To get Adobe Podcast Premium as a new subscriber, start with Adobe Podcast’s plans page and choose Firefly Pro. This guide explains what to prepare, how to enter your Coinepay virtual card at Adobe checkout, and what to check if the payment fails.
Know which Adobe Podcast plan to choose
Adobe Podcast currently shows a Free plan and a Firefly Pro plan. Firefly Pro provides Adobe Podcast Premium features, including higher Enhance Speech and Studio limits than the Free plan. Premium features also include advanced source separation, such as separate music control and downloadable audio stems.
Adobe stopped selling the standalone Adobe Podcast Premium subscription to new members on August 30, 2026. If you are subscribing for the first time, follow the Firefly Pro offer rather than looking for a standalone Premium checkout. Existing standalone subscribers can keep their current plan, but Adobe says they cannot repurchase it after canceling. Firefly Standard, which Adobe provides to those existing subscribers, is not listed as the new-customer Podcast Premium tier.
At the time of writing (October 2026), Adobe displayed Firefly Pro at US$19.99/month in the United States, CAD $25.99/month in Canada, £19.99/month including VAT in the United Kingdom, €21.99/month including VAT in Germany, and €22.18/month including tax in France. These were displayed individual-plan prices, not verified checkout totals. Check Adobe Podcast’s official plans page and the terms shown at your checkout for your location, taxes, billing schedule, and final amount. Do not assume a trial is included: Adobe advertises a seven-day Firefly Pro trial on its US Express page, but its availability through your Podcast checkout may differ.
What you need before checkout
- An Adobe account: Sign up or sign in on Adobe Podcast using your real account information.
- An active Coinepay virtual card: Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are available once the virtual card is issued.
- Enough available funds: Check your card’s available balance in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard against the total Adobe shows at checkout, including applicable taxes. Keep future renewals in mind.
- Accurate billing information: Use your real name and billing details. Check the card and billing information you plan to enter rather than substituting an address from another country.
- An eligible location: Adobe lists geographic restrictions for Podcast and Firefly. In particular, Adobe says Firefly is unavailable in Russia and Belarus, in addition to other restricted territories. Follow Adobe’s availability rules for your actual location; a payment card does not override them.
Coinepay card services may not be available in every jurisdiction. If you need to confirm a card setting or service availability before purchasing, check the app or contact Coinepay support.
How to subscribe and pay
- Open Adobe Podcast and sign in. Go to Adobe Podcast’s official site and sign in with your Adobe account, or create one if needed. You can review the Free plan first if you want to compare its Enhance Speech and Studio limits with Premium.
- Open the plans page. Find Firefly Pro plan and select Buy now. Adobe says new buyers seeking Podcast Premium are directed to Firefly Pro checkout.
- Review the offer Adobe presents. Confirm that it grants the Podcast Premium features you want. Read the displayed price, whether a trial applies, when billing starts, renewal terms, and any cancellation conditions. A trial, if offered, can turn into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
- Choose the card option if Adobe offers it. Payment options vary by location, so use the choices actually shown in your checkout. Retrieve your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV from your account and enter them carefully.
- Enter your real billing details. Check the name, address, and country for accuracy. Review Adobe’s final order summary before submitting payment; the displayed plan price may not be the final amount in every location.
- Complete any requested verification. If the payment flow asks you to authenticate the card transaction, follow the instructions shown. Do not repeatedly resubmit the order while a verification step is pending.
- Check the result. Look for Adobe’s order confirmation and verify your plan in your Adobe account. If the checkout fails or the result is unclear, check your Adobe account and Coinepay transaction activity before trying again to avoid placing a duplicate order.
Card issuance and fund services are provided by Coinepay’s licensed partner financial institutions. Entering a Coinepay card does not ensure that Adobe will approve a particular transaction; Adobe and payment providers apply their own checks.
What to do if Adobe declines the card
A Podcast user has reported the message: “We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.” The message alone does not identify the cause. Work through these checks instead of guessing or changing your account’s country to force a purchase.
Insufficient balance or a different checkout total
Compare the available card balance with Adobe’s final checkout amount, not only the advertised monthly price. Local taxes may change the total. If the balance is insufficient, add funds using the options available in your Coinepay account, then retry once the available balance reflects the change. Check the app for any applicable card or funding details rather than assuming a particular limit.
Card details or billing address mismatch
Recheck every digit of the card number, the expiry date, CVV, and the real billing information entered at Adobe. Adobe identifies invalid or expired payment information and payment methods registered in a different country as possible failure factors. If your Adobe account country and your genuine payment details do not align, ask Adobe which options are available for your actual country. Do not use a borrowed or invented address to get past a region check.
3-D Secure or another authentication step
If checkout presents a 3-D Secure or similar verification prompt, complete the step it requests and wait for the result. An interrupted or unsuccessful authentication can leave a payment unfinished. If no prompt arrives, or the step repeatedly fails, check your Coinepay app for transaction information and contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted payment. Adobe may also be able to explain what its checkout requires. Authentication prompts vary; do not assume every Adobe purchase uses the same flow.
Merchant region checks or other restrictions
Adobe’s payment options vary by location, and it identifies country mismatches and bank restrictions as possible reasons for failure. Confirm that Firefly Pro is offered in your actual location and that the card option appears in your checkout. For an eligible purchase in India, Adobe notes that recurring charges on Indian-issued cards can fail when required RBI e-mandate authentication has not been completed; Adobe also identifies restrictions affecting certain international card transactions in Egypt. These are location-specific possibilities, not a diagnosis of your transaction.
If the payment still fails, save the exact error message and contact Adobe about the order. You can also ask Coinepay support to review the card-side attempt. Avoid sharing your full card number or CVV in a support message.
Manage payments or cancel later
For a subscription purchased directly from Adobe, open your Adobe account and go to Plans and payment → Change payment to add or edit a card. To cancel, use Plans and payment → Manage plan → Cancel your plan → Confirm cancellation. Adobe says paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a payment is processing or has a problem, Adobe says cancellation may be temporarily unavailable and advises waiting 24 hours before trying again.
Adobe says most plans qualify for a full refund if canceled within 14 days of initial purchase, but eligibility depends on the plan and timing. Read the terms shown for your specific checkout before buying or canceling. In particular, do not infer cancellation terms solely from a monthly price: Adobe’s subscription terms distinguish month-to-month plans from annual commitments billed monthly.
