You can use a Coinepay virtual card to enter card details at Network Solutions checkout for a domain, website builder plan, hosting, or another eligible purchase. Before you pay, check the full order total and renewal terms: an introductory rate may require an upfront payment for a year or longer. Card payments remain subject to Network Solutions’ checkout checks and acceptance.

What you need before checkout

  • A Coinepay account and virtual card. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Your virtual card provides a card number, expiry date, and CVV, available through Coinepay’s self-service dashboard or mobile app.
  • Enough available funds for the checkout total. Budget for the selected term, any domain or product add-ons, and the amount shown at the final payment step—not just an advertised monthly rate. Check your available funds in Coinepay before submitting the order.
  • Your real account and billing details. Use your own identity and an accurate billing address. Have access to your email so you can respond to account, order, or payment notices.
  • An eligible product and location. Check the terms that apply to your purchase. For example, a .us domain requires a qualifying US connection; changing an address to appear eligible is not an option.

Coinepay’s app is available for iOS and Android. If you need to confirm a card detail or available balance before buying, use the app or contact Coinepay support.

Choose a Network Solutions product and review its term

Go to the official Network Solutions site and select the product you want. A domain search can add the searched domain to the cart automatically, so review the cart even if you did not separately click an add button. Check the domain name, extension, registration term, and any optional add-ons before continuing.

For a website, Network Solutions lists AI Website Builder tiers named Website, Website + Marketing, and E-commerce. Its shared-hosting tiers include Starter, Essential, and Premium. Choose based on the features you need, then inspect the billing term and renewal amount in the order summary.

Displayed monthly rates do not necessarily mean monthly payments. For example, the AI Website Builder’s advertised monthly rates at the time of writing (October 2026) were for a one-year first term paid upfront. The standard .com listing was $11.99 for the first year and $22.99 per renewal year at the time of writing (October 2026); the price of a particular name, especially a premium domain, can differ. Check Network Solutions’ official product or domain-pricing page and your final cart for current prices. Its agreement says transactions are processed in USD; a different currency displayed at checkout is an estimate, and your card issuer may apply conversion charges. Check the amount you will pay before confirming.

How to pay with your Coinepay virtual card

  1. Open Network Solutions and select your purchase. Search for a domain or choose a product and add it to the cart. If you are buying both a domain and a plan, verify that each intended item appears.
  2. Review the cart. Check the registration or subscription term, add-ons, first-term total, and renewal information. Remove anything you do not intend to purchase before continuing to checkout.
  3. Sign in or register if prompted. Create or access your Network Solutions account using your real details and an email address you can use for receipts and renewal notices.
  4. Enter your billing information. Supply your accurate billing name and address. A mismatch can prevent payment; Network Solutions documents a specific “Zip Code Mismatch” error when the supplied billing address does not match the address held by the card issuer.
  5. Enter the virtual card details. In the card-payment fields, use the number, expiry date, and CVV shown in Coinepay. Enter the details directly rather than assuming a digital wallet will work: Network Solutions says Google Pay virtual cards are not supported.
  6. Check the final order, then submit. Confirm the selected term and payable amount before placing the order. If checkout presents a card-authentication step, follow its on-screen instructions. Do not repeatedly resubmit an uncertain payment; first check whether an order or card transaction was created.

Keep the Network Solutions order confirmation and check your Coinepay transaction activity. If you see a card transaction but cannot find a confirmed order, contact Network Solutions about the order and Coinepay support about the card transaction.

Troubleshoot a declined card payment

Insufficient available funds

Compare the available funds shown in Coinepay with the entire checkout amount. An annual or two-year term can require much more upfront than its advertised monthly equivalent. Recheck any add-ons and the final total; if funds are insufficient, add funds through the options available to you in Coinepay before trying again. Do not assume a smaller introductory figure is the amount being charged.

Billing address or ZIP code mismatch

If Network Solutions displays “Zip Code Mismatch,” review the billing address and postal code you entered against the genuine details associated with your card. Correct typing errors, then retry only after you have checked the information. Network Solutions says a transaction with this mismatch will not process. If your correct details still fail, ask Coinepay support to help you verify the card’s billing details, and contact Network Solutions if you need help with its checkout form.

Card authentication or 3-D Secure

If checkout asks you to complete an authentication step, follow the instructions presented for that transaction. If a challenge fails, times out, or never appears, check for a pending transaction before starting over. Contact Coinepay support with the attempted time, amount, and any error text; Network Solutions support can help if its checkout is not completing. Whether a particular authentication flow is offered depends on the transaction, so do not assume that every purchase will show the same prompt.

Merchant region or eligibility checks

Network Solutions may reject an order that does not meet its applicable eligibility or compliance requirements. Its agreement restricts transactions involving people or entities barred under applicable US law, including OFAC restrictions. A .us domain also has its own US-connection requirement. Use accurate residency, contact, and billing information; do not try to bypass a regional or payment check. If checkout indicates a card-type or issuing-region requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy. Ask Network Solutions which requirement affected the order if its error is unclear.

A generic decline does not identify its cause. Save the exact error text, time, amount, and product, but never send your full card number or CVV in an ordinary support message. If you are unsure whether payment went through, check both the Network Solutions account and Coinepay activity before trying again.

Manage your saved card and renewals

After signing in to Network Solutions, open the profile icon → My Payment Methods to add or edit a payment method and billing address or choose a primary method. Only the account holder, a primary user, or a user with administrative access can manage payment information. Updating a saved method is not the same as checking which method a particular product will use.

Use Renewal Center to review a product’s renewal or expiry date, change its assigned payment method, or turn auto-renew on or off. Network Solutions says that if a primary method fails during auto-renewal, it may try another saved method if one exists and sends a payment-failure email if renewal fails. Watch for those notices so a domain or service does not expire unexpectedly. Turning off auto-renew is not the same as cancelling the service; Network Solutions directs cancellation requests to its phone or chat support.

Review the refund policy before committing to a term. Network Solutions’ stated default is no refund, although support may consider a new-purchase request within three calendar days or an annual auto-renewal request within 30 calendar days. Monthly or four-week auto-renewals, issued SSL certificates, and premium-domain purchases have additional non-refundability rules. An approved refund goes to the original card or PayPal account, not a payment method you add later.

FAQ

Can I pay a Network Solutions annual plan month by month?

Do not infer that from an advertised monthly rate. Some displayed rates require a one-year term paid upfront. Check the billing term and full amount in your cart.

What does “Zip Code Mismatch” mean?

Network Solutions says the billing address entered does not match the address held by the card issuer, and the transaction will not process. Check your real billing details and contact support if they are correct.

Can I put my Coinepay virtual card in Google Pay for this purchase?

Network Solutions says Google Pay virtual cards are not supported. If card entry is offered at checkout, enter your virtual card details directly.

Where do I change the card used for a Network Solutions renewal?

Sign in and open Renewal Center to change the payment method assigned to the product. The profile icon → My Payment Methods is where authorized users manage saved methods.

Does turning off auto-renew cancel my Network Solutions service?

No. Auto-renew can be turned off in Renewal Center, but cancellation is a separate request made through Network Solutions support.
