You can start using Jenni AI on its Free plan without a card. If you want to subscribe to Plus or Pro, you can enter a Coinepay virtual card at Jenni’s checkout. Approval depends on the checkout requirements and payment checks, so confirm the amount and your card details before submitting payment. This guide covers sign-up, checkout, common payment problems, and how to manage a subscription afterward.

What you need before subscribing

  • A Jenni account. You can register with your name, email, and password, or choose Continue with Google. If you use email and password, verify your email before accessing the account.
  • A Coinepay account with identity verification completed. Registration and KYC are required before using Coinepay card services. You can register with Coinepay and manage your card in its dashboard or mobile app.
  • Your virtual card details and enough available funds. Coinepay provides a card number, expiry date, and CVV. Check the amount displayed in Jenni’s checkout, including the billing period and currency, against the funds available to spend.
  • Your real billing information. Enter your actual name and billing details wherever checkout requests them. Do not substitute an address from another region to try to pass a payment check.

Jenni says its current card checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards through Stripe. That list does not establish whether a particular Coinepay card will be accepted. If checkout specifies a card-type or issuance-country requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets it before you buy.

Choose a Jenni AI plan and billing period

Jenni’s individual plans are Free, Plus, and Pro. Free requires no card to start. New users also receive a trial of premium features; Jenni does not specify a fixed trial length in its billing guide, and an account returns to Free if its user does not subscribe.

At the time of writing (October 2026), Jenni advertised Plus at US$30 on monthly billing or US$12 per month when billed annually, with US$144 paid for the year. Pro was listed at US$73 on monthly billing or US$29 per month when billed annually, with US$348 paid for the year. These public USD figures are not a quote for your location. Check Jenni’s official pricing page and, most importantly, the amount, currency, and billing period shown in your own checkout before paying. Annual billing means paying for the year, not paying the advertised per-month equivalent each month.

Jenni may show location-based pricing or eligible discounts in the app. It also describes six- and twelve-month fixed-term payments in select regions. Choose only an option actually offered to your account, and review whether it is a recurring subscription or a fixed-term purchase before confirming.

How to pay for Jenni AI with your Coinepay card

  1. Prepare your card. After completing Coinepay registration and identity verification, open the Coinepay dashboard or app to view your virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV. Check that you have sufficient available funds for the amount Jenni displays at checkout. If you need help with card funding or an applicable limit, check the app or ask Coinepay support.
  2. Create or open your Jenni account. On Jenni AI’s official site, sign up with your name, email, and password, or select Continue with Google. Follow any email-verification instructions if you signed up with a password.
  3. Find the upgrade screen. In the Jenni editor, you may see a prompt to upgrade. Alternatively, open profile menu → Settings → Billing → Available Plans. The Usage tab is separate from Billing.
  4. Select a plan. Compare Plus and Pro, then select the billing option you want. Read the displayed total and renewal terms. A first subscription opens Stripe checkout; changing an existing recurring subscription is confirmed within Jenni instead.
  5. Enter and review your payment details. If card entry is offered, enter the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV in checkout. Provide your real billing details and check them for typing mistakes. Do not assume that a card will be accepted simply because Jenni lists its supported card brands.
  6. Complete any requested verification. If checkout presents an additional card-authentication step, follow the instructions shown. Submit the payment once, then allow the page to finish processing before trying again.
  7. Confirm the result. Check whether Jenni shows the paid plan in Billing and whether a payment confirmation or invoice is available. If the status is unclear, review your Jenni account before starting another checkout attempt.

Troubleshoot a declined card or incomplete payment

Jenni documents the message “Payment failed” for situations including incorrect or expired card details and a transaction blocked by the card provider. The checks below are possible troubleshooting steps, not confirmed diagnoses for a particular attempt. Avoid repeatedly submitting payment while an earlier attempt may still be processing.

Insufficient available funds

Compare your available funds with the full amount shown in checkout. For annual billing, use the annual total rather than the advertised monthly equivalent. If funds are insufficient, review funding options in Coinepay and retry only after the available amount is adequate. For questions about your card’s balance or limits, check the Coinepay app or contact support.

Card or billing details do not match

Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV exactly as shown in Coinepay, and check whether the card has expired. Correct any errors in your real name or billing details. A billing-address mismatch can be a reason a payment does not pass checks, but Jenni does not identify it as a specific decline code in its billing guide. Do not use someone else’s address or change your country details to work around a rejection.

Additional authentication or 3-D Secure

If Stripe checkout asks you to authenticate the payment, complete the step as presented and return to checkout to see the result. If the request expires or never appears, check the Coinepay app or dashboard for any relevant prompt and contact Coinepay support for help with the attempted transaction. Do not assume authentication succeeded merely because you entered the card details.

Merchant or regional checks

A merchant may apply payment-method or regional checks, and available methods can differ by location. Jenni says regional payment methods and local e-wallets appear only where supported. If a checkout notice specifies a card-type, issuance-country, or location restriction, do not try to bypass it. Ask Jenni support what its checkout requires and ask Coinepay support whether your card meets that stated requirement. Neither the presence of a card-entry field nor a supported-brand list guarantees acceptance.

“Payment in progress” or “Past Due”

“Payment in progress” means an earlier attempt is still processing; check its outcome before initiating another payment. “Past Due” can appear after a failed renewal. Open Jenni’s Billing section and use Recover if that action is shown. If Jenni shows “Payment failed” again, check the details, consider another payment method offered in checkout, or contact the card provider about the block.

Manage your Jenni subscription after checkout

To update a payment card or retrieve invoices, go to profile menu → Settings → Billing → Manage. Jenni says Manage opens Stripe’s customer portal. If the Billing tab is missing, do not take that alone as proof that no payment or saved card exists: Jenni says the tab can disappear after a subscription lapses. Email [email protected] from your account email to check.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically. To stop renewal, use a desktop browser and go to Settings → Billing → Danger zone → Cancel plan; Jenni says cancellation is not available on mobile. Paid access continues through the current term. Payments are generally non-refundable, although Jenni’s terms say EU residents may contact support to cancel a Paid Account and obtain a refund within 14 days of sign-up, upgrade, or renewal. If you suspect a product bug or error, email [email protected] about its process for reviewing the issue. Check the terms applicable to your purchase rather than assuming that cancelling automatically refunds a charge.
