Fliki is an AI audio and voice tool for turning text into voiceovers and videos. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically, so you need a card you can manage easily. This guide shows how to set up a Coinepay virtual card, subscribe to Fliki step by step, and troubleshoot the most common reasons a card is declined at checkout.
What you need before you start
Fliki accepts major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and local wallets where supported, and its payments are processed by Stripe. Before you subscribe, make sure you have the following ready:
- A verified Coinepay account. You must register and complete identity verification (KYC) before you can use card services. Start at the Coinepay registration page.
- A Coinepay virtual card, which comes with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV you can view in the dashboard or app.
- Enough balance on the card to cover the plan you choose, plus any applicable taxes or VAT shown at checkout.
- Your real billing details — name and billing address — matching your Coinepay account. Use your genuine identity; do not use generated identities or tools to bypass a region check.
You can manage everything from the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app for iOS and Google Play.
Fliki plans and pricing
Fliki's public pricing page lists four tiers: Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise. The Free tier costs $0, includes 3 credits per month and requires no card to start.
At the time of writing (October 2026), a Fliki article listed Standard at US$28/month (or US$21/month billed yearly, US$252/year) and Premium at US$88/month (or US$66/month billed yearly, US$792/year). Enterprise uses custom pricing and is billed yearly. Fliki prices and the accepted payment currency are in USD. Because the pricing page can show placeholders rather than numeric amounts, always confirm the exact figure on the official fliki.ai/pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Prices may vary and can change.
| Plan | Billing | Card needed |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | No |
| Standard | Monthly or yearly | Yes |
| Premium | Monthly or yearly | Yes |
| Enterprise | Yearly, custom | Contact Fliki |
Step-by-step: subscribe to Fliki with your Coinepay card
- Create your Coinepay card. Log in to the Coinepay dashboard or app, issue a virtual card, and note its number, expiry date and CVV. Top it up so the balance comfortably covers your chosen plan and any taxes.
- Sign in to Fliki. Go to app.fliki.ai and sign up or sign in. The Free tier needs no card, so you can explore first.
- Open the subscription flow. Fliki's documented route is Account → Subscribe to Fliki → select subscription → Make Payment. Choose Standard or Premium and pick monthly or yearly billing.
- Apply a code if you have one. The checkout offers an Add Promotion code option — enter it before paying so the discount applies.
- Enter your card details. On the Stripe-processed checkout, type your Coinepay card number, expiry and CVV. Enter your billing name and address exactly as they appear on your Coinepay account.
- Complete any verification. If a 3-D Secure prompt appears, approve it through the Coinepay app or the method tied to your card.
- Confirm and save your receipt. Submit the payment, then check that your plan is active. Paid subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Managing billing and renewals
Paid members can update billing details — including company name and VAT details — at Account → Credits → Manage Subscription; Fliki's FAQ also calls this control Manage Billing. Because Fliki renews automatically, keep enough balance on your Coinepay card before each renewal date. If automatic billing fails, Fliki's terms say it will issue an electronic invoice for manual payment by a stated deadline — pay it before the deadline to keep your plan active.
To stop renewals, go to Account → Manage Billing → Cancel Plan; Fliki's terms also allow cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling does not refund the current paid period — access continues until that period ends. Fliki's FAQ says paid-plan refunds are generally not issued, while its terms allow Fliki to consider refund requests case by case at its own discretion, so refunds are neither guaranteed nor categorically impossible.
Troubleshooting a declined card
If your payment does not go through, work through these common causes before trying again.
Insufficient balance
Stripe reports a generic card_declined for insufficient funds. Check your Coinepay balance in the app and top up enough to cover the plan plus any tax or VAT, then retry. For a yearly plan, remember the full annual amount is charged up front.
Billing address mismatch
If the billing name or address you enter does not match your card records, the issuer may reject the authorization. Re-enter your details exactly as they appear in your Coinepay account, with no typos in the postcode.
3-D Secure not completed
A checkout that needs extra authentication will fail if the 3-D Secure step is not approved. Keep the Coinepay app handy during checkout and confirm the prompt promptly before it times out.
Card details entered incorrectly
Stripe also returns errors such as incorrect_cvc, expired_card and an incorrect card number. Double-check the number, expiry and CVV straight from your Coinepay dashboard, since these can differ from a previously saved card.
Merchant region or card-type checks
Fliki says it accepts "major" credit and debit cards, but a checkout list confirming which specific card networks work for every customer is not published, and local wallets are limited to supported countries. Fliki's terms also require that you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list. Country-by-country card and wallet acceptance for Fliki is not publicly listed, so if a payment is blocked for a region or card-type reason, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you try again. Always use your real location and identity — do not attempt to bypass a region check.
Note on India: RBI's recurring-payment framework requires issuer pre-debit notification, and whether a particular Indian card can complete Fliki's recurring checkout is not confirmed. If you are affected, check with your issuer.
Issue a dedicated card for your team
If you run Fliki for a business or alongside other AI subscriptions, you can issue a separate Coinepay virtual card for each service and set custom spending limits per card. That keeps Fliki's recurring charge isolated, makes renewals easy to track, and simplifies reconciliation.

FAQ
Do I need a card to try Fliki first?
No. Fliki's Free tier costs $0, includes 3 credits per month and requires no payment card. You only need a card when you move to a paid plan such as Standard or Premium.
Which Fliki plan should I pay for with my Coinepay card?
Fliki lists Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise. Standard and Premium can be paid with a card; Enterprise uses custom pricing. Confirm the current price on fliki.ai/pricing and at checkout, since amounts are in USD and can change.
Why was my card declined at Fliki checkout?
Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing address that does not match your card, an uncompleted 3-D Secure prompt, a mistyped number, expiry or CVV, or a region/card-type check. Fix the detail and retry, or contact Coinepay support if a region check blocks you.
Will Fliki refund me if I cancel?
Cancelling stops auto-renewal but does not refund the current paid period; access continues until it ends. Fliki's FAQ says paid-plan refunds are generally not issued, though its terms allow case-by-case consideration at Fliki's discretion.
Can I use one Coinepay card for Fliki and other AI tools?
Yes. You can issue a separate Coinepay virtual card for each service and set custom spending limits per card, which keeps your Fliki renewal separate and easy to track.
