You can enter a Coinepay virtual card at Norton’s checkout when subscribing to Norton 360 with LifeLock Select, subject to Norton’s eligibility and payment checks. Before paying, confirm the exact plan and renewal terms: Norton uses both Select and Select Plus in its U.S. listings, and the offers are not necessarily interchangeable.
Before you start: eligibility, plan and card
Norton identifies its Norton 360 with LifeLock plans as U.S.-only. Use your real identity and billing details, and check whether the offer is available to you. A virtual card does not change a product’s regional eligibility rules. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask Norton before purchasing. Norton also says its scam-protection reimbursement benefit excludes New York residents; that is a restriction on the benefit, not a stated ban on buying the plan.
Have these items ready:
- A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Card services require registration and KYC.
- Your virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV, available after the card is issued. Check its available funds and applicable card details in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard.
- An email address you can use for your Norton account, plus your real billing name and address.
- Time to review the plan’s device allowance, billing frequency, first charge and renewal terms before confirming.
Norton’s dedicated product page calls the entry tier Norton 360 with LifeLock Select, while its U.S. comparison lists Norton 360 with LifeLock Select Plus, followed by Advantage and Ultimate Plus. Do not select Select Plus solely because its name looks similar to Select. Compare the device count and listed benefits at checkout: at the time of writing (October 2026), Norton’s dedicated Select page listed ten devices, while LifeLock’s storefront listed five devices for Select.
Offers also differed between those pages. At the time of writing (October 2026), Norton’s dedicated Select page showed $99.99 for the first year and $189.99 for annual renewal; LifeLock’s storefront showed $99.99 for the first year and $159.99 for annual renewal. Those figures are examples, not a quote for your order. Check Norton’s official pricing and checkout pages for the offer, tax, billing frequency and future charges that apply to you.
How to subscribe with a Coinepay virtual card
- Set up your card. If you have not done so, register with Coinepay and complete identity verification. Open the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard to get your issued virtual card’s number, expiry date and CVV. Check that you have enough available funds for the total shown at checkout.
- Choose the Norton offer. On Norton’s official U.S. product pages, find Norton 360 with LifeLock Select and review the displayed plan. If a comparison presents Select Plus instead, read that offer’s features, device count and renewal price rather than assuming it is the same subscription.
- Choose a billing option. Select annual or monthly billing if the option appears for your chosen offer. Product pages may display monthly offers, but available billing options can vary by checkout. Read any introductory-price or trial terms. A trial requires a payment method at sign-up and is charged when it ends unless canceled.
- Continue to secure checkout. Create a Norton account or sign in as prompted. If the selected offer includes family members, follow the prompts to add them where applicable. Enter your real account and billing information.
- Enter the card details. If card payment is offered, enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV. Use billing details that accurately match the details associated with your payment method. Complete any authentication requested during checkout.
- Review and confirm. Check the exact plan name, device allowance, initial total, renewal amount and date, and any trial end date. Submit the order only if those terms are suitable. Follow Norton’s instructions to provide the information needed to activate identity monitoring, then retain the order confirmation for your records.
Coinepay provides the virtual card details; Norton decides whether to approve a particular checkout. If the checkout specifies requirements for a card type or issuing country, do not assume your card qualifies. Contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the stated requirement before you buy, and ask Norton about its checkout policy if needed.
What to check if your card is declined
A decline does not, by itself, identify the cause. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same information. Check the order total and any on-screen instructions, then work through these possibilities:
- Insufficient available funds: Compare the card’s available funds in Coinepay with Norton’s final checkout total, including any displayed tax. If necessary, arrange enough funds through the options available in your Coinepay account before trying again. For a renewal, compare the balance with the renewal charge rather than the original introductory price.
- Billing-address mismatch: Re-enter your real name, street address and postal code carefully. If your billing details have changed, update them through the appropriate account process; do not substitute an invented address or someone else’s details.
- 3-D Secure or another authentication step: If checkout requests an authentication challenge, complete it as instructed and return to the checkout page. If it times out or fails, start a fresh attempt. Contact Coinepay support if you need help understanding a card-side authentication issue; Norton can help with a checkout-side error.
- Merchant region or card checks: Norton 360 with LifeLock plans are U.S.-only, and Norton may check the customer’s location, billing details or payment method. Confirm your eligibility and the requirements displayed at checkout. Do not use a false address or try to bypass a regional restriction. Ask Norton about an eligibility decision and Coinepay support about your card details.
If the payment is for an existing subscription, sign in to Norton and check My Account → Billing information to manage card details. Norton notes that the Billing Information tab requires a product linked to the account. One documented message when changing a card is “We are not able to process changes to your credit card information”; Norton indicates regulations may be involved and directs affected customers to its renewal page. If you see that message, follow Norton’s guidance rather than assuming the card number was mistyped. For a failed monthly charge, watch for Norton’s billing-notification email, which may ask you to renew manually or update payment details.
Manage renewal after purchase
Norton subscriptions generally renew automatically unless you cancel renewal before billing. For an annual subscription, Norton says renewal may be billed up to 35 days before expiration. Keep enough funds available if you intend to renew, and check your Norton account or renewal notice for the charge that applies to your subscription; the price and even the displayed tier can differ from a new-customer offer.
To turn off renewal, sign in to Norton and go to My Account → My Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal → Unsubscribe. Norton says the account change can take up to 24 hours to appear. Turning renewal off normally leaves protection active through the paid term; it does not automatically refund a charge already made.
If you need a refund for a purchase billed directly by Norton, request it separately through Norton support. Norton’s stated policy provides a full refund for an annual purchase or each annual renewal when requested within 60 days of that charge. An initial month-to-month purchase qualifies within 14 days, while later monthly charges ordinarily do not. Third-party purchases and some regions have different rules, so check the terms for your actual order.

FAQ
Are Norton 360 with LifeLock Select and Select Plus the same plan?
Do not assume so. Norton uses Select on a dedicated product page and Select Plus in its U.S. comparison. Check the device allowance, benefits and renewal terms for the offer in your checkout.
Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for a Norton trial?
You can enter the card if Norton's checkout offers card payment, but Norton decides whether to accept it. A trial requires a payment method and is charged when it ends unless canceled.
Why was my virtual card declined at Norton checkout?
Check available funds against the final total, verify your real billing details, complete any authentication request and review Norton's regional and payment requirements. Contact Norton or Coinepay support if the cause remains unclear.
Where do I change my Norton payment card or stop renewal?
Sign in and use My Account → Billing information to manage card details. For renewal, go to My Account → My Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal → Unsubscribe.
