You can try Krea’s Free plan without a card, then choose a paid plan if you need more compute units. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card for Krea’s web checkout, review the amount before paying, and work through a declined payment. Card acceptance depends on Krea’s checkout and its payment checks, so review the options shown to you before placing an order.

What you need before paying for Krea

  • A Krea account. Krea’s web sign-up offers Google, Apple, SSO, and email. You can create an account and use Free without entering a payment card.
  • A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Register through Coinepay and complete KYC before using its card services. Coinepay provides a virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV, which you can access through its self-service dashboard or mobile app.
  • Enough available funds for the checkout total. The amount due can differ from a plan’s headline price because of the billing interval, selected compute configuration, or applicable taxes. Check the final amount shown before confirming.
  • Your real billing details and access to any authentication prompt. Enter your own name and billing information accurately. If your card payment requires an additional verification step, be ready to complete the prompt presented during checkout.

Card issuance and fund services are provided by Coinepay’s licensed partner financial institutions. Some Coinepay services are unavailable in certain jurisdictions. If you need to confirm a card detail or service availability before purchasing, contact Coinepay support.

Choose the right Krea plan

Krea’s web pricing page lists Free, Basic, Pro, Max, Business, and Enterprise. At the time of writing (October 2026), its public monthly prices were $9 for Basic, $35 for Pro, $105 for Max at the displayed 60,000-unit configuration, and $200 for Business at the displayed 80,000-unit configuration. Free was $0; Enterprise required a sales quote. Max and Business offer other compute configurations, so their amounts can change. Check Krea’s official pricing page and your checkout total for current pricing.

The plans also differ in included compute: Free lists 100 units per day, Basic 5,000 per month, Pro 20,000 per month, and Business up to 50 seats at its displayed configuration. Krea says unused monthly units on Basic, Pro, and Max do not roll over. If you are comparing annual billing, pay attention to the total charged for the year, not just a monthly-equivalent figure on the pricing page. Confirm the interval and amount at checkout before committing.

Krea lists one-time compute packs separately from subscriptions; purchased packs expire after 90 days. Krea also bills API usage separately from app subscriptions. Make sure you are buying the product you intend to use rather than assuming a subscription covers API charges or a compute-pack purchase renews your plan.

How to subscribe on Krea’s website

  1. Set up your Coinepay card. Register, finish identity verification, and access your virtual card details in the Coinepay dashboard or app. Check your available funds and any card information you need for billing. Do not share your CVV in chat or email.
  2. Sign in to Krea. On Krea’s website, create an account using Google, Apple, SSO, or email, or sign in to your existing account. You may start on Free without a card to see whether the available tools meet your needs.
  3. Open Krea’s pricing page. Compare the plan, compute allowance, billing interval, and any configurable unit amount. The page provides Get Basic, Get Pro, Get Max, Try Business, and Contact sales actions. Select the action that matches what you want to buy.
  4. Review the checkout presented to you. Krea uses Stripe for web payment processing, but the payment options and final screens can vary. If the checkout offers a card-entry option suitable for your purchase, enter your Coinepay card number, expiry date, and CVV. Use your genuine billing name and address; do not substitute an address from another country to try to pass a payment check.
  5. Confirm only after checking the amount. Read the billing interval, payable total, and any tax displayed at checkout. Complete any required payment authentication when prompted, then wait for Krea to show the purchase result. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same order if its status is unclear.
  6. Check the subscription in Krea. Once signed in, open Krea’s billing settings through your account settings. If you do not see the expected plan or receipt, check whether the payment is pending before trying again, and ask Krea support to review the purchase if necessary.

Krea does not publish a definitive list of card brands or other payment methods enabled at its web checkout. Having card fields available does not establish that every virtual card will be accepted. If you need to know whether your particular Coinepay card meets a checkout requirement, ask Coinepay support before you buy.

What to do if your card is declined

Use the actual message on your checkout screen as a starting point; the wording can vary. The causes below are possibilities, not diagnoses of a particular Krea transaction. First, verify that no subscription was activated and that you have not already been charged before attempting another payment.

Insufficient available balance

Compare your available funds with the full amount shown at checkout, including any tax and the selected billing interval. An annual purchase may require the yearly total rather than the monthly-equivalent figure advertised on a pricing card. If funds appear sufficient but the payment still fails, check the transaction information available in Coinepay or contact support instead of assuming the cause.

Billing details or card-entry mismatch

Recheck the card number, expiry date, CVV, name, and billing address for typing errors. The address should be your real billing information, consistent with the information associated with your payment method. If you are unsure which details apply to your card, ask Coinepay support; do not invent an address or use another person’s identity.

Authentication did not finish

If checkout opens a 3-D Secure or other verification step, complete it through the legitimate prompt provided. A closed browser tab, expired prompt, or interrupted connection may leave the purchase incomplete. Return to Krea to check whether your plan activated before retrying. If you never receive an expected prompt or it repeatedly fails, contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted payment, but never send your full card number or CVV.

Merchant or regional checks

Krea’s payment processor and Krea may apply checks relating to the customer, payment method, or location. A declined transaction does not by itself identify which check failed. Use your real location and billing details, and comply with Krea’s terms; a VPN or borrowed address is not a payment fix. If checkout states a specific card or regional requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets it before you buy. For an account-level or checkout restriction, contact Krea support as well.

Manage or cancel a Krea subscription

For a web purchase, sign in to Krea and look under account settings for billing. Krea directs customers to account settings to change payment information or cancel; its billing-settings page requires you to be signed in. Check the displayed subscription and next renewal date before making a change. If the controls are not clear, contact Krea support rather than assuming that removing a card cancels an active subscription.

Krea’s terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next term. After cancellation, access continues through the paid term, without a prorated refund for that term. Its Business terms generally treat subscription fees as non-refundable, subject to applicable law; they ask customers disputing an erroneous charge to email [email protected] within 30 days.

If you subscribed through Krea’s iPhone app, treat it as a separate Apple-billed purchase rather than looking only at Krea’s web billing page. Check iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage it. App Store prices and product names can differ from web plans, and Apple handles eligible in-app purchase refund requests through its Report a Problem process.

Before you try again

Keep a record of the plan, billing interval, checkout amount, time of the attempt, and any on-screen message. Share those details with the appropriate support team, but keep your complete card credentials private. For questions about the card or an attempted card transaction, use Coinepay support; for Krea account access, plan activation, or subscription charges, contact Krea support.

FAQ

Can I use Krea without adding a card?

Yes. Krea’s Free plan does not require a payment card and lists 100 compute units per day.

Will a Coinepay virtual card work at Krea checkout?

Acceptance depends on the options and checks at Krea’s checkout. If a specific card requirement appears, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before purchasing.

Why is Krea asking me to pay more than the monthly price I saw?

Check whether you selected annual billing, a different compute configuration, or a checkout total that includes applicable tax. Review the final amount before confirming.

Where do I cancel my Krea subscription?

For a web purchase, sign in to Krea and check account billing settings. For an Apple-billed purchase, use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
