You can try using a Coinepay virtual card to pay for a BODi subscription at BODi’s website checkout, where that purchase channel is available. Before entering your card, check your country’s permitted purchase channel and review the plan’s trial, first charge and renewal terms. Card acceptance is determined at checkout.

What you need before subscribing

  • A supported BODi location and purchase channel. BODi lists the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France and Australia as supported countries. Website purchases are listed for the US and Canada. In Great Britain, BODi lists Google as the digital purchase channel; in France, Apple or Google; and in Australia, Apple. Do not assume that a website card payment is available in every supported country.
  • A Coinepay account and virtual card. Register with Coinepay and complete identity verification before using card services. Once your card is issued, its number, expiry date and CVV are available immediately in the Coinepay app or self-service dashboard.
  • Your real account and billing details. Use your own identity and enter billing information accurately. Keep enough available funds for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable tax or other displayed charges.
  • Time to review renewal terms. A trial is not the same as a free account: check when a paid subscription starts, what it will cost, and when it renews before confirming.

If your location requires purchase through Apple, Google or Roku, that store bills the payment method on your store account. Whether you can add and use a particular Coinepay card there depends on the store’s payment rules and the result of its checkout.

Choose the BODi option that matches your goal

BODi offers a free BODi account with more than 120 sample workouts. Registering for that account is separate from starting a paid trial. If you only want to explore the samples, choose the free registration route rather than a subscription checkout.

For broader access, look for The BODi Subscription — Complete Access. Its Annual and Monthly choices are billing schedules for full access, not separate content tiers. BODi also advertises a narrower 10 Minute BODi Subscription; its page distinguishes that offer from a Full BODi Subscription. Read the description of the specific offer you select rather than assuming every BODi subscription includes the same workouts.

At the time of writing (October 2026), BODi’s US main subscription page displayed US$179 for the first annual term, renewing at US$179 every 12 months. A US program page displayed Monthly Complete Access at US$19 per month after a seven-day free trial. BODi pages may show different introductory offers, so check the applicable product page and the final checkout total and renewal terms rather than relying on an advertised promotion. Prices and availability vary by region.

How to pay on BODi.com with your Coinepay card

  1. Open the appropriate BODi product page. If you are in the US or Canada, go to BODi.com and find the subscription you want. Confirm that the page is set to your actual country locale. BODi says existing subscriptions cannot be transferred between country locales.
  2. Choose your offer. Select Annual or Monthly Complete Access if available, or deliberately choose a different named subscription if that is what you want. Check whether the button starts a trial or proceeds toward a paid order.
  3. Select Get Started or the trial-start button. Create a BODi account during purchase or sign in to your existing account. You may also register a free account separately before deciding whether to subscribe.
  4. Review the order before payment. Check the subscription name, trial end date if applicable, first payment, renewal amount, billing frequency and country. BODi identifies Payment as step 2 of its website checkout. If you have an eligible promo code, apply it at that step before completing the order; check that the displayed total actually changes as expected.
  5. Enter your virtual card details. Copy the card number, expiry date and CVV from your Coinepay app or dashboard into the card fields. Enter your real billing details as requested. If the checkout requests an additional authentication step, follow the instructions displayed by the payment provider.
  6. Confirm only after checking the final terms. Complete the order or trial enrollment, then look for BODi’s confirmation and verify that the subscription appears in your account. A successful card entry alone does not establish that an order was placed.

You can access Coinepay through its iOS app, Android app or self-service dashboard. Check the app for card information and any account-specific questions before retrying an unsuccessful payment.

What to do if your BODi card payment is declined

A decline does not identify its cause by itself. BODi has not published a confirmed, current set of checkout error messages for these situations, so use the message you actually see and the following checks rather than assuming a particular error means one specific thing.

Insufficient available funds

Compare your card’s available funds with the full amount displayed at checkout, not just an advertised base price. An initial trial may defer the subscription charge, but you should also understand the amount due when the trial ends. If funds are insufficient, make funds available using the options shown in Coinepay, then retry once the card shows the amount you need. Do not repeatedly submit the same payment without checking whether an earlier attempt created an order.

Billing details do not match

Recheck the card number, expiry date and CVV, then review the name and billing address you entered. Correct typing mistakes using your real details. If BODi’s checkout requires a billing location you cannot accurately provide, do not invent one. Ask BODi about its checkout requirements or contact Coinepay support about your card details.

Authentication or 3-D Secure does not finish

If the payment flow displays a verification prompt, complete it through the channel indicated on screen. If the prompt closes, times out or never appears, check for a blocked pop-up, return to checkout and confirm whether an order already exists before trying again. Coinepay support can help you investigate a card-side issue; BODi support or the payment provider can help with a checkout prompt. Do not assume that every failed payment was caused by 3-D Secure.

Card-type or merchant region checks

Website checkout may apply payment or location rules that a virtual card cannot change. Confirm that you are using a purchase channel BODi permits in your actual country. BODi lists website purchasing for the US and Canada, but store-based digital channels for Great Britain, France and Australia. If checkout specifies a card-type or issuing-country requirement, contact Coinepay support to confirm whether your card meets it before you buy. Neither a different billing address nor a different country locale is a substitute for eligibility.

If the payment still fails, note the exact message, the time of the attempt and whether a BODi order appears in your account. Share those details with the relevant support team, but never send your full card number or CVV in an ordinary support message.

Manage renewals, cancellation and refunds

For a direct BODi purchase, sign in and check My Subscriptions / Memberships & Subscriptions for renewal information. BODi Support also offers an Update Payment Method self-service option. To cancel a direct subscription, BODi describes the path as Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel Subscription.

Within an eligible initial refund period, BODi may offer Cancel and Refund Me, which ends access immediately, or Cancel and Keep Access, which retains access through the applicable term or trial. BODi says eligible digital refund requests require cancellation within 31 days of initial purchase; renewals and subscriptions begun with a free trial are excluded from its money-back guarantee. Outside refund eligibility, cancellation ordinarily stops a future renewal while access continues through the paid term.

BODi says cancellation changes must reach it at least three days before the next scheduled payment to take effect for that period. Check the date shown in your account and act early. If you purchased through Apple, Google or Roku, manage the payment method, cancellation and any refund request through that store instead. Deleting the BODi app does not cancel a subscription.

FAQ

Can I try BODi without starting a paid trial?

Yes. BODi offers a free account with more than 120 sample workouts. Free registration is separate from enrolling in a paid subscription trial.

Can I use my Coinepay card for BODi in Great Britain, France or Australia?

BODi lists store-based digital purchase channels there: Google in Great Britain, Apple or Google in France, and Apple in Australia. The store bills your store account; check its payment rules before adding a card.

Why was my card declined at BODi checkout?

Check available funds, card and real billing details, any authentication prompt, and BODi’s purchase rules for your country. If checkout specifies card-type requirements, contact Coinepay support to check your card before retrying.

Where do I change the payment method for my BODi subscription?

For a direct website purchase, sign in and look for BODi Support’s Update Payment Method option. For an Apple, Google or Roku purchase, update the payment method on the store account that is billed.

Does canceling a BODi free trial qualify for the 31-day money-back guarantee?

BODi says subscriptions begun with a free trial are excluded from its money-back guarantee. Review the trial and cancellation terms shown for your purchase.
