Looking for Fitbit Premium? Since May 2026, the subscription has been called Google Health Premium, and the Fitbit app has become the Google Health app. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, choose a checkout route, and handle common payment problems without assuming that any particular card will be accepted.
Check the subscription and your eligibility first
Google calls the app’s included tier Base and its paid subscription Premium. Premium has monthly and annual billing options. At the time of writing (October 2026), Google states US prices of US$9.99 per month or US$99 per year. Prices, taxes, offers, and available billing options can vary by region; check Google’s official Google Health Premium pricing page and the final checkout screen before agreeing to pay.
Google Health Premium is available only in eligible countries, and features can differ by country, device, and language. Google says its Health Coach and Premium coaching features require users to be at least 18 and have a Fitbit or Pixel Watch device. Check which features are offered for your location and device before subscribing. Do not change your account country or enter billing details that are not yours to try to access a different offer.
Before buying a standalone subscription, check whether your Google Account already receives Google Health Premium through a separately paid Google AI Pro or Google AI Ultra membership. These are Google One memberships, not alternative standalone Premium plans. An eligible trial may also appear in the app; read its end date and renewal terms at checkout rather than assuming every account qualifies.
Get your Coinepay card ready
- Register and complete identity verification. Coinepay requires KYC before you can use its card services. You can register with Coinepay and manage your account in its 24/7 dashboard or mobile app.
- Locate your virtual card details. Coinepay issues a virtual card with a card number, expiry date, and CVV. Have those details ready for the checkout route you choose.
- Check your available funds. Make sure your card can cover the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. If an eligible trial requires a payment method, check the amount and date of its first scheduled charge.
- Use accurate account details. Enter your real name and your actual billing address wherever the payment platform requests them. Check that the card details and billing information you submit are current and consistent.
Card eligibility depends on the country and the platform handling checkout. Google Store, Google Play, and Apple may offer different payment methods, and a method accepted by one is not necessarily accepted by another. If you need to confirm whether your Coinepay card meets a checkout requirement, contact Coinepay support before you buy. Do not rely on a successful card entry as proof that a subscription has started; wait for the purchase confirmation.
Subscribe in the Google Health app
- Open the Google Health app and sign in to the Google Account you intend to use for Premium.
- Tap your profile picture, then choose Get Google Health Premium or an eligible trial offer shown to your account.
- Review the monthly or annual option offered to you, its price, any trial terms, and the renewal date. The purchase is completed through Google Play on the relevant Android checkout or Apple’s App Store on the relevant iPhone checkout.
- At the payment step, select an existing eligible method or enter your Coinepay virtual card details if that checkout offers a card-entry option. Use your real billing details and complete any verification prompt presented by the payment platform.
- Confirm the purchase only after checking the displayed terms. Keep the emailed receipt: it identifies the billing platform you will need for future payment changes, cancellation, or refund questions.
You can also purchase directly through the Google Store where that option is offered. Sign in with the same Google Account you use in the Google Health app, select Google Health Premium, review the terms, and enter an eligible payment method at checkout. Google says a Google Store purchase activates automatically on that account. If Premium does not appear in the app, first check that you signed in with the purchasing account and that the purchase was confirmed.
The distinction between checkout routes matters. Google Store lists Google Play balance and Google Play gift cards as invalid Store payment methods, even though Google Play may offer its own balance as a payment option. Follow the payment methods shown at the checkout you are actually using; do not assume they carry over between platforms.
What to do if your card is declined
A declined payment does not, by itself, identify the cause. Google Play documents messages such as “Unable to process payment: low card balance,” “Unable to complete transaction: expired card,” “Correct this card info or try another card,” and “Your transaction cannot be completed.” These are general Google Play messages, not errors unique to Google Health Premium. Note the exact message and which platform displayed it before troubleshooting.
- Insufficient balance: Compare your available funds with the final checkout total, not just the advertised subscription price. Check the amount due now, applicable taxes, and, for a trial, the later renewal amount. If Google Play reports a low card balance, add sufficient funds through the options available in your Coinepay account before trying again.
- Incorrect or mismatched details: Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV carefully. If prompted for a billing address, use your real address and correct any outdated information on the payment account. An expired card or inaccurate security code can also prevent payment. Do not substitute an address from a different country to match a storefront.
- Verification or 3-D Secure prompt: If checkout asks you to authenticate the payment, complete the prompt using the method provided. If the prompt fails, expires, or never arrives, check for an account-security notice from the payment platform and contact Coinepay support to ask about the card-side verification attempt. Do not repeatedly submit a payment while an unresolved verification request is pending.
- Merchant or account-region checks: Check that Google Health Premium is offered for your actual location and that your Google or Apple account and billing details are accurate. Payment-method eligibility can vary by country and checkout platform. If the checkout indicates that your card or payment profile is ineligible, ask the billing platform what requirement applies and contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it. Acceptance cannot be promised.
- Other payment checks: A card may be declined because online transactions are not enabled, a payment account needs review, or the platform cannot complete the transaction. Follow any on-screen instructions first. If the issue persists, provide support with the exact error text and the name of the checkout platform, but never send your full card number or CVV in a support message.
Change the payment method or stop renewal
Start with your emailed receipt to find out who bills the subscription. For a Google Store purchase, go to Google Store → profile → Subscriptions → Google Health Premium; the payment-method control lets you choose a saved method or add a new credit or debit card. For Google Play billing, go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Manage and use Update beside the primary payment method. For Apple billing, open iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Google Health Premium, then follow Apple’s account payment instructions if you need to change how Apple bills you.
Cancel through the billing platform shown on your receipt if you do not want the subscription to renew. Uninstalling the Google Health app does not cancel it. Cancellation generally leaves access through the remaining paid period or trial period while stopping future renewal. A paid Google Store cancellation does not refund the current billing period. Refund handling differs for Google Play and Apple purchases, so use the billing platform’s applicable process rather than assuming cancellation itself creates a refund.
If checkout still fails after you have corrected the details and followed the platform’s instructions, contact Coinepay support with the checkout platform, time of the attempt, and exact error message. You can also check Google’s or Apple’s account help for issues tied to their payment profile or subscription.

FAQ
Is Fitbit Premium still available under that name?
Fitbit Premium was renamed Google Health Premium in May 2026. Look for Premium in the Google Health app.
Can I start a Google Health Premium trial with a Coinepay card?
If your account shows an eligible trial, follow its checkout instructions. A valid payment method may be required, and card acceptance depends on the billing platform.
Why does my Coinepay card work elsewhere but fail at checkout?
Possible causes include insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, an expired card, a verification request, or platform-specific payment and region rules. Check the exact error and the platform on your receipt or checkout screen.
Where do I update the card used for renewal?
Check your receipt for the billing platform. Use Google Store profile → Subscriptions → Google Health Premium, Google Play → Subscriptions → Manage → Update, or your Apple Account payment settings for Apple-billed subscriptions.
Will deleting the Google Health app cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel through the platform that bills you. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but normally leaves access through the remaining paid or trial period.
