You can use a Coinepay virtual card to attempt payment for an Elementor Pro subscription through Elementor’s card checkout. Before you start, compare the Editor Pro plans, check the annual amount due, and make sure your real billing details are ready. Whether a particular card is accepted is determined at checkout; a successful payment cannot be assumed.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account and virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification (KYC) before using card services. Coinepay provides your virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Check the Coinepay app or dashboard for your card details and available funds.
  • An Elementor account: Elementor offers sign-up with Google, Facebook, Apple, or email. If you use email, complete the code-verification step.
  • Your real billing information: Have the name, address, and other details requested at checkout ready. Use information that accurately describes you or your business; do not change your address to try to pass a regional or payment check.
  • Enough available funds: Check the full amount at checkout, including any applicable tax, rather than relying on a monthly figure displayed alongside an annual plan. Leave room for any difference between the displayed amount and the amount your card must cover, and check the app or contact Coinepay support if you need card-specific guidance.

Elementor lists card payment through Stripe and PayPal for Pro. Its listed card brands are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, and JCB. That list does not establish that any particular Coinepay virtual card will be accepted. If you need to know whether your card meets Elementor’s payment requirements, contact Coinepay support before buying.

Choose the right Elementor subscription

On Elementor’s official pricing page, the Editor Pro options are Essential for one site, Advanced Solo for one site, Advanced for three sites, and Expert for 25 sites. Choose based on the number of sites you intend to use and the features shown for each tier. One and One Agency are separate, broader subscriptions that include Editor Pro; they are not alternative names for these four Editor Pro tiers.

Editor Pro plans are presented as annually billed. A displayed per-month figure does not, by itself, mean you can pay monthly. Prices vary by region, so review the current amount on Elementor’s official pricing page and the final total at checkout. Check both the initial charge and renewal terms: subscriptions renew automatically at list price rather than an introductory discount. Applicable tax depends on your billing address, and checkout shows the tax before payment. Elementor says displayed Israeli prices include VAT.

If you are purchasing for an organization with more than 50 employees, including affiliates, review Elementor’s business or enterprise licence requirement before choosing a standard plan.

How to pay for Elementor Pro step by step

  1. Prepare your card. Sign in to the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app and locate the virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Confirm that sufficient funds are available for the checkout total.
  2. Select an Editor Pro tier. Go to Elementor’s official pricing page, compare Essential, Advanced Solo, Advanced, and Expert, and select Buy now for the plan you want. Verify that you selected Editor Pro rather than the separate One subscription if Editor Pro is your intended purchase.
  3. Sign in or create an Elementor account. Follow Elementor’s account prompt. You can use Google, Facebook, Apple, or email; if you choose email, enter the verification code Elementor sends to complete sign-up.
  4. Enter your billing details. Supply your real billing name and address, then continue. Review the plan, billing period, tax, and final amount shown for your location. Elementor’s applicable contracting entity should be identified before payment.
  5. Choose card payment. Select the available card option and enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Check every digit and ensure your billing details match the details you legitimately use for the card.
  6. Confirm the charge. Select Pay Now and complete any authentication request presented during payment. Do not repeatedly submit the payment while an authentication prompt or checkout result is still pending.
  7. Check the result. After a successful purchase, Elementor displays a receipt and a Pro download link and sends a purchase email. Save the receipt and check your Elementor account for the subscription. If you see no confirmation, check your account and card activity before attempting another payment.

You can manage Coinepay from its iOS app, Android app, or dashboard. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions. Service availability varies by jurisdiction.

If Elementor declines your virtual card

A declined payment does not necessarily identify the cause. Start with the information visible in Elementor’s checkout and your Coinepay account; avoid guessing from an unfamiliar error screen. These checks address common causes Elementor identifies for failed payments and the additional verification a card checkout may require:

  • Insufficient funds: Compare the available card funds with the final annual total, including tax. If there is a shortfall, resolve it using the options available in your Coinepay account before trying again. For a renewal, remember that the renewal amount may differ from an introductory purchase amount.
  • Incorrect card or billing details: Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV carefully. Check that the billing name and address are accurate and match your legitimate billing information. Elementor cites incorrect billing details and expired cards among renewal-failure reasons.
  • 3-D Secure or another authentication step: If checkout asks you to authenticate, follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the result. If the prompt never appears, expires, or fails, contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted charge. Do not assume that a failed challenge means Elementor has received payment.
  • Merchant, currency, or region checks: Elementor advises checking whether a card permits online and international transactions. Its guidance also says Cartes Bancaires cards cannot be used through its Stripe setup for a USD purchase. If a card or currency restriction may apply, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets the requirement before trying again. Use your actual location and billing details; a virtual card does not override Elementor’s eligibility rules.
  • A decline that remains unexplained: Check whether Coinepay shows an attempted transaction. Share the displayed failure information, amount, and time with Coinepay support, without sending your full card number or CVV in a message. Elementor can help with an account, checkout, or subscription issue on its side.

Elementor’s terms exclude users in U.S.-embargoed countries or entities and people on U.S. prohibited-party lists. Do not try to work around a restriction by using someone else’s identity or billing address. If you are uncertain whether you are eligible to purchase, ask Elementor before paying.

Manage renewals, payment details, and cancellation

To change the payment method for an existing subscription, go to My Elementor → Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing Information. Elementor’s profile menu also has Billing details for your billing address. Keep these details current before an automatic renewal. Elementor says a failed charge may be retried; if payment attempts continue to fail, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled. A recurring payment set up through PayPal Legacy requires a payment-method update.

To cancel, follow My Elementor → Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing information → Edit → Cancel subscription. Elementor’s 30-day refund policy applies to an eligible initial Pro purchase, not upgrades or renewals. An eligible cancellation within that period takes effect immediately with a refund to the original payment method; a later cancellation takes effect at the end of the term without a refund. Review Elementor’s current terms if you used a free trial or have questions about eligibility. Elementor says card refunds generally take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

FAQ

Can I pay monthly for Elementor Pro?

Editor Pro plans are presented as billed annually. A displayed per-month figure does not, by itself, offer monthly billing. Check the terms and final total at Elementor checkout.

Which Elementor Pro plan covers three sites?

The Advanced Editor Pro tier covers three sites. Essential and Advanced Solo cover one site each; Expert covers 25.

Why was my Coinepay virtual card declined at Elementor checkout?

Check available funds against the full total, card expiry and details, your real billing address, and any authentication prompt. If the cause is unclear, contact Coinepay support with the attempted charge’s time and amount.

Where can I update the card used for an Elementor Pro renewal?

In My Elementor, go to Subscriptions → Manage this subscription → Billing Information to update the subscription’s payment method.
