To pay for an international DingTalk workplace subscription with a Coinepay virtual card, first check DingTalk’s card requirements, then choose a plan and billing cycle. This guide covers the international Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium plans—not DingTalk AI Table subscriptions or the separate mainland China plans.

What to check before you subscribe

DingTalk says its international service accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. That is a specific card requirement, not a promise that every virtual card will work. Contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets DingTalk’s requirement before you buy. DingTalk also lists bank transfer in select regions and Alipay where available. Check the payment options offered in your own checkout rather than assuming every option is available to you.

  • A DingTalk sign-up method: You can sign up for the international service with a personal email address or a Google account. Be ready to complete any email or phone verification DingTalk requests.
  • An authorized purchaser: DingTalk says subscribing creates an organization and makes the purchaser its Super Admin. If you are buying for a team, agree on who should hold that role before placing the order.
  • A verified Coinepay account: Register and complete identity verification before using Coinepay card services. You can manage your account through the 24/7 self-service dashboard or the Coinepay mobile app.
  • Accurate payment details: Use your real identity and genuine billing details. Have your card number, expiry date, and CVV ready, and check the total, including any applicable taxes or duties, before paying.

Coinepay issues virtual cards with a card number, expiry date, and CVV available instantly after issuance. Check your card information and available funds in Coinepay before starting checkout. Card-service availability can vary by jurisdiction; use only options offered to you and follow DingTalk’s regional and payment rules.

Choose the right DingTalk plan and billing cycle

The international workplace plans are Free, Basic, Standard, and Premium. At the time of writing (October 2026), DingTalk displayed the following USD prices. Confirm current prices, taxes, plan features, and the amount due on DingTalk’s official pricing page and at checkout before committing.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing, expressed per user/month
Free$0$0
Basic$4.80 per user/month$4 per user/month ($48 per user/year)
Standard$9.60 per user/month$8 per user/month ($96 per user/year)
Premium$18 per user/month$15 per user/month ($180 per user/year)

Those displayed prices exclude applicable taxes and duties. Annual billing has a different commitment from monthly billing, so check both the number of users and the billing cycle in the order summary. DingTalk’s FAQ also mentions Enterprise; ask DingTalk about its pricing rather than assuming it follows the listed tiers. DingTalk AI Table has separate plans and pricing, so do not use its checkout or price list as a guide to workplace subscriptions.

DingTalk advertises a 30-day trial without a credit card, and its pricing page shows paid-tier trial options. If you want to evaluate the service first, read the trial terms presented during sign-up. Do not assume that selecting a trial charges your card immediately or that it eliminates a later payment step.

How to sign up and pay for DingTalk

  1. Create your Coinepay account. Go to Coinepay registration, complete identity verification, and use the dashboard or mobile app to obtain your virtual card details. You can get the iOS app or Android app if you prefer to manage your account by phone. Before proceeding, ask Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets DingTalk’s stated Visa or Mastercard credit-card requirement.
  2. Sign up with DingTalk. On DingTalk’s official international site, use your personal email address or Google account. Complete any requested email or phone verification. DingTalk says new users can access the Free plan immediately.
  3. Select a workplace plan. Review Basic, Standard, or Premium and choose monthly or annual billing where offered. You can start from DingTalk’s website or use the upgrade option in its admin console. If you are considering a trial, check its terms before selecting it.
  4. Review the organization and order. Because the subscriber becomes the organization’s Super Admin, verify that the account and organization are the ones your team intends to use. Confirm the user count, billing cycle, currency, taxes, and total shown by DingTalk.
  5. Enter your card details if card payment is offered. Use the Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date, and CVV, along with your genuine billing information. Follow any payment-verification prompt displayed during checkout. If DingTalk does not offer an eligible card-payment option for your order, do not try to work around its requirements.
  6. Confirm and retain the order record. Submit only after reviewing the final amount and terms. Check DingTalk for confirmation and keep the receipt or order reference. If checkout remains pending or fails, verify the order status before trying again to avoid placing an unintended second order.

Checkout screens can change, so follow the labels shown in your DingTalk account. The international FAQ identifies the website and admin console as subscription routes but does not establish a particular billing-menu path for every account. If you cannot locate your subscription or invoice, ask DingTalk support where your organization’s order is managed.

If DingTalk declines the card

A failed payment does not, by itself, identify the cause. DingTalk does not publish a confirmed set of card-decline messages for this checkout, so use the actual prompt on your screen and any information available in Coinepay to narrow it down. Avoid repeated attempts without changing or checking anything.

Insufficient available funds

Compare your available card funds with DingTalk’s full checkout total, not just the advertised per-user monthly rate. The total can reflect your user count, chosen billing cycle, and applicable taxes or duties. If funds are insufficient, add funds using the options available in your Coinepay account, then check the balance before retrying. If you see an unfamiliar pending transaction, clarify its status before submitting another order.

Billing-details mismatch

Re-enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV carefully, and make sure the billing name and address are your real details. Check for typing errors or differences between the details held for your card and those entered at DingTalk checkout. Do not substitute a made-up address or a different person’s details to try to obtain approval.

Payment authentication or 3-D Secure

If checkout displays an authentication step, complete it through the legitimate prompt and return to DingTalk to check the result. A timed-out or abandoned prompt may require you to restart checkout. If the prompt does not arrive or keeps failing, check your Coinepay account for relevant status information and contact Coinepay support with the time and amount of the attempted payment. Do not share your CVV or verification codes in a support message.

Card-type or merchant-region checks

DingTalk’s stated card acceptance is limited to Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If a card is rejected because of its type, ask Coinepay support whether yours meets that requirement; do not assume another card entry will change the result. Payment options and app access may also differ by region. Use your actual country and billing details, check what DingTalk offers for your account, and ask DingTalk support about a region-related rejection. Do not use location-masking tools or inaccurate details to bypass a restriction.

After payment: renewal and cancellation

Save your confirmation and review the subscription terms, billing cycle, and renewal date shown by DingTalk. Its international terms say paid services can be cancelled at any time if DingTalk permits cancellation; fees for DingTalk’s determined period are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise, and charges cease after that period. Do not rely on deleting a card as a way to cancel. Ask DingTalk how cancellation works for your organization if your account does not show a clear option.

The international terms also provide for at least 15 days’ notice of a service-fee increase, effective at the next renewal. Review any notice and the renewal amount before it takes effect. For a Coinepay card issue, use Coinepay support; for a DingTalk plan, order, or cancellation question, contact DingTalk through its official service channels.
