You can try paying for an ImagineArt web subscription with a Coinepay virtual card. This guide covers what to prepare, how ImagineArt sign-up and checkout work, and what to check if a payment is declined. Card acceptance depends on ImagineArt’s checkout and the checks applied to your transaction.

Before you subscribe

Create a Coinepay account and complete identity verification before using its card services. You can register with Coinepay, then manage your card in the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS or Android. Once issued, the virtual card provides a card number, expiry date, and CVV for online checkout. Check the app for your available funds and any card-specific information you need before buying.

You will also need an ImagineArt account and your real billing details. Use an email address you can access, since ImagineArt requires verification for email registration. At checkout, enter your actual billing address and country. Do not change those details to try to bypass a regional or payment restriction.

ImagineArt’s help center names six web tiers: Free, Basic, Standard, Ultimate, Creator, and Enterprise. It describes monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing for paid plans, with Enterprise priced by quotation. The offers visible to your account may differ from the help-center list, so choose only from the options shown on ImagineArt’s signed-in subscription page. Check ImagineArt’s official pricing page for current prices. In particular, compare the full charge for the selected billing term with any effective “per month” figure displayed.

How to sign up and pay on the ImagineArt website

  1. Get your card ready. After completing Coinepay registration and identity verification, open your card details in the dashboard or app. Check that you have enough available funds for the total shown at ImagineArt checkout, rather than only an advertised monthly equivalent.
  2. Create or sign in to your ImagineArt account. On imagine.art, select Sign Up. ImagineArt lists Google, Discord, email, and Facebook as registration options. If you choose email, complete its verification step. New accounts start on the Free tier.
  3. Open the subscription page. Review the plans actually offered to your signed-in account. Select the tier and billing term that fit your intended use of ImagineArt’s AI image and video tools. Do not assume a tier listed in the help center is currently available at checkout.
  4. Review the order. Confirm the billing term, total due, billing currency, and any taxes or discounts shown before entering payment details. ImagineArt charges paid subscriptions in advance and renews them automatically unless you cancel.
  5. Enter your Coinepay card details. Use the virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV displayed in Coinepay. Supply your real billing name and address where requested, then submit the payment. If an additional card verification step appears, follow the instructions shown rather than repeatedly submitting the same charge.
  6. Confirm the result. Check for an ImagineArt order or subscription confirmation and review your account’s billing area. If the page stalls or the result is unclear, check for a completed charge and an active plan before trying again, to reduce the chance of an unintended duplicate purchase.

ImagineArt’s published payment-method list includes major credit cards, debit cards enabled for online transactions, and “Link Payment.” That list does not establish whether a particular Coinepay card will be accepted. If checkout specifies a card-type or country requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy; ImagineArt can clarify its own checkout requirements.

What to know about credits and renewals

ImagineArt’s help center lists 100 daily credits for Free and monthly subscription-credit allotments for paid tiers. It says subscription credits refresh monthly without rollover, including on quarterly or yearly billing. Check the plan details presented to your account for the applicable allowance before committing to a longer term.

Keep enough available funds for a future renewal if you intend to stay subscribed. ImagineArt’s terms identify expired cards and insufficient funds as possible reasons for a failed charge. They say ImagineArt may notify you and retry a payment, and that access may be suspended or downgraded if a balance remains unpaid. If you need to replace a card or correct your billing address on an existing web subscription, open your profile picture → Billing and Subscription → Edit Billing. ImagineArt says this opens its Stripe billing page, where you can update payment details or your address and download invoices. Another ImagineArt guide describes an Update payment method control under Billing & Subscription, so use the control visible in your account.

If your ImagineArt card payment is declined

Do not treat a decline as proof of any single cause. Read the message shown at checkout, check whether a charge went through, and work through these possibilities:

  • Insufficient available funds: Compare your Coinepay available funds with ImagineArt’s entire checkout total, including the selected billing term and any amount shown for tax. A quarterly or yearly charge is not simply the displayed effective monthly price. If funds are insufficient, add funds using the options available in your Coinepay account before retrying.
  • Incorrect or expired card details: Recheck the card number, expiry date, and CVV against the Coinepay dashboard or app. ImagineArt specifically identifies expired cards as a potential reason for payment failure.
  • Billing address mismatch: Check that the billing name, address, and country you enter are your real, current details. Correct any typing mistakes. For an existing subscription, use the billing settings described above to update the address rather than creating a second subscription.
  • Additional authentication, including 3-D Secure: If checkout requests an authentication step, complete the prompt presented for that transaction. If it times out or fails, start a fresh attempt only after checking whether the original payment succeeded. Contact Coinepay support if you need help with a card-authentication prompt.
  • Merchant or regional checks: ImagineArt’s checkout may assess the payment method, account, and country. If a message indicates the method or location is ineligible, do not substitute a false address or attempt to evade the restriction. Ask ImagineArt which requirement applies, and contact Coinepay support to confirm any stated card requirement.

If the reason remains unclear, give ImagineArt support the checkout message, attempted billing term, and time of the attempt. You can also ask Coinepay support to review the card-side result. Do not send your full card number or CVV in a support message.

Changing or cancelling an ImagineArt subscription

To stop a web subscription renewing, ImagineArt’s detailed cancellation guide directs you to profile picture → Settings → Plan and Billing → Danger Zone, then through the confirmation steps. Another official guide describes Billing & Subscription → Cancel subscription. Follow the path shown in your account and check for the final cancellation notice; leaving a retention screen is not the same as completing cancellation.

According to ImagineArt, cancellation stops future renewals while paid access continues through the current billing period. Unused subscription credits expire, and cancellation alone does not provide a prorated refund. Refund eligibility is separate and depends on ImagineArt’s published policy; review it promptly if you believe a charge qualifies. For example, that policy gives a limited request window and credit-use condition for certain initial monthly and annual purchases. Refund requests go to [email protected].

This guide covers web checkout. If you subscribed through a mobile app store instead, review that store’s subscription settings for billing and cancellation. ImagineArt’s mobile guidance gives iOS Settings → name → Subscriptions → ImagineArt and Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ImagineArt as cancellation paths. Check which service billed your particular purchase before changing or cancelling it.

FAQ

Can I use a Coinepay virtual card for ImagineArt?

You can enter your Coinepay virtual card details at ImagineArt web checkout, but acceptance depends on the checkout and transaction checks. Confirm any stated card requirements before buying.

Why is my ImagineArt payment being declined?

Check the full checkout total against your available funds, verify card and real billing details, complete any authentication prompt, and read any payment-method or regional message.

Where do I update my ImagineArt payment details?

For a web subscription, try profile picture → Billing and Subscription → Edit Billing. Some accounts may instead show Update payment method under Billing & Subscription.

Will cancelling ImagineArt refund my subscription?

No. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself provide a prorated refund. Check ImagineArt’s refund policy separately if you believe your charge qualifies.
