Codashop sells game top-ups, vouchers and other digital products through country-specific storefronts. If card payment is offered for the item you want, you can enter your Coinepay virtual card details at checkout. This guide uses the US Genshin Impact listing as an example and explains what to check before paying, how checkout works and what to do if a payment is declined.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Register through Coinepay, complete the required KYC steps, and use the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard to access your virtual card. Coinepay provides the card number, expiry date and CVV when the card is issued. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions.
  • Enough available funds. Check your available balance in Coinepay against the final amount shown at Codashop checkout. Check the Coinepay app or contact Coinepay support if you need information about applicable card limits or charges.
  • The correct local Codashop listing. Choose your actual country or region and confirm that the game, product and a card payment option are available there. Payment methods vary by market and product: the US Genshin Impact listing, for example, shows Card Payments and PayPal.
  • Accurate order details. Have the required game ID and server information, or the details requested for a voucher, ready. Use an email address you can access and your real billing details. Double-check the recipient before paying: Codashop’s Philippine terms say a completed purchase made with the wrong game ID cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Codashop does not require an account for the US Genshin Impact top-up. If you choose to create an account where that option is offered, Codashop’s Australian account guide describes registration with an email address and password followed by email verification. An account is separate from the identity verification required to use Coinepay card services.

Check the product and regional card rules first

Codashop does not have one set of subscription tiers that applies across its storefront. You buy a listed product, which may be a one-time top-up, a voucher or an item named “Subscription.” On the US Genshin Impact page, examples include Genesis Crystals and Blessing of the Welkin Moon, which provides 30 days of in-game benefits. At the time of writing (October 2026), that US page listed Blessing of the Welkin Moon from $4.99. This is a product price, not a recurring Codashop membership fee; check Codashop’s current official listing for the price and terms that apply to your selection.

Do not assume a card accepted in one country can be used in another. Codashop’s Brazil card guide requires a Brazil-issued, non-prepaid card. If you are buying from that storefront, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets this requirement before you buy. Do not place the order if it does not meet the merchant’s rules. Other storefronts may have different requirements, so read the local checkout instructions rather than applying Brazil’s rule elsewhere. Use your real location and billing information; a different storefront is not a workaround for regional restrictions.

How to pay on Codashop

  1. Prepare your Coinepay card. After completing registration and identity verification, open the Coinepay app or dashboard, find your virtual card details and check your available funds. Keep the card number, expiry date and CVV private.
  2. Open the appropriate Codashop storefront. Select your actual country or region and search for the game or digital product. For the US Genshin Impact example, open its listing and choose Blessing of the Welkin Moon or the Genesis Crystals amount you intend to purchase.
  3. Enter the delivery details. Supply the game ID, server or other recipient information requested on the product page. For a voucher or gift card, follow that listing’s specific delivery prompts. Check each entry against the destination account before continuing.
  4. Choose a payment method. Select Card Payments or another card option if one appears for your product and region. If no card option is shown, do not assume card checkout is available for that order.
  5. Review the order. Enter your email address, confirm the product and recipient details, and check the final price displayed by Codashop. If anything is wrong, correct it before submitting payment.
  6. Complete card checkout. Enter the Coinepay card number, expiry date, CVV and any billing information the payment form requests. Use your real billing details. Follow any security prompt presented during checkout; Codashop’s card instructions note that a bank-issued one-time code may be required. Do not share a one-time code with anyone who contacts you.
  7. Check the result. Wait for Codashop’s confirmation and check the email address you supplied. If the page stalls or an error appears, check for an order confirmation and review your card activity before trying again, so you do not submit an unintended duplicate order.

Why was my Codashop card payment declined?

A decline does not identify one universal cause. Codashop’s Australian help guide documents the codes below, but they are not a verified code list for every storefront. Record the exact message shown on your checkout page, then use it alongside these checks.

What you seeWhat to check next
Insufficient balance or limit; code 706 in the Australian guideCompare your Coinepay available funds with Codashop’s final checkout amount. Check any applicable card limit in the Coinepay app or ask support before attempting payment again.
Issuer decline; Australian code 704Confirm the card details and review any notice in Coinepay. Contact Coinepay support with the time, amount and error if the reason is unclear.
Failed authorization; Australian code 711Check whether you missed, mistyped or could not complete a one-time-code or other authentication prompt. Start a fresh checkout only after checking whether the first order went through.
Security check failure; Australian code 750Verify the requested payment and billing details. If the error continues, ask Codashop support about the checkout and Coinepay support about any card-side decline.
Processing or detail-verification error; Australian codes 403 or 410Recheck the information entered and the order status. Give Codashop support the displayed error and order details if it remains unresolved.

Billing details and authentication

If checkout requests a billing address, enter your real address accurately and consistently with your payment information. A mismatch in the card number, expiry date, CVV or other requested details can also prevent payment. For a one-time-code or 3-D Secure-style prompt, complete the step presented by the checkout flow rather than repeatedly submitting the card form. If you cannot complete authentication, contact Coinepay support to ask what applies to your card; do not assume a particular verification method is available.

Merchant region checks and repeated attempts

Codashop’s Philippine and Australian guidance describes market-specific checks involving the purchaser’s location, card details, authentication and repeated attempts. A card or purchaser outside an eligible country may be rejected under the relevant storefront’s rules. Check the local product page and payment guidance, and ask Codashop support which requirement applies to your order. Do not use false billing details or tools to mask your location. If several attempts fail, stop and investigate rather than repeatedly resubmitting the payment.

After payment: delivery and purchase issues

Keep your order confirmation and verify that the top-up or voucher reached the intended destination. If you were charged but did not receive the product, or you believe the charge is incorrect, contact Codashop support with the order details and the email used at checkout. You can also contact Coinepay support about the card transaction. Check the terms displayed for your specific product and storefront before paying: digital purchases may have limited cancellation or refund options, and the rules can differ by market and listing.

FAQ

Do I need a Codashop account to buy a top-up?

Not for the US Genshin Impact top-up. Account requirements may differ elsewhere; you must register and complete identity verification before using a Coinepay card.

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card on any Codashop storefront?

Do not assume so. Check the local listing for card payment and its eligibility rules. Brazil’s card guide requires a Brazil-issued, non-prepaid card; contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card qualifies before buying there.

What does Codashop error 706 mean?

Codashop’s Australian guide associates code 706 with insufficient balance or a limit. Check your available funds and applicable card limits; error codes may differ by market.

What if I entered the wrong game ID?

Check the recipient details before payment. Codashop’s Philippine terms say completed purchases with an incorrect game ID cannot be cancelled or refunded; contact Codashop support if you have already placed the order.
