, AI subscriptions and advertising as well. Remember to use your genuine identity and billing details, and keep the card funded so renewals do not fail. For help with your card, reach the team via support or on Telegram.

FAQ

What do I need before paying for beIN SPORTS CONNECT with Coinepay?

Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification, then open your virtual card in the app to get the number, expiry and CVV. Make sure the card has enough balance (allow for a possible 1–3% cross-border fee) and have a valid phone number ready for SMS verification.

How much does beIN SPORTS CONNECT cost?

Prices vary by country. At the time of writing (October 2026) examples include Australia AU$16.99/month or AU$169.99/year and Singapore S$16.98/month or S$149/year. Some help pages still show older prices, so always confirm the amount on the checkout screen and the official beIN page for your country.

My card was declined at checkout. What should I check?

beIN says the issuer usually rejects failed charges. Confirm your balance covers the price plus any cross-border fee, re-check the card number, expiry, CVC, name and billing address, complete any 3-D Secure prompt, and watch for cross-border blocks. If it still fails, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card suits this merchant.

Can I update or cancel my beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription?

For a website-billed plan, update the card under My Account → Subscription & purchases → current subscription → Edit Card Info, or cancel via Cancel Subscription. Apple- or Google-billed subscriptions are managed in the respective app store. Access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

Can I watch beIN SPORTS CONNECT in another country after subscribing?

No. Viewing is supported only in your country of sign-up, and subscriptions cannot be transferred to another country. Sign up using your real location and billing details rather than trying to bypass regional checks.
