You can try paying for a Notta web subscription with a Coinepay virtual card at Notta’s card checkout. This guide covers what to prepare, how a workspace owner subscribes to Pro or Business, and what to check if the payment is declined. Card acceptance depends on the options and checks at your checkout.

What you need before subscribing

  • A Notta account and workspace. You can create an account on Notta’s website using an email verification code and password, or sign up with Google, Microsoft, or Apple. Notta then asks you to create a workspace. The workspace owner makes the web subscription purchase.
  • A Coinepay account with completed identity verification. Register through Coinepay and complete KYC before using card services. Coinepay provides a virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV that you can enter at checkout.
  • Enough available funds for the charge. Check the amount Notta displays for your billing cycle, seats, and any add-ons. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront; a Business total also depends on the seat count.
  • Your real billing details. Use your own name and a genuine billing address that matches the details associated with your payment method. Do not change your country or address to get around checkout restrictions.

For a direct card-payment attempt, use Notta’s website rather than assuming its mobile checkout works the same way. Notta says mobile subscriptions are charged through your Apple or Google account. Available web payment methods depend on location and currency, so check the choices shown when you reach payment.

Choose the right Notta plan and billing cycle

Notta’s main English-language tiers are Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Pro is the individual paid option; Business is priced per seat. Enterprise requires contacting Notta sales rather than completing the standard Pro or Business checkout. A separate device-linked Notta Hardware Plan is not an ordinary subscription you can buy through this flow.

At the time of writing (October 2026), Notta listed US-dollar web prices of $13.49 monthly or $97.99 annually for Pro, and $27.99 monthly per seat or $199.99 annually per seat for Business. Free was $0, while Enterprise was custom-priced and started at 51 seats. Notta collects annual charges upfront. Prices and available currencies can vary by region; check Notta’s official pricing page and the final checkout amount before paying.

If you are purchasing under Notta’s Japanese pricing, the individual tier is called Premium, not Pro. At the time of writing (October 2026), Notta listed Premium at ¥1,980 monthly or ¥14,220 annually, and Business at ¥4,180 monthly per seat or ¥30,096 annually per seat; those published prices include tax. Confirm the plan name and amount on Notta’s Japanese pricing page and at checkout. Notta also notes that app-store prices can differ from web prices.

How to pay for Notta on the web

  1. Create or open your Notta account. Sign up on Notta’s website using email verification or one of its listed sign-in options, then create a workspace. If Notta displays a recommended checkout during setup, you can close it and choose a plan later.
  2. Open the subscription settings as the workspace owner. Select your profile image → Settings → Subscription Plan. If you cannot make the purchase, check that you are in the intended workspace and using its owner account.
  3. Set up the purchase. Select the billing cycle and currency offered in the flow, then choose Pro or Business as applicable. Review any add-ons. For Business, check the seat count carefully because it affects the total.
  4. Review the billing details. Verify the displayed plan, renewal period, currency, and total before continuing. Enter accurate personal or business billing information; use only a location where you are eligible to purchase the service.
  5. Enter your Coinepay card details. Retrieve the virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV from the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app, then enter them in Notta’s payment form if card payment is offered. Check the entries before submitting.
  6. Complete any requested verification. If the checkout presents an additional cardholder-authentication step, follow the on-screen instructions rather than repeatedly resubmitting the charge. After checkout, confirm the subscription status in Notta and retain the purchase confirmation.

Notta lists several web-subscription methods, including major card brands and some location-dependent local methods. That list does not establish that every virtual card will be accepted. If you are unsure whether your Coinepay card meets a requirement shown at checkout, contact Coinepay support before buying.

If Notta declines your card

Start with the details visible in your Notta checkout and Coinepay account. Notta’s payment help identifies possible causes such as an unsupported card, incorrect card details, an expired or inactive card, a spending restriction, or an issuer security block. It does not provide one universal decline message or code, so save the message you actually see when asking for help.

Insufficient available balance or a spending restriction

Compare your available funds with the full checkout total, not just an advertised monthly price. An annual plan is billed upfront, Business is priced per seat, and selected add-ons can change the amount. Check any applicable card spending settings in Coinepay. If the amount or your available balance is unclear, review the Coinepay app or ask support before attempting the payment again.

Card number, expiry, CVV, or billing address mismatch

Re-enter the number, expiry date, and CVV exactly as shown for your active Coinepay virtual card. Check for an expired card or a transcription error. If Notta requests a billing address, enter your real details and compare them with the information associated with your payment method. Correct a genuine mismatch through the appropriate account or support channel; do not invent an address to make a payment pass.

3-D Secure or another verification step does not complete

Some card checkouts request additional authentication. If a verification screen appears, complete it promptly using the instructions presented. If it times out, return to checkout and check the status before retrying so you do not mistake a pending attempt for a failed one. If verification repeatedly fails, provide Coinepay support with the time, amount, and any message shown; do not share your CVV or one-time security codes in a support request.

Location, currency, or merchant card checks

Notta’s available payment methods vary by location and currency. A checkout may also reject a card because it does not meet a merchant or payment-provider requirement. Confirm that your account country, billing details, and chosen checkout options are accurate. Do not use a false location or another person’s identity to bypass a restriction. If a card requirement is displayed, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets it before you buy. For a decline whose cause is not visible, Notta advises contacting the card issuer; Coinepay support can help you investigate the card side, while Notta support can address its checkout.

Manage payment details or cancel later

For a web subscription, open profile image → Billing in Notta to review payment methods and invoices. If you already have an active card subscription, Notta says you can add a card or change the default card there. Keep the payment method usable for future renewals, and review your plan and seat count before a new billing period.

Notta subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel a web purchase, use a computer and go to profile image → Billing → Cancel subscription. Notta advises canceling at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle; unused subscription days are ordinarily not refundable, and Notta says web-plan refunds are generally not provided.

If you subscribed in the mobile app instead, manage cancellation through the App Store or Google Play, not the web Billing page. Refund requests for those purchases also go to the relevant store. Notta does not sell Business through the App Store, so check the purchase channel before trying to change a Business subscription.

FAQ

Can I pay for Notta Pro with a Coinepay virtual card?

You can enter your Coinepay virtual card at Notta’s web card checkout if that option is offered. Approval depends on the checkout’s card and verification checks.

Where do I add or change a card for a Notta web subscription?

In Notta, open profile image → Billing. An active card subscription can add a card or change its default card there.

Why was my card declined when I had enough for one month?

Check the full checkout total. Annual billing is charged upfront, Business is priced per seat, and add-ons may increase the amount.

Will canceling Notta refund the unused part of my subscription?

Ordinary cancellations generally do not refund unused subscription days. Paid access continues through the current billing cycle.
