Coinepay virtual cards are issued by licensed partner financial institutions under licence from the card networks, and customer funds are held by those institutions. Cross-border transfers are delivered through licensed payment institutions in each destination country. Partner institutions apply their own regulatory and AML/CTF controls in addition to ours.
