Crazy Domains sells domains, web hosting, WordPress hosting and an eCommerce website builder as separate products rather than one single subscription. If you want to pay for any of them with a Coinepay virtual card, this guide walks through what you need, the checkout flow, and what to do if your card is declined.

Coinepay issues virtual cards with an instant card number, expiry date and CVV that you can use for online shopping, software and subscriptions. Crazy Domains lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express among its accepted cards, so a virtual card is a reasonable way to pay once your account is verified.

Before you start: what you need

  • A verified Coinepay account. Register at Coinepay and complete identity verification (KYC) first. Card services are only available after KYC, and card issuance is handled by licensed partner financial institutions.
  • A funded virtual card. Create a card in the Coinepay dashboard or mobile app (iOS / Google Play) and make sure it holds enough balance for the full charge, including any taxes or renewal amounts that appear at checkout.
  • Your real billing details. Use the name and billing address tied to your Coinepay profile. Mismatched details are a common cause of declines.
  • A Crazy Domains account (you can create one during checkout).

Choose your Crazy Domains product

Pick the product and tier you need before you reach the payment screen:

  • Linux Web Hosting — Economy, Premium and Ultimate, with one, two or three year terms.
  • WordPress Hosting — Economy, Premium and Ultimate.
  • eCommerce Website Builder — a 15 Days Trial that is free and needs no card, plus paid Website Only, Website + Marketing and Website + eCommerce tiers.
  • Domain registration — searched and added to the cart directly.

At the time of writing (October 2026), the Australian Linux Web Hosting page displayed $11.22, $17.03 and $25.97 per month for Economy, Premium and Ultimate, and the WordPress page showed $3.33, $6.72 and $10.08 per month. The eCommerce Builder paid tiers displayed $20, $45 and $68 per month on a three-month term. These figures were advertised rates, not confirmed checkout totals, and currency, taxes, discounts and renewal rates vary by region and term. Always confirm the payable amount on the official Crazy Domains pricing page for your country before you buy.

Step-by-step: paying at checkout

  1. Search or select your product. For a domain, you can start with a domain search without an existing account. For hosting, open the product page and choose a tier and term.
  2. Review the cart. Check the product, the registration or billing period, and the total shown.
  3. Sign in or create your account using your real details.
  4. Select PAY SECURELY to move to the payment step.
  5. Choose a card payment method. The options available to you are shown at checkout; Crazy Domains lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, with Maestro, ZipPay, WebMoney, Alipay, UnionPay, Neteller and Dragonpay offered only in selected countries.
  6. Enter your Coinepay virtual card number, expiry date and CVV, along with the matching billing name and address.
  7. Complete any 3-D Secure step. If prompted, approve the payment in your Coinepay app.
  8. Select COMPLETE ORDER to finish. Keep the confirmation and look for the invoice in your account.

After you pay: saved cards, renewals and invoices

Crazy Domains saves your purchase card for renewal, and auto-renewal is on by default. To manage this, go to Account → My Profile → MY WALLET → Payment Settings, where you can edit or delete cards, set a primary card, and switch auto-renewal off per product. Your invoices and billing history are available in the account's invoices section.

If you leave auto-renewal on, make sure your virtual card stays funded ahead of the renewal date, or your service could lapse. In Coinepay you can create a separate card per product so each charge is easy to track against its invoice.

If your card is declined

Crazy Domains' help centre names declined cards, incomplete verification and processing errors as reasons a paid-for product may not be set up, and a declined payment can appear as a "card was declined" message even when your bank shows a pending authorisation. Work through these causes:

Insufficient balance

Confirm the card holds enough for the full total, including taxes and any multi-year or multi-month term charged upfront. Top up in the Coinepay app and try again. Remember the amount billed may differ from the advertised monthly figure once the term and taxes are applied.

Billing address mismatch

Enter the exact billing name and address linked to your Coinepay card. If the address verification does not match, the payment can fail. Correct the details in the checkout form and retry.

3-D Secure not completed

If the authentication prompt did not appear or timed out, the charge may not go through. Keep the Coinepay app open and notifications enabled so you can approve the step, then attempt the payment again.

Merchant region or card-type checks

Payment-method availability varies by country, and Crazy Domains shows the options you can use at checkout. If card payment is not offered in your storefront, or a specific check blocks the transaction, contact Coinepay support to confirm your card meets the requirement before you try again. Do not use false billing details or attempt to bypass regional checks.

Still failing

If a charge appears on your Coinepay statement but Crazy Domains shows no order, or a domain you paid for is not registered, contact Crazy Domains support with your order reference. For card-side questions, reach Coinepay support or our Telegram. The Crazy Domains status page may show Billing and Payments as operational, but that is not a guarantee an individual payment will succeed.

Eligibility, refunds and good practice

Some domains carry extra rules: .au registrations require a validated Australian connection, and .com.au requires an eligible commercial entity. Check you qualify before paying, because these conditions are not something a payment method can change.

Know the refund terms before you buy. Crazy Domains' help centre describes a 60-day money-back claim period for Linux, Windows and WordPress hosting purchased for the first time, a 72-hour rejection period for other non-domain products, and generally no refund for domain registration or renewal. Deleting a product removes the service immediately and carries a no-refund condition, so contact support first if you want a refund. A hosting refund claim typically needs an email requesting both cancellation and refund within the period, and any promotional free-domain cost may be deducted.

Always use your real identity and real billing details. If a product is not available in your region or your card type is not accepted, contact support rather than trying to work around the checks.

With a verified, funded Coinepay virtual card and matching billing details, paying for Crazy Domains hosting or a domain is a standard card checkout. Confirm the real price on the official page, keep your card topped up for renewals, and reach out to Coinepay support if a payment check gets in the way.

FAQ

Which card networks does Crazy Domains accept?

Crazy Domains lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal. Maestro, ZipPay, WebMoney, Alipay, UnionPay, Neteller and Dragonpay are offered only in selected countries. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

Why was my virtual card declined at Crazy Domains?

Common causes are insufficient balance, a billing address that does not match your card, an incomplete 3-D Secure step, or region/card-type checks at checkout. Top up your Coinepay card, confirm your billing details, approve the authentication prompt, and retry. If it still fails, contact Coinepay support.

Will my card be charged automatically for renewals?

Yes. Crazy Domains saves your purchase card and auto-renewal is on by default. You can edit or delete cards and turn off auto-renewal per product under Account → My Profile → MY WALLET → Payment Settings. Keep your virtual card funded before the renewal date.

How much will I actually pay?

Advertised monthly figures are not confirmed checkout totals; currency, taxes, discounts, term length and renewal rates vary by region. Review the total in your cart and check the official Crazy Domains pricing page for your country before you confirm the order.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Crazy Domains describes a 60-day money-back claim period for first-time Linux, Windows and WordPress hosting, a 72-hour rejection period for other non-domain products, and generally no refund for domain registration or renewal. Contact Crazy Domains support before deleting a product, since deletion carries a no-refund condition.
