A Zoho WorkDrive Team Admin can choose a paid storage plan and enter card details during Zoho’s checkout. This guide explains what to prepare, how to pay with a Coinepay virtual card, and what to check if the payment does not go through.

What you need before checkout

  • A Zoho WorkDrive team and Team Admin access. A new team can start a 15-day trial without entering a card. The Team Admin can choose a paid plan during or after the trial.
  • A plan and user count. The self-service paid tiers are Starter, Team, and Business, with a minimum of three users. For one or two paid users, contact WorkDrive; for more than 200 users, request an Enterprise quote. Free Individual is a separate 5 GB option, while Free Essentials is not one of the three self-service paid tiers.
  • A Coinepay account ready for card use. Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. You can manage your card in the Coinepay app or 24/7 self-service dashboard; Coinepay provides its virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV.
  • Your real billing information and sufficient available funds. Check the total in Zoho’s order review, including applicable taxes, and leave enough available for that amount. Use your genuine billing details rather than an address chosen to pass a payment check.

Zoho WorkDrive lists Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal, among its payment options. That list does not establish whether a particular Coinepay card qualifies or will be accepted. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets Zoho’s stated card requirements before you buy. For a yearly subscription, Zoho also describes bank or check transfer through its sales team, rather than as a standard card-checkout option.

Choose a WorkDrive plan and billing cycle

Compare Starter, Team, and Business on Zoho WorkDrive’s official pricing page before upgrading. At the time of writing (October 2026), published US prices were $2.50, $4.50, and $9 per user per month, respectively, when billed annually; monthly billing was $3, $6, and $11 per user per month. Applicable local taxes are extra. These are US-listed figures, not prices for every region: check the official pricing page and the amount shown in your Zoho checkout before paying.

Choose the billing cycle and number of users based on your team’s actual needs. Because paid self-service plans start at three users, the per-user figure alone is not the full team total. Zoho’s order review is the place to verify the user quantity, any add-ons, tax, and the amount due. If you need an Enterprise arrangement, follow Zoho’s quote process rather than assuming the self-service checkout applies.

How to subscribe and pay with your virtual card

  1. Set up your accounts. Sign up for Zoho WorkDrive through Zoho’s official site and create your team, or sign in to an existing team as its Team Admin. Separately, register for Coinepay and finish identity verification before attempting to use its card services.
  2. Open WorkDrive’s upgrade flow. Select Upgrade in WorkDrive. The Team Admin can also go to Admin Console → Dashboard → Upgrade.
  3. Configure the subscription in Zoho Store. Select Starter, Team, or Business, then choose monthly or yearly billing and set the user and add-on quantities offered in checkout.
  4. Review the order. Confirm that the team size, billing cycle, taxes, and amount due are correct. If the displayed price or currency is unexpected, resolve that with Zoho before submitting payment; do not rely on a converted US list price.
  5. Enter your billing and card information. Supply your real billing address. In the card-payment fields, enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV shown for your Coinepay virtual card. Check every digit before proceeding.
  6. Complete any required payment verification. Follow the prompts presented during checkout, if any, and wait for Zoho to show the outcome. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same order while its status is unclear; check the subscription page first.

Card issuance and fund services are provided by Coinepay’s licensed partner financial institutions. Card availability and payment acceptance can depend on the transaction and jurisdiction, so verify the result in Zoho rather than treating card entry as proof that the subscription is active.

Check your subscription and manage future payments

After checkout, open Admin Console → Dashboard → Manage Subscriptions. Zoho places subscription details, the next payment, and the payment method there. The same area provides Payment History, Change Payment Method, and Change Address. Review these if you need to confirm a payment, update an expiring card, or correct your billing address.

WorkDrive subscriptions renew automatically. Check the upcoming payment and keep your payment method current before renewal; Zoho documents expired cards as a possible renewal problem. Zoho says it sends a receipt and does not store card details in WorkDrive. For questions about your Coinepay card or available funds, use the Coinepay dashboard or app or contact Coinepay support.

Troubleshoot a declined WorkDrive card payment

A declined payment does not, by itself, identify which check failed. First review the order in Zoho, then check the card information and available funds in Coinepay. If you contact support, share the time, amount, and any message you actually see, but do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.

  • Insufficient available funds: Compare the available amount with Zoho’s final checkout total, including taxes and any selected add-ons. If it is too low, add funds through the options available to you in Coinepay and try again once the balance is sufficient. Check current funding details in the app rather than assuming a particular funding method or timeframe.
  • Billing-address mismatch: Recheck the name and address entered at Zoho checkout against your real billing details. If the subscription already exists, Zoho provides Change Address under Manage Subscriptions. Correct mistakes; do not substitute a different country or invented address to make the transaction pass.
  • Payment authentication or 3-D Secure: If checkout asks you to authenticate, complete the prompt through the route provided. If the prompt does not appear, expires, or fails, restart the checkout once and ask Coinepay support whether your card can complete the verification required for that transaction. Do not assume every payment uses the same authentication flow.
  • Merchant or regional checks: Zoho may apply eligibility and payment checks based on the account or transaction. Confirm that your actual location, account information, billing details, and selected payment method comply with Zoho’s requirements. Zoho blocks new account sign-up from Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria and says restrictions may change. Do not try to work around a sign-up or payment restriction; ask Zoho about account eligibility and Coinepay about your card.
  • Expired or incorrectly entered card: Check the expiry date and re-enter the number and CVV carefully. If this is a renewal, a Team Admin can review the saved payment method under Manage Subscriptions → Change Payment Method.

If a renewal fails, address it promptly. Zoho’s WorkDrive guidance says a failed payment can suspend a team and move it to Free Essentials without deleting its files. Check Manage Subscriptions for the account’s current state, and contact Zoho for help restoring the intended plan.

Cancel or change course

If you no longer need the paid plan, the Team Admin can go to Admin Console → Dashboard → Manage Subscriptions → Change Plan → Cancel Subscription. Leaving the downgrade checkbox selected schedules the downgrade for the end of the current billing cycle; clearing it makes the downgrade immediate. Read the choice carefully before confirming.

Zoho’s general refund policy includes conditions and request windows rather than an automatic refund for every cancellation. If a charge or renewal was unintended, review Zoho’s current refund policy and contact Zoho promptly. For a card-side payment question, Coinepay support can help you investigate the card transaction; Zoho handles the WorkDrive subscription and refund decision.
