Google Analytics 360 is the enterprise service level of Google Analytics (GA4), aimed at organisations that need higher data limits, service-level commitments and advanced features. Unlike a consumer subscription you can buy from a public checkout, Analytics 360 is sold through a signed order, so paying for it works differently from paying for a typical SaaS tool. This guide explains how the billing actually works, where a Coinepay virtual card can realistically fit, and how to troubleshoot a declined card if your order does allow card payment.

Before you start: how Analytics 360 is sold

There is no publicly priced online "Buy 360" button. According to Google's own documentation, to buy or upgrade to Analytics 360 you contact a Google account representative or an authorised Google Analytics partner (reseller). The upgrade itself happens at the property level: a GA4 property is switched to a 360 property only when it is linked to a Google Marketing Platform organisation that has an active 360 order, and the switch is performed either by an organisation/billing administrator (direct purchase) or by the sales partner (partner purchase).

Billing is also order-based rather than a flat monthly plan name. Google describes GA4 360 pricing as a fixed base fee that covers the first 25 million monthly events, plus declining per-event rates for higher-volume tiers. The in-product sample rates are not contractual and can vary by market. Public country prices for the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia are not published on Google's 360 page at the time of writing (October 2026) — the page directs buyers to sales — so always confirm current pricing in your signed order or with your partner, and check the official Google Marketing Platform Analytics 360 page.

Do not rely on old Universal Analytics 360 "hit-based" prices. Universal Analytics 360 data processing ended on 1 July 2024; GA4 360 billing is measured in events, not hits.

Can you pay for Analytics 360 with a card at all?

This is the most important thing to settle before you try. Whether Analytics 360 accepts a card depends on the payment terms printed on your specific order or invoice, and those terms are not published as a single public rule. Two facts are worth knowing:

  • For Google's monthly invoices generally, Google Payments Center states that credit cards are not accepted and tells customers to use the approved methods printed on the invoice. Whether a particular Analytics 360 customer is billed on those invoice terms is not something you can assume.
  • Analytics 360-specific accepted payment methods and card brands are not publicly confirmed. The reliable source of truth is your agreed order, your invoice, or your sales partner's instructions — not payment rules published for a different Google product.

So the honest answer is: ask first. Confirm with your Google account manager (direct purchase) or your reseller (partner purchase) whether your order can be paid by card, and if so, which card types and billing country they accept. If card payment is permitted, you can then consider funding it with a Coinepay virtual card. If your billing is wire or approved-invoice only, a card of any kind will not apply.

Step by step: setting up payment

  1. Complete Coinepay registration and KYC first. Create your account and finish identity verification so you can issue cards. Start at the Coinepay sign-up page, or manage everything from the Coinepay app for iOS or Android. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner institutions, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction.
  2. Engage Google or your partner. Contact your Google account representative or an authorised Analytics partner to request a 360 order for your property. They will confirm scope, event volume and pricing, and set up the Google Marketing Platform organisation and billing account.
  3. Ask about payment method up front. Before you sign, ask explicitly: can this order be paid by card, which card brands and billing countries are accepted, and will you be invoiced instead? Get this in writing.
  4. Issue a Coinepay virtual card (only if card is accepted). In the Coinepay dashboard or app, create a virtual card. You'll get the card number, expiry date and CVV instantly. For a business, you can issue a dedicated card and set a custom spending limit so the cost is ring-fenced.
  5. Enter matching billing details. Use your real legal/business name and the billing address registered to your Coinepay account. Mismatched details are a common cause of card failures.
  6. Locate billing in Google Marketing Platform. For a direct client, billing accounts and invoices live under Administration → Organizations → [organization] → Organization settings → Billing Accounts. Usage and the non-contractual GA4 bill preview are under Billing → Usage. Note that Google account or channel managers create and edit billing accounts and orders, and partner clients won't see billing-account details here — their reseller handles it.
  7. Confirm and keep records. After payment or invoice setup, save the confirmation. Businesses settling with overseas partners benefit from keeping compliant transaction records.

Troubleshooting a declined card

If card payment is allowed on your order and it still fails, work through these causes. Note that Analytics 360 does not publish a verified list of decline messages, so treat the following as general payment checks.

Insufficient balance or limit

360 base fees can be substantial and are billed by event volume, so the amount may be larger than a typical subscription. Make sure the Coinepay card has enough available balance, and that any per-card spending limit you set is high enough to cover the charge. Top up or raise the limit in the app, then retry.

Billing address mismatch (AVS)

If the billing name, address or postcode you typed doesn't match what's on your Coinepay account, the payment can be rejected. Re-enter the details exactly as registered.

3-D Secure / verification step

A payment may need an extra confirmation step. Keep the Coinepay app open and your phone nearby so you can approve any prompt, then complete the payment promptly before it times out.

Merchant region or card-type checks

Google may restrict which billing countries or card types it accepts for a given order, and it has paused creation of new Russian Analytics 360 accounts. If your card's billing country isn't eligible, the charge can be refused. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card's details, and confirm with your Google account manager or partner which billing countries and card types your order supports before you buy — never assume a specific card qualifies.

Still stuck?

Because 360 billing runs through your order and billing administrator, the quickest route is often not the card at all. One community user who couldn't find billing settings to update a corporate card was advised to contact their 360 partner/reseller, or the Google account manager for a direct purchase. If the problem is on the Coinepay side (balance, limits, verification), reach our team via the support page or on Telegram.

Cancellation, SLA credits and refunds

Downgrading a GA4 property from 360 to standard changes its feature limits immediately, but whether that ends your order or stops contractual charges is governed by your signed order, not the toggle. Direct clients should contact their account manager and partner clients their reseller to end service. For a qualifying GA4 360 SLA failure, Google specifies an invoice credit (not a cash refund), capped at 25% of that month's service fees, with notice to technical support required within 30 days. The SLA also grants a one-time right to terminate after failures in three consecutive months, or four months in a 12-month period, subject to written notice. Check your own order and terms for cancellation notice and any early-termination charges.

Paying for other Google marketing tools

Even if your 360 order is invoiced and not card-eligible, a Coinepay virtual card is well suited to other marketing spend — for example Google Ads. Businesses can issue a dedicated virtual card for each ad account and set custom spending limits per card, which keeps budgets clean and auditable. Manage all of it from the 24/7 self-service dashboard. Learn more at the Coinepay home page.

FAQ

Can I buy Google Analytics 360 online with a credit or virtual card?

Not from a public checkout. Analytics 360 is sold through a signed order arranged with a Google account representative or an authorised partner. Whether that order can be paid by card depends on the payment terms on your specific order or invoice, which aren't published as a single public rule. Ask your account manager or partner before assuming a card will work.

How much does Google Analytics 360 cost?

Google doesn't publish country prices on its 360 page as of October 2026; it directs buyers to sales. Billing is described as a fixed base fee covering the first 25 million monthly events, plus declining per-event rates at higher volumes. Confirm current pricing in your order or on the official Google Marketing Platform page.

Where do I find the billing settings for Analytics 360?

For a direct client, go to Administration → Organizations → [organization] → Organization settings → Billing Accounts in Google Marketing Platform; usage and the bill preview are under Billing → Usage. Partner clients don't see billing-account details there and should contact their reseller.

My Coinepay card was declined for a Google charge. What should I check?

Confirm the card has enough balance and a high enough spending limit, that the billing name and address match your Coinepay account, and that you approve any 3-D Secure prompt in the app. Also confirm with Google that your card's billing country and type are accepted. For card-side issues, contact Coinepay support.

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for Google Ads instead?

Yes. Businesses can issue a dedicated Coinepay virtual card for each ad account and set custom spending limits per card, which makes marketing budgets easy to control and audit from the 24/7 dashboard.
