VEED is an AI-powered online video editor, and Pro is one tier in its paid line-up. If you want to pay for VEED Pro using a Coinepay virtual card, this guide walks through what you need, how to sign up and upgrade on the web, and what to check if your card is declined at checkout.
Before you start, note that VEED offers several tiers and that the right flow depends on where you buy. This guide focuses on VEED's own web checkout, which is the clearest place to use a card.
What you need before you subscribe
To pay for VEED Pro with a Coinepay virtual card, make sure you have the following ready:
- A registered and KYC-verified Coinepay account. You must complete identity verification before you can use card services. If you haven't done this yet, create your account and finish verification first.
- A Coinepay virtual card with its card number, expiry date and CVV, created in the Coinepay app or dashboard.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the full first charge. VEED bills annual plans upfront, not in monthly instalments, so an annual Pro plan is charged as a single larger amount.
- Your real billing details — name, address and country. Use the real identity and billing information tied to your Coinepay account; do not use fake or someone else's details.
Understand which plan and price you're buying
VEED's current tiers are Free, Creator, Pro, Studio and Enterprise. "VEED Pro" is a specific tier, not the name of every paid plan. Enterprise pricing is arranged through VEED's sales team and a trial there requires at least three users.
Paid plans are charged per editor/seat and per workspace. If you add more editors to your workspace, your bill rises accordingly.
Prices vary by region and change over time, so always confirm the figure shown in VEED's live checkout before you pay. As a rough illustration only, at the time of writing (October 2026) some independent US readings listed Pro around $45/month or $265/year per user, but these were not confirmed in VEED's live checkout, and App Store prices (for example $49/month in the US, £49/month in the UK, €59/month in Germany) are Apple billing figures that differ from web prices. Treat the amount on VEED's official pricing page and in your checkout as authoritative.
Watch out: VEED Lite is a separate iOS app with its own subscription. Buying a Pro subscription inside VEED Lite does not unlock the main VEED web editor. Make sure you are subscribing to the main product.
Step 1: Create your VEED account and workspace
- Go to veed.io and select Sign Up.
- Sign up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or a work email, and verify as prompted.
- Create a workspace. The Free plan does not require an upgrade, so you can set things up before you pay.
Step 2: Open Workspace Billing and upgrade to Pro
Only a workspace owner can upgrade. From the web app:
- Click your profile picture.
- Select your workspace name.
- Go to Workspace Settings → Workspace Billing → Upgrade.
- Choose the Pro plan and pick monthly or annual billing. Remember annual is charged upfront.
If you are buying for a company and want proper invoices, select "Purchasing as a business" on the payment screen and enter your organisation and tax/address details. VEED notes this option may be unavailable in some regions. Company information can also be managed later under Workspace Billing → Payment Method.
Step 3: Pay with your Coinepay virtual card
VEED's checkout is powered by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay are only available in certain countries. Prices appear in a local currency where available, otherwise in USD.
- At the payment step, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV.
- Enter the billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account.
- Confirm the amount shown matches the plan and billing cycle you selected.
- Complete any 3-D Secure verification step if your bank/card prompts it.
- Submit the payment. A successful upgrade generates a confirmation email.
VEED's payment FAQ says "major" cards are accepted but does not name specific networks, and acceptance of any particular network in a given country is not spelled out. If you are unsure whether your card will be accepted, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you buy.
A note on India and regional limits
VEED states that India offers annual plans only, attributing the absence of monthly billing to Reserve Bank of India regulations — this is VEED's stated checkout limitation, not a ban on all monthly software. A full country-by-country list of where subscriptions or specific payment methods are unavailable is not published by VEED, so if checkout behaves differently in your region, check VEED's pricing page.
Troubleshooting: card declined at checkout
VEED identifies several payment-failure causes: bank security declines, incomplete 3-D Secure authentication, outdated card details and regionally unsupported methods. The exact on-screen error wording isn't published, so work through the checklist below. VEED also advises checking your account or transaction status before retrying, in case a charge actually went through.
Insufficient balance
Annual Pro is a single upfront charge, so a card that covers one month may still be short for a year. Check your Coinepay card balance in the app and top up if needed, remembering the charge is per seat and per workspace.
Billing address mismatch
Stripe may decline if the billing address doesn't match your card record. Re-enter the name, address and country exactly as held on your Coinepay account. Do not invent an address to pass a regional check.
3-D Secure not completed
If an authentication screen appears and times out or is closed, the payment fails. Retry and complete the verification step. Make sure notifications for your Coinepay app are enabled so you can approve the prompt.
Outdated or wrong card details
Double-check the card number, expiry and CVV. If you recently created a new virtual card, use that card's details, not an old one.
Merchant region or method checks
Some payment methods are only offered in particular countries, and prices show in local currency or USD. If a method you expect isn't available, a card charge may be your route. If declines persist, confirm your card details in the Coinepay app and reach out to Coinepay support; you can also review VEED's own billing help for merchant-side reasons.
Managing, cancelling and refunds
For web and Android purchases, manage everything in Workspace Billing. To stop renewing, go to Workspace Billing → Turn off auto-renewal, complete the short questionnaire and watch for the confirmation email. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling alone does not refund the current period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least two business days before renewal.
VEED's terms offer a full refund to a consumer who cancels within the first 14 days only if they have never used the service — uploading, editing or adding subtitles counts as use. A pro-rata refund may apply if VEED materially changes the service and you cancel; unused AI credits are non-refundable and don't roll over.
Important: subscriptions bought inside the main VEED iOS app use Apple billing and are managed at iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VEED, with refund requests directed to Apple. To keep billing on your Coinepay card and under VEED's own refund terms, subscribe through the web checkout. Android purchases use VEED's checkout rather than Google Play.
Get set up with Coinepay
If you still need a card, register with Coinepay, complete verification and create a virtual card, then follow the steps above. You can manage everything from the 24/7 dashboard or the Coinepay app on iOS and Google Play. Learn more at the Coinepay home page.

FAQ
Is VEED Pro the same as every paid VEED plan?
No. VEED's tiers are Free, Creator, Pro, Studio and Enterprise. Pro is one specific tier. Also note that VEED Lite is a separate iOS app with its own subscription and does not unlock the main web editor.
How much does VEED Pro cost with a Coinepay card?
Prices vary by region and billing cycle and change over time, so confirm the figure in VEED's live web checkout and on the official pricing page before paying. Annual plans are charged upfront as a single amount, and billing is per seat and per workspace.
Will my Coinepay virtual card be accepted by VEED?
VEED's Stripe-powered checkout says it accepts major credit and debit cards but does not name specific networks, and acceptance can depend on your country. Confirm your card details in the Coinepay app, and contact Coinepay support if you want to check before buying.
My card was declined at VEED checkout. What should I check?
Check for sufficient balance (annual is a large upfront charge), a billing address that matches your Coinepay account, completed 3-D Secure verification, and correct card number, expiry and CVV. Before retrying, confirm no charge already succeeded.
How do I cancel VEED Pro bought on the web?
Go to Workspace Billing and select Turn off auto-renewal, then complete the questionnaire and check for the confirmation email. Cancel at least two business days before renewal; access continues to the end of the current period and cancelling alone does not refund it.
