Web.com sells website builders, domains and hosting, and in 2026 the company says it is becoming Network Solutions. If you open the Web.com pricing or help pages today they redirect to Network Solutions, so a new purchase goes through that storefront. This guide shows how to pay for a Web.com / Network Solutions plan with a Coinepay virtual card, and how to clear the most common reasons a card is declined at checkout.
Before you start
A Coinepay virtual card comes with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online subscriptions like software and hosting. To get one ready:
- Register and finish identity verification (KYC). Card services are only available after KYC. Create your Coinepay account, or manage everything from the iOS app or Android app.
- Create a virtual card and add funds. Keep enough balance to cover the full first term, which Web.com bills upfront, plus any possible currency conversion.
- Know your real billing details. Use the name, address and postal/ZIP code registered to your card. Web.com checks these.
Services related to virtual assets are not available to residents of mainland China, and some services are not available in every jurisdiction. Card issuance and fund services are provided by licensed partner financial institutions.
Know what you are buying and what it costs
Through the redirected storefront, the three website-builder tiers are officially named Website, Website + Marketing and E-commerce (the product page styles the last one eCommerce).
At the time of writing (October 2026), the company's published 2026 pricing table showed these US-dollar figures for a one-year term, billed upfront and renewing automatically:
| Plan | First-term (one-year) | Renews at |
|---|---|---|
| Website | $4.99/month equivalent | $15.99/month |
| Website + Marketing | $7.99/month equivalent | $20.99/month |
| E-commerce | $13.99/month equivalent | $28.99/month |
These come from the published table, not a completed checkout, and prices vary by region and term. Always confirm the exact amount on the Network Solutions product page before you submit your order. Web.com's agreement says transactions are processed in US dollars even when a price is displayed in another currency, so a non-USD card issuer may add conversion fees.
If you are an existing Web.com customer, the company says accounts and services transfer without a pricing or billing change caused by the consolidation. Do not assume the new-customer prices above are your renewal prices.
Step-by-step: sign up and pay
- Open the Network Solutions website-builder page and compare the Website, Website + Marketing and E-commerce tiers. Existing Web.com customers usually sign in with their existing credentials at the Network Solutions Account Manager instead of creating another account.
- Select your tier and choose a term, then Add to cart. The storefront states that the selected first term is charged upfront and renews automatically unless you cancel.
- Review the Cart and Order Summary. Check the plan, term, any domain add-on and the total before continuing.
- Continue to checkout and add your payment method. The account guide describes adding a credit or debit card. When prompted, enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry and CVV, and enter the billing address and postal/ZIP code that match your card record exactly.
- Review the payment and terms, then submit payment. Web.com's terms say submitting the order authorizes the charge. A documented renewal flow runs Renew Now → choose term → Continue to Checkout → review payment and terms → Submit payment; a new sign-up follows similar screens.
- Save your confirmation. After payment, the order confirmation and renewal date appear in your account.
Where to manage your card and renewals later
In the Account Manager, open the profile icon → My Payment Methods to add, update or remove the card on file. The Renewal Center shows each product's renewal date and which payment method is assigned to it. If you want to change which Coinepay card pays for a service, update it there before the renewal date.
Accepted cards per the renewal guide are American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The account guide also describes Apple Pay and Google Pay, but notes that Google Pay virtual cards are unsupported and that ACH cannot be added. Postal checks are for renewals only, not new purchases. PayPal availability is inconsistent across the official guides, so plan to pay with your card.
Troubleshooting a declined card
"Zip Code Mismatch"
This documented error means the billing address you submitted does not match the card issuer's record, and the transaction is not processed. Open your Coinepay app, confirm the exact billing address and postal/ZIP code on your card, and re-enter them at checkout character for character.
Insufficient balance
Web.com's terms list insufficient funds as a payment problem. Because the first term is billed upfront in US dollars, make sure your Coinepay card holds enough to cover the full amount plus any possible conversion cost, then add funds in the app and retry.
Denied or invalid card number / verification number
Web.com also identifies denied or invalid card numbers as a cause. Re-check the card number and CVV, confirm the card is active in Coinepay, and make sure any per-card spending limit is high enough for the charge.
3-D Secure or extra verification
Some online payments trigger an additional verification step. Keep your Coinepay app open so you can approve a prompt or view a one-time code, then confirm the payment.
Merchant region or card-type checks
A complete country-by-country list of where these website tiers can be purchased is not published, and Web.com processes charges in US dollars. If a payment is blocked for a region or card-type reason, the issue may be on the merchant's side rather than your balance. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card is set up for this purchase before you try again: reach Coinepay support or message us on Telegram.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel a migrated service, contact support before your next billing cycle. Customers in the US or Canada can call 800-362-0553 or use chat; customers elsewhere are directed to chat. The current cancellation guide states there is no refund after three calendar days for a new purchase, no refund after 30 calendar days for an annual auto-renewal, and no auto-renewal refund for four-week/monthly products, with additional deletion conditions. Web.com's master agreement says fees are generally nonrefundable except where its terms, the order or law provide otherwise. Review the official terms on Network Solutions before you buy.
A note for the right readers
Use your real identity and real billing details throughout. Coinepay cannot bypass a merchant's regional restrictions or payment checks, and this guide does not claim that any particular plan will accept a given card. When in doubt about your balance, limits or card setup, the Coinepay app and support team are available 24/7.

FAQ
Is Web.com the same as Network Solutions now?
Web.com says it is becoming Network Solutions. The Web.com pricing and help pages currently redirect to Network Solutions, so new purchases go through that storefront. Existing accounts and services transfer without a pricing change caused by the consolidation.
Which cards does Web.com accept?
The renewal guide lists American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. The account guide also describes Apple Pay and Google Pay, but notes Google Pay virtual cards are unsupported and ACH cannot be added. Postal checks are for renewals only.
Why did my card get a "Zip Code Mismatch" error?
That documented error means the billing address you entered does not match your card issuer's record, so the transaction is not processed. Check the exact billing address and postal/ZIP code on your Coinepay card and re-enter them precisely.
What currency will I be charged in?
Web.com's agreement says transactions are processed in US dollars even if a price is shown in another currency. A non-USD card issuer may add conversion fees, so keep enough balance on your Coinepay card to cover the full first term plus any conversion cost.
What should I do if my Coinepay card is declined at checkout?
First confirm your balance, card status and billing address in the Coinepay app, and complete any 3-D Secure prompt. If the payment is still blocked for a region or card-type reason, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card is set up for this purchase before retrying.
