Baidu Netdisk offers paid storage memberships, but the way you pay depends on the checkout available to your account. This guide explains how to prepare a Coinepay virtual card, choose a membership, check whether your checkout accepts the card, and handle payment problems without assuming that a particular card will work.
What you need before subscribing
- A Baidu account: Register or sign in through Baidu Netdisk using your real account information. Check that the membership and checkout options you want are available to you.
- A verified Coinepay account: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. You can manage your card in the self-service dashboard or mobile app.
- Your virtual card details: Coinepay issues a card number, expiry date and CVV. Have them ready only if your chosen checkout offers a suitable card-entry option.
- Enough funds for the amount shown at checkout: Review the total, currency and any applicable renewal terms before confirming. Check the Coinepay app for information relevant to your card and funds.
- Your real billing details: Use information that accurately belongs to you. Do not change your location or enter an invented address to get around a payment or regional check.
Baidu Netdisk has a free tier and two named paid tiers: 百度网盘会员 (Netdisk Member/VIP) and 百度网盘超级会员 (Netdisk Super Member/SVIP). Prices and offers can vary by region, account, promotion and billing channel. Check Baidu Netdisk’s official membership or pricing page and the final checkout amount rather than assuming an offer shown elsewhere applies to you.
Choose the right payment route
Baidu’s web help describes a direct purchase through its Membership Center: choose a tier, duration and payment option, then pay. The payment methods it names include Baidu Wallet, Alipay, WeChat Pay and online banking. The options you actually see govern what you can use; a virtual card cannot be entered into a checkout that provides no suitable card-payment route.
Baidu says most banks’ credit cards work for online payment and identifies certain banks’ debit cards for Alipay Quick Pay. Those descriptions are restrictions, not confirmation that a Coinepay virtual card qualifies or that a third-party payment option will accept it. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets a checkout’s stated card requirements before you buy. If Baidu or the payment provider does not offer an eligible option for your card, use another payment method that you legitimately hold.
On iOS, a Baidu Netdisk in-app subscription is billed to your Apple account, not entered into Baidu’s direct web checkout. If you choose that route, check the payment methods available to your own Apple account and follow Apple’s payment setup. A card’s eligibility for an Apple account does not establish its eligibility at Baidu’s direct checkout. Keep track of which service bills you, because that also determines where you manage the subscription.
How to subscribe through Baidu Netdisk
- Sign in or register. Open Baidu Netdisk’s official website and access your Baidu account. Complete any account steps Baidu requires using your real information.
- Open the Membership Center. Compare 百度网盘会员 and 百度网盘超级会员. Review the benefits displayed for each tier rather than assuming they include the same features.
- Select a duration. Check whether the offer is a one-time purchase or includes automatic renewal. Note the amount and renewal terms shown for your account.
- Inspect the payment options. Choose a card-capable route only if the checkout offers one and its requirements fit your card. If the route uses a separate payment provider, read that provider’s instructions before proceeding.
- Enter payment details where requested. If an eligible card form appears, enter the Coinepay card number, expiry date and CVV, plus your genuine billing details. Complete any authentication requested by the payment provider.
- Confirm and check the result. Baidu says membership access starts after successful payment. Check both the order or membership status in Baidu Netdisk and the transaction in Coinepay before trying again if the page stalls.
If the available options are limited to a wallet or bank-payment flow that does not accept your card, do not force a card number into an unrelated field. Choose a supported way to pay instead. Card acceptance may differ between Baidu’s checkout, an intermediary payment provider and Apple billing.
If you subscribe in the iOS app
Open Baidu Netdisk on iOS, sign in, and review the membership purchase options offered to your account. Choose a tier and duration, then read the Apple purchase sheet before authorizing it. Apple bills in-app subscriptions through the payment method attached to your Apple account; you do not enter Coinepay card details into Baidu’s web payment form for this purchase.
If you want to try using your Coinepay card for Apple billing, first check whether Apple lets you add it to your own account and whether it meets Apple’s applicable payment requirements. Do not infer eligibility from a Baidu membership listing. The iOS storefront’s price or introductory offer can differ from a web offer, so verify the actual price and renewal terms in the purchase sheet.
Troubleshoot a declined or incomplete payment
Insufficient funds or a payment limit
Compare the amount shown by the checkout with the funds available for your card in Coinepay. Also review any card controls visible in your account. Baidu’s help specifically discusses payments that exceed a bank limit; if the payment route reports a limit, check the applicable limit with the provider handling that payment rather than repeatedly submitting the same order.
Billing details do not match
Recheck the name and billing details you entered against the details associated with your payment method. Correct typing errors, but use only your real information. A mismatch may cause a payment provider to reject the transaction; Baidu does not publish a verified card-decline code list for this situation.
Authentication or 3-D Secure does not complete
If the checkout requests an authentication step, follow the instructions shown by the payment provider. If a 3-D Secure prompt fails to load or expires, check your connection and look for a pending or completed transaction before starting over. Not every payment route uses the same authentication process. For a persistent card-authentication issue, contact Coinepay support with the transaction time and the message you saw.
Card or region eligibility check
A provider may reject a card that does not meet its card-type or regional requirements. Review the requirements displayed by the actual checkout and confirm your card’s eligibility with Coinepay support. Use your true location and billing information; changing them to bypass a restriction is not a fix. If the route does not support your card, choose an available, legitimate alternative.
Blank page, timeout or an order marked unpaid
Baidu’s help covers an error or blank Alipay or bank page, interruptions and expired payment pages. It also discusses an order still marked “unpaid” after a debit. Before retrying, check whether the charge went through. If money was deducted but membership did not activate, keep the order and transaction details and seek help through Baidu’s support channel; contact Coinepay support as well if you need help locating the card transaction.
Manage renewal and payment records
For Baidu-managed automatic renewal, sign in to the website’s personal center and select Cancel auto-renewal; Baidu’s terms also refer to membership-account settings. Baidu says to cancel at least 24 hours before expiry. Cancellation keeps your current paid period active and prevents the next renewal. If Apple billed your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage it instead.
Save your order confirmation and check which provider charged you before raising a billing issue. Baidu’s membership terms generally do not allow a return or refund once service has started, with stated exceptions that include major service defects, legal requirements and cases Baidu agrees to resolve. Its terms also describe appeals for technical double-charging or failure to provide a purchased service. If a payment appears twice or access does not start, report the specific order rather than buying the same membership again immediately.
