Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management platform billed as a recurring subscription, which makes it a good fit for a Coinepay virtual card you can create and manage from one dashboard. This guide walks through what you need, how to reach the Zoho Store checkout, and how to troubleshoot a declined payment. It is an independent how-to; Coinepay is not affiliated with Zoho.
Before you start
To pay for Zoho CRM with a Coinepay virtual card, get these in order first:
- A verified Coinepay account. Register at the Coinepay registration page and complete identity verification (KYC) before you try to use card services. You can manage everything from the 24/7 dashboard or the Coinepay app for iOS and Android.
- A Coinepay virtual card. Issue one in the app to get the card number, expiry date and CVV instantly.
- Enough balance on the card. Cover the plan price plus any local taxes Zoho adds, and remember annual billing charges the full year in one payment.
- Your real billing address. Use the genuine details tied to your Coinepay card. Mismatched billing information is a common cause of declines.
Zoho CRM's own payment FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal (a PayPal account is required), with wire transfer available for yearly subscriptions through sales. Which methods appear at checkout can depend on your country and billing schedule. Coinepay does not publish which network its cards run on, so confirm your card details in the app and, if you are unsure a method fits, contact Coinepay support before you buy.
Zoho CRM plans and prices
Standalone Zoho CRM editions are Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate. (CRM Plus and Zoho One are separate bundles, not extra CRM editions.) The Free edition supports up to three users, and an organization runs one edition for its regular users rather than mixing them. Free users can trial another edition for 15 days before buying.
At the time of writing (October 2026), US list prices per user per month, billed annually, were Standard $14, Professional $23, Enterprise $40 and Ultimate $52. Billed monthly, they were Standard $20, Professional $35, Enterprise $50 and Ultimate $65, with applicable local taxes added. In India at the same date, annual billing was Standard ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400 and Ultimate ₹2,600 per user per month; monthly billing was ₹1,300, ₹2,100, ₹3,000 and ₹3,200 respectively, plus local taxes.
Prices in other currencies vary by region, and taxes are added at checkout, so always confirm the current amount on Zoho's official pricing page before you pay. Do not assume a converted US figure is your local quote.
Step by step: subscribe and pay
- Create or sign in to your Zoho account. New sign-ups must use your real identity. Zoho Accounts blocks new sign-ups from certain sanctioned regions and can change those restrictions, so you must be eligible to register.
- Open the upgrade flow. Inside Zoho CRM, click the profile icon at the top right and choose Upgrade to enter the Zoho Store. If your interface looks different, note that Zoho retired the old CRM UI in July 2026 and moved users to its Next Gen UI, so older screenshots may not match.
- Choose your edition and billing cycle. Select Standard, Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate, pick monthly or yearly billing, set the number of user licenses and add any add-ons.
- Review the order. Check the edition, user count, billing frequency and the total including taxes.
- Enter billing address and payment details. Type the card number, expiry date and CVV from your Coinepay virtual card, and enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your Coinepay profile.
- Complete the purchase. Select Make Payment. If prompted, finish any 3-D Secure confirmation (see below).
Manage your subscription and billing
To review or change billing later, open CRM's profile icon and choose Manage Subscription. In the Zoho Store, Your Store Details holds Payment Method, Billing Details and Transaction History, where you can update the card on file or download past invoices.
Renewal behavior varies by region: Zoho Store notes that India supports both recurring and non-recurring payments, while some markets (for example Indonesia) support only non-recurring payments, meaning you renew manually. Check which applies to you so a subscription does not lapse unexpectedly. Keeping a funded Coinepay card for manual renewal is a practical way to stay on top of this.
If your card is declined
A failed payment usually points to one of a few causes. Work through these before retrying:
| Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|
| Insufficient balance | Make sure the card covers the full charge plus taxes. Annual plans bill the whole year at once. Top up in the Coinepay app and retry. |
| Billing address mismatch | The address at Zoho checkout must match your Coinepay card profile exactly. Correct any street, postcode or country difference. |
| 3-D Secure not completed | If a verification step appears, approve it in the Coinepay app or via the confirmation prompt. An unconfirmed check cancels the payment. |
| Merchant or region checks | Available payment methods depend on your billing country. If a method is not offered, that is a Zoho regional rule, not something to work around. |
| Card details or entry error | Re-check the card number, expiry and CVV. Confirm your card is active in the Coinepay dashboard. |
Community reports mention messages such as "Payment subscription failed" after an upgrade attempt. If you see a failure but also a pending charge, do not simply retry several times. Check Transaction History in Zoho Store and your Coinepay dashboard first, and contact both Zoho billing and Coinepay support if an amount is held without an active subscription.
If your card issuer declines a payment on an active subscription, Zoho gives you 15 days to pay before requiring a renewal, edition change or move to Free for access to continue, and describes a further grace period before the account moves to Free. Resolve a decline promptly to avoid interruption.
Cancellations and refunds
To cancel, go to Manage Subscription → Change Plan → Cancel Subscription → Move to Free Edition; you can downgrade immediately or keep the paid plan through the current cycle. Zoho's refund policy offers a full refund after unresolved dissatisfaction within the first month of a monthly subscription or the first 45 days of an annual one, via [email protected]. After an automatic renewal, a forgotten cancellation can qualify for a full refund within five business days (monthly) or 15 days (annual); Zoho says it does not process requests after those windows. A partial annual downgrade is credited as a subscription extension rather than cash, and accounts terminated for terms violations are excluded.
Keep your card ready for renewals
Because Zoho charges automatically where recurring billing applies, keep your Coinepay card active and funded ahead of each renewal date. You can monitor spending and transactions in the Coinepay dashboard at any time, and businesses can issue separate cards with custom limits to keep software subscriptions organized. Start from the Coinepay home page or reach the team through Telegram if you have questions.
