To pay for an Elementor subscription with a Coinepay virtual card, first choose the Elementor product you need, then enter your card details at Elementor’s checkout. This guide covers the account and payment steps, what to check before confirming a purchase, and how to handle a declined card without working around Elementor’s payment rules.
Choose the right Elementor product
Elementor offers several products, so check what is in your cart before entering payment details. Elementor Core / Free costs $0. The paid Elementor Pro plans are Essential, Advanced Solo, Advanced, Expert, and Agency. Elementor One and One Agency are separate plans with credit tiers and annual-billing options. Elementor Hosting is a separate purchase; its plans include Lite, Basic, Business, Grow, and Scale.
Plan features, billing periods, taxes, and the amount due can differ. Review Elementor’s official pricing page and the final checkout total rather than relying on an older advertised price. Elementor says prices are generally in U.S. dollars unless specified, taxes depend on your billing address, and the displayed price may be rounded. The amount shown at checkout is the amount to assess before you pay. If you need hosting as well as Pro, check whether your selected purchase includes everything you expect; do not assume that buying one product automatically buys the other.
What you need before checkout
- An Elementor account: Create one at My Elementor with your email address, or use a Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in option listed there. An Elementor account is required for a hosting purchase.
- A verified Coinepay account: Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS or Android.
- Your card and available funds: Coinepay issues virtual cards with a card number, expiry date, and CVV available after issuance. Check the available balance against Elementor’s final total, including any applicable tax.
- Accurate billing information: Have your real name, billing address, and an invoice email ready. Use details that accurately match your payment account; do not invent an address or select a different region to try to pass checkout.
Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. If you need to check a card setting or a payment requirement before purchasing, use the Coinepay app or contact Coinepay support. Some services are not available in every jurisdiction.
How to subscribe to Elementor with your virtual card
- Select the product and plan. On Elementor’s official site, choose the Pro, One, or Hosting option that fits your needs. Read the included features and billing period before continuing. For a paid Pro plan, select the plan and proceed to Checkout. For Hosting, select Buy Now.
- Sign in or create your Elementor account. Use My Elementor to register with your email or an available social sign-in option. Keep access to that account: it is where you will later manage your subscription and billing information.
- Review the order. Confirm the product, billing period, and final amount. For Hosting, Elementor asks for billing and invoice-email details and offers a place to enter a discount code if you have one. Enter only a code you are entitled to use, then check the updated total.
- Choose card payment. Elementor lists credit card via Stripe and PayPal for Pro. In the Hosting flow, choose Credit Card rather than PayPal if you want to enter your Coinepay virtual card directly. Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV from Coinepay, together with your real billing details. Elementor lists Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, and JCB among its accepted card types, but that list does not establish whether any particular card will be accepted.
- Confirm only after checking the total. Review the billing period, taxes, and payment details. For Hosting, the final button is Pay now; other checkout screens may use different wording. If a verification challenge appears, complete it through the method presented. Do not repeatedly submit payment while a challenge or transaction is still pending.
- Check the result in My Elementor. Look for confirmation of the purchase and check your account’s subscription and billing history. If you do not see a confirmed order, verify its status before trying again so you do not make an unintended second purchase.
Checkout availability depends on Elementor’s rules as well as payment checks. Elementor prohibits use where barred by law, including places subject to applicable U.S. or Israeli sanctions. Use the service only where you and your payment method are eligible; a virtual card does not remove regional restrictions.
What to do if Elementor declines your card
A declined payment does not, by itself, identify the cause. Elementor’s renewal guidance names insufficient funds, an expired card, incorrect billing details, and a bank decline as possible reasons. Start with the check that fits your situation; do not change accurate personal or location details simply to force a payment through.
Insufficient balance or a different final total
Compare your Coinepay available balance with the final amount at Elementor checkout, not just the plan’s advertised price. Applicable tax can depend on your billing address. If there is not enough available to cover the total, add funds using the options shown in Coinepay and try again after the balance updates. For a renewal, also check whether the amount or billing period differs from your initial purchase.
Billing-address mismatch or expired details
Check the card number, expiry date, CVV, name, and billing address for typing errors. Use your actual billing address. In My Elementor, Billing details contains your address, payment methods, and billing history. For an existing subscription, go to Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing Information to update its payment method. If the stored card has expired or its details have changed, update it before retrying a renewal.
3-D Secure or another verification step
If checkout presents a cardholder-verification challenge, follow the instructions displayed and allow it to finish. Closing the page, missing a prompt, or letting a challenge expire can interrupt payment. If verification repeatedly fails or you cannot access the requested step, note what happened and ask Coinepay support to help check the card-side issue. Elementor support can help investigate the status of its checkout or subscription.
Merchant region, currency, or card checks
Elementor’s renewal advice includes checking online or international-payment settings and billing-currency compatibility. Check the relevant controls in Coinepay if they are available to you, and ask support when you are unsure. Elementor also documents a specific limitation: cartes bancaires cards cannot be used through Stripe for U.S.-dollar purchases in its renewal flow. If that restriction may apply, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets Elementor’s payment requirements before you buy or retry. Do not assume a card will pass because Elementor lists its card type.
If Elementor applies a regional restriction, use your real location and billing details and ask Elementor about eligibility. For any unresolved decline, record the time, product, amount, and any message shown, but do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.
Manage renewals or cancel later
To change a subscription’s payment method, open My Elementor → Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing Information. You can review billing history under Billing details. Before replacing a card, check which subscription you are editing, particularly if you hold separate Pro, One, or Hosting purchases.
To cancel, Elementor’s documented path is My Elementor → Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing information → Edit → Cancel subscription. Check the terms for the product you purchased rather than assuming all subscriptions have the same refund rule. Elementor says eligible initial Pro or Hosting purchases canceled within 30 days receive an automatic refund; later cancellations take effect at the end of the term without a refund. Upgrades and Elementor AI add-ons are non-refundable under its help-center policy, and a free domain supplied with hosting has a non-refundable monetary value. For Elementor One, monthly payments are non-refundable, while an initial annual purchase is refundable if requested within 30 days. Review the applicable terms in My Elementor before making a change.
