You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at Noom’s website checkout when signing up for Noom Weight. Before you pay, check the plan term, total charge and renewal terms: Noom offers several subscription lengths, and its checkout offer may differ from a published price. This guide covers direct payment to Noom, not a purchase billed through an app store.
What you need before starting
- A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Register through Coinepay before using its card services. You can manage your card in the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS and Android.
- Your virtual card details. Coinepay issues a card number, expiry date and CVV instantly. Check the available funds in your account and allow for the full upfront charge, any applicable tax and any optional add-on you choose.
- Your real personal and billing information. Use details that accurately identify you and match the billing information associated with your payment method. Choose only a Noom offer available to you in your location.
- Time to review the subscription. Have a look at the trial terms, if offered, and the date and amount of the next charge before completing checkout.
Noom says it does not accept reloadable or prepaid gift cards, American Express for non-USD charges, or direct HSA/FSA-card payments. These restrictions do not establish whether your Coinepay card is eligible for a particular checkout. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets Noom’s applicable requirements before you buy; Noom makes the final decision on a payment.
Understand the Noom offer before paying
Noom Weight is Noom’s paid, non-medication subscription. It starts with a website questionnaire that leads to a personalised plan recommendation. The offer you see can depend on promotions and whether you buy on Noom’s website or through an app store. For reference, at the time of writing (October 2026), Noom published U.S. prices of US$70 for one month, US$179 for six months and US$209 for 12 months. Each is an upfront charge for the stated term, before tax or discounts—not a monthly instalment. Other term lengths are available. Check Noom’s official pricing information and your own checkout total for current pricing.
Noom Weight may also offer a separately charged Premium subscription with 1:1 coaching and meal and exercise plans. Do not assume it is included in the Noom Weight price; check whether an add-on has been selected and review its separate charge before paying.
Noom Med is a different category of programs, with separate eligibility, clinical and billing terms. For example, its listed programs include the Microdose GLP-1ᴿˣ Program and the GLP-1ᴿˣ Plus Program. Medication plans are not available in every U.S. state; Noom lists Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi as excluded for the GLP-1ᴿˣ Plus Program. If you intend to purchase Noom Med rather than Noom Weight, review the specific program’s eligibility, medication costs, checkout terms and refund policy instead of relying on a Noom Weight quote.
How to sign up and pay on Noom’s website
- Open Noom’s official website. Start the Noom Weight sign-up questionnaire and answer with accurate information. Review the personalised recommendation Noom presents when you finish.
- Choose the offered subscription term. Compare the amount billed today with the length of access. If Noom offers a trial, read when it ends and what the paid subscription will cost afterward. A trial can convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel in time.
- Review optional purchases. Check for a separately billed Premium subscription or any other add-on. Remove anything you do not want before proceeding.
- Apply a promotion before payment, if you have one. Enter the promo code at Noom’s website checkout and confirm that the discount appears before completing the purchase. Noom allows one code per order; a qualifying offer link may apply a discount automatically.
- Enter your Coinepay virtual card details. Copy the card number, expiry date and CVV from your Coinepay dashboard or app into the relevant checkout fields. Provide your real name and accurate billing details. Check the card details carefully rather than repeatedly submitting a payment that fails.
- Confirm the final order. Read the amount due today, any tax, the subscription term, renewal information and the payment terms shown by Noom. Complete any legitimate verification your payment flow requests, then submit the order once.
- Check your subscription status. Keep Noom’s purchase confirmation and look up the charge and next renewal date in Noom’s Subscription Portal. In the Noom app, the route to subscription management is profile picture → Settings → Manage Subscription.
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead, that store handles billing. Entering a Coinepay card directly into Noom’s website checkout is a different payment route, so first check which provider will charge you.
What to do if your card is declined
A failed checkout does not identify the cause by itself. Noom has not published a universal list of card-decline messages, so use the details shown by Noom and Coinepay rather than assuming a particular error code has one fixed meaning.
| Possible cause | What to check |
|---|---|
| Insufficient available funds | Compare your available funds with the entire upfront subscription amount, including any tax and selected add-on. A multi-month Noom Weight term is billed upfront, not as equal monthly payments. Check the amount displayed at checkout before trying again. |
| Billing details do not match | Re-enter the card number, expiry date and CVV, and check that your name and billing details are accurate and consistent with those associated with your payment method. Do not use a made-up address to get past a check. |
| A verification step is incomplete | If a 3-D Secure or other card-verification prompt appears, follow its instructions and allow it to finish before returning to checkout. Do not assume Noom always uses the same verification flow. If the prompt fails or never appears when expected, contact Coinepay support. |
| Payment method or merchant-region checks | Noom may reject an unsupported payment method, and an offer may not be available in your location. Review Noom’s displayed requirements and use your real location and billing information. Contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the applicable card requirements, and ask Noom about its checkout or offer eligibility. |
| Expired card details | Confirm the expiry date you entered is current. Noom identifies an expired payment method as one reason a charge can fail, including at renewal. |
If you cannot identify the problem, record the amount, date and any message displayed without sharing your full card number or CVV. Contact Coinepay support about the card or payment attempt; contact Noom about the offer, checkout or subscription status. Avoid placing a second order until you have checked whether the first one succeeded.
Manage renewal, payment details and cancellation
Noom subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. For a subscription billed directly by Noom, use the Subscription Portal to review your payment method, charges and renewal date. To update payment details, sign in to the portal and select Edit. The Noom app also points you to subscription management under profile picture → Settings → Manage Subscription. If an app store or PayPal bills you, change payment details with that provider instead.
Cancel a directly billed subscription through the Noom app or Subscription Portal. If Apple or Google bills you, cancel through the relevant store. Uninstalling the Noom app does not cancel your subscription; cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Check your renewal date and allow time to complete cancellation before the next charge.
Refund rules also depend on what you bought. Under Noom’s published policy, an initial Noom Weight subscription or add-on charge may be refundable if support receives the request within 14 days of purchase, but renewal charges are not refundable. Noom Med has different rules, and app-store purchases may be subject to store billing and refund terms. Review the policy for your specific purchase and contact the appropriate billing provider promptly if you need help.
